The fact that there were 2 sitting rooms. The decor was understated but pleasant. The gadgetry all worked in a straightforward way except the symbols on the washing machine were a a bit cryptic!

We were walking so could have done with a bigger utility room. Another loo/bathroom would also have been handy.

Great location. Remarkably well soundproofed property. Comfortable. Well appointed. Clean. Spacious for our party of 4 separate adults. Easy to get to all parts of town.

Stairgate - as it comprises metal bar which is fixed to the floor, you need to step over going up (not a problem) and also coming down which we all found more of challenge to navigate. 6 ring cooker has been well used and dials worn so familiarise before use.
