A quiet location out of the city centre but within walking distance to get there. A complimentary chocolate box and a small bottle of prosecco was provided. There was milk in the fridge as well but we didn't use it. The kitchen was well equipped. The flat was warm enough despite the radiator being turned off in the main bedroom.
1.The mattress was too soft for us.
2.Very restrict to the checking out time. We've been waiting in the landing for a taxi driver being late and was asked by the lady (possibly cleaner or owner) to leave at 11.03! There was drizzling outside.

This property didn,t come with breakfast but the host did leave chocolates and wine and milk and tea coffeee etc which was a nice touch .
The hosts mother "hovered" outside everytime we went in or out .
There were no instructions regarding the heating

It was a very clean, comfortable and quiet property. It has convenient parking and we all had a very good nights sleep. Communication was excellent and we hope we can stay again when travelling up that way

Low quality, poor presentation, decor scruffy, flat basic, furnishings dirty, other people received a welcome pack on arrival, we didn't receive one because we're Vegan, very unhappy with overall experience. Would not recommend & won't stay again.

Cozy, clean and close to the M6. We used it to break up our journey and it was perfect. Lovely little personal touches too

Clean, quiet, great shower. apartment was very welcoming with nice welcome treats.
double bed was too soft for me but the other bed was very comfortable. TV signal was patchy.

Property was simply amazing with the cleaning standards also it has a nice vibe. I feel Joe and his team has very well maintained the standards in terms of cleaning and aesthetics. Also, the welcome was appreciated as we had a hectic day.
I would say that I didn’t like that I didn’t book this place for more than a day . My parents were with me and they simply wanted to stay longer here as it was homely as well as y he location is so peaceful that an extra stay here is recommended.
