Absolutely disgusting we arrived and was no bedding on and the mattress were horrible and the quilts and pillows all pee stained. After I rang to complain at 9pm someone came to make the beds the house is filthy

Everything, the property was not clean and smelt of paint. Couldn’t cook a meal due to the state of the pots and plates. Wi-Fi wasn’t working, contacted the host and said was going to call back and never called back. Someone came banging the door after 11pm, shouting, “ I know you are in there , open up” , terrifying the kids. Wanted to give a zero instead of 1.

Where to start. I think the pictures speak for themselves. This 'property' was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was clean, nothing there to clean with. Not even so much as roll of toilet roll or a bin bag. Far too much to list but will be taking this further. Major false advertising!!! The pictures you see on this advert don't include the 'house' that you will be staying. We checked into the property at 15:00 and what we were presented with was not what was advertised in the slightest. The house is filthy, there is rubbish just left in the garden, the kitchen is filthy, every wall has dirt on it, high traffic areas especially are very dirty. I was very surprised to find someone had used the downstairs toilet and had not flushed it before leaving also! The walls are all chipped and cracked, it's honestly a mess. The waldrobe in one of the rooms is very dangerous and is very easily tipped, this has been filled with folded cardboard or something to hold it up straight. The 'extra pillows' have the insides falling out and just thrown into a cupboard. There is mold in the bathroom also. I have 3 small children staying in the property and this is not safe for them at all. Absolutely disgusting.

I was aware of the bad reviews but we needed an apartment in this location it’s in Laindon and in a what seems council estate. To be honest I’m actually in shock that they are even a business I rent apartment 4x a months for business & I have never in my life stayed at a place like this is was so grimey dirty! Luckily I love cleaning and gave it a once over! Staff only seem to get back to you late night or early hours of the morning there not reliable at all. This place should not be rented out I would be so embarrassed. Flys everywhere the beds well they must have been from A car boot sale & the garden view is atrocious I felt like I was near enough in an abandoned house. No toilet roll I would highly advise family’s especially not to use this place luckily I didn’t travel with my small 2 year old as there was a large knife left on a side in the bedroom. No hand wash at all in site I also brought this with cleaning products and toilet roll. It is quite A scary place to stay as someone was recently killed on that estate and with lots of youngsters hanging around causing havoc. If this place was looked after and had a slight revamp, paint and some TLC or could have some potential.
