Excellent apartment with an outstanding view. Well placed geographically for both Nice and Monaco. I rode on some of the local roads, which after the initial rush hour, if you can call it that, are just spectacular for any cyclists looking to head to this part of the world. Communication from Christophe was great, the apartment is easy to find and well kitted out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you so much!

Beautiful property with fantastic views. We loved our stay there & have recommended it to friends. It does have an outdoor open staircase to reach the ‘Rooftop’, but we had no problems getting up or down. It is located on a busy street that can be noisy. With the busy street, there are bonuses like bus stops. There is a nice market a block or two away. This beautiful spot is high on a hill overlooking the village of Villefranche. We used uber to travel which was convenient & cheap. The views are so awesome!! We would book this property again. It was a great choice.

We loved the very clean, spacious, fully-equipped apartment with lots of storage space, the cheerful open feel, the spectacular view of the harbor from the large private balcony terrace, and the use of the washer. Most importantly, we appreciated that Christophe was so warm, friendly, welcoming, genuinely helpful, and caring. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience!
We visited during the first week of October so parking on the street was very easy and always available. However we left wondering whether street parking could be difficult during the peak tourist season.

Everything 10 plus, absolutely wonderful, the view unbelievable and facilities excellent. Ten minutes walking from shops and especially the butchery/deli with the most delicious take aways. In short highly recommended

Everything- this apartment was heaven! The view was incredible, the apartment itself was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were very quick to respond if we had any queries. I couldn't recommend this property more highly and I can't wait to go back.

The view is breathtaking! Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. 4-min walk to a supermarket, where you can get basically all you need. Apartment is very clean and well equipped, the host also provided a free bottle of wine, a bottle of juice and some other snacks.

this was by far one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It was so clean and perfectly prepared upon my arrival, and even a welcome wine and snacks werde waiting . all the details were perfect and everything was supplied in the kitchen, even the coffee capsules.
the terrace is so cute and has the perfect view of Villefranche bay. as the location is a bit up the hill, it was perfect for cycling - as all the routes can be started right from the doorstep.
I can’t thank the host enough for this great, unique apartment.

Million dollar view from almost everywhere in the unit.

Big walk in wardrobe.
Everything you need is available: multi-plugs, international adaptors, manuals for the appliances, sufficient garbage bags, detergent, dishwashing pods, laundry basket etc.
Host Christophe was friendly and helped us with all the heavy luggages. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, water, grapes and Socca chips!
The place is very well maintained and clean.
Wished that we had stayed longer!

The comfort, the view, the cleanliness was exceptional.
The working site opposite the builders could see straight in the toilet and bathroom but this would not stop us from staying here again but a little blind would be helpful.

Exceptionally well equipped apartment, incredible views, very friendly host, perfect location! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to soak up the sun down south. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming village, and there are lots of spectacular walks to be done within a 20 minute radius of the apartment. Thanks for such a fantastic stay, Christophe!
The road behind the apartment is busy and quite noisy, but we adjusted to that after the first day and it didn't affect our stay at all.
