Worst hotel ever, worst receptionist ever

Nothing. It was the worst of the worst property I have ever stayed in. If there was an option, i would rate this hotel in negative.

They charge bomb but they provide no service. I. Our 4 nights 5 days stay, the room and washroom were not cleaned even once. They didn’t change bedsheets. And they were stingy to just provide one water bottle each day. There is nothing included in the room tariff - no breakfast, no room cleaning, no washroom cleaning, no bedsheets change, no towel change, no replenishment of toiletries. On top of that, the hotel staff (especially the receptionist) is super rude.

It was good stay. It will be exceptional if all facilities are available.

Location of resort is good. Will get a beach view only when we are at the entrance of the resort. rooms are clean and well maintained.

When checked with the front desk, (Anandhi) manager informed, breakfast is not part of the bookings made. so had to visit other hotels for food. Though spa was listed in the facilities it was not not available. no beach view seen directly from the rooms allotted to us.

Comfortable stay in a happening location and view

The location is right on the happening yet peaceful place of North cliff which is always buzz with travellers walking by the cliff. House to many eateries. Rooms are cozy and clean and beds comfortable.Wont have sea view but you won't need it as it's available right as you walk out the gate.

Bathroom is huge and clean but old style.Some open pipes which causes smell at times. A slight renovation should do the trick and very comfortable to patrons for the proce we pay.

Very good to stay with family.

The property is maintained well and clean. Very good sea view from property in the cliff. Staff are good. Very good ambience and cool for stay.

The water arrangements for bathing can be improved.

over all decent one , recommended

location was best , just by Varkala cliff . There was a guys I missed his name . very helpful . overall well behaved staffs .

considering the amount paid for 3 night stay I feel property lags in many aspects . This was an old property and definitely needs upgrade . rooms were old even furniture’s. Outside view of the property was nice and well managed but inside was not that deserving . stains all over , no room service . parking available but it’s a challenge to take car inside though the cliff road as it’s narrow and people , shop all around.

Only the hill view and nothing else

Very expensive and i learned there are moderately priced places with lots of facilities. No TV No AC for the price Sweekey furnitures

it’s perfectly placed with a good view towards sea… food is amazing plus the stay. the refreshing ayurveda spa was amazing…

Amazing, would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This place was the highlight of our trip. Amazing view, cozy ambience, ultra spacious room, prime location and the best of it was the host and the cafe, Damini helped out with all I asked for. We had a great time at the cafe, met really cool people too. Would love to revisit varkala and hillview again soon.
