Great locataion

Staff kind and almost available; space in apartment is quite good

It was difficult to obtain the keys at own arrival because the information was not clear; anyway the owner is always available by whatsapp. The plant of the apartment is uncomfortable because there is a long hallway connecting all rooms, and so during the accomodation an old person can have some problems

The house is huge, the position is perfect

The faucet in the small bathroom doesn't work properly

10/10.The property is great, exactly as mentioned and showing in the pictures. The property is very spacious too. Everything is on a walking distance. The host is in the touch from start to finish. Helpful to guide about places, food etc. There is a corner restaurant underneath the property, run by an Argentinian lady , which is nice as well. Overall everything is best. We had great trip.

Very spacious apartment, 3 bedrooms + kitchen + dining room + 2 bathrooms Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walking from everything you want to see (ok, 20 min to the castle if you want to walk up). Still away from the city noise. Decently equipped kitchen, perfect for mid- and long-term stay. Plethora of dining options, pubs and bars around

The electrical system failed a couple of times. But this is an easy fix; just push the fuse up

Easy to find, great connection to airport. Location is amazing, walking distance to all important sights. Beds are very good.

Although the apartment is very clean it is quite old (except for beds). Most furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs also a full makeover. The cooker is using a gas cylinder (common in Spain) but very dangerous. I would reccommend switching to electric.

Old and dusty furniture

The accommodation was close to the center of Alicante. All services were also close to the Accommodation, Shops, Restaurants and so on. The apartment was clean and the owner friendly and helpful. Quiet place after 23.00.

The walls are thin and you can hear clearly the neighbors talking. You also know what TV show they watch. Luckily they stop talking at 23.00. The furniture is from the 1980s. Out of date. You can´t see anything from bedrooms windows.

the apartment is well located. it’s close to las esplanada and there are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. it has three rooms and two bathrooms. a nice kitchen and a living room. this place is perfect for an extended stay or if you’re a big group traveling. the host was very nice and would check on me regularly. she provided me with a list of recommendations and places to see and things to do.

the only complaint I have is the wifi. it’s fairly slow, so keep that in mind if you have to work. also the signal drops if you’re in the room closest to the entrance

Nothing really it suited our groups needs at a reasonable price

Unfortunately I was unable to fly out and meet with my son who was waiting. The staff were extremely helpful in taking care of my son and looking after him with his stay. I was extremely worried about not being there but was reassured by the staff. I can't thank you enough for your help and will definitely be coming back to thank you personally 😊

I liked how clean the apartment was and how close it is to the centre of Alicante and also the beach restaurants and marina.

Kitchen poorly equipped. Kettle didn't work. Appliance to light the cooker didn't work.

Excellent location. Apartment is huge, good for big groups. Historic downtown and beaches are very close by walking. You won’t need a car you enjoy Alicante if you choose this location. Hosts were so gentle and helpful! They were always willing to help you and asking if we needed something.

Although the apartment is very good located and it’s big I think it’s little pricey. Maybe it works better for bigger groups. Bedroom were hot because AC is only in the living room, you have a fan in each bedroom.

Good location, kitchen facilities, good bathrooms, comfortable beds, balcony, spacious living room. I asked for another row of towels and sheets and Beatrix was very kind. Thank you.

The time 17.00 a clock for check in a bit too late. It could be slightly modified. Our flight arrived at 8 am in Alicante and we had a long time to wait.

The flat was perfectly located. Close to shops, beach, restaurants, public transports, parks for kids. Everything was clean. Owners were there, waiting for us to show us the flat, answer any of our questions. The place was very quiet They were both very helpful.

The location/price ratio is incredible. You are within 5 to 10 minutes by foot to the beach & all central Alicante amenities and even just in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a delightful community square, to sit & watch the world go by. Fresh food market literally beneath the apartment building & supermarket, pharmacy & a range of eateries within moments of the building. Second to none for convenience, security & access to all services of interest.

We disliked nothing, as even very small issues we identified were immediately attended to by our hosts. The service was incredible. While this is not a 5* Hotel, the welcome & attentiveness of the owners most certainly rate 5* and I absolutely recommend la Estrella de Alicante for your city break!

We had a lovely stay in this nice and big appartment. Hardly any sounds from the street. Very friendly owner who always answered a question on whatsapp very quickly, even about traveling tips. There a nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Port, boulevard and city are nearby.

Location is perfect. It was mostly one way or another directly to come where we want, like train or tram station, food shops or city center. It was very easy to find apartment or orient to another place

Some furniture is outdated like wardrobes in bedroom or in kitchen and some kitchen dishes could be more diverse

I liked everything

Perfect location - just minutes from the harbour, beach, old town, promenade, and the fair! Large spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms was very handy. Decor was a bit old fashioned but also felt authentic Spanish and I like it. Spotlessly clean and we all slept well in our beds. Showers were great and thew kitchen was well equipped. Other residents in the apartment building were very friendly. Host was brilliant - she kept in touch via watts app and was always on hand to help with anything atall. We were able to leave our luggage at the apartment on arrival prior to check-in and on our last day too after checking out. Thank you for a lovely stay.
