If you LOVE MOLD, this is a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately, I had to check out after first night (of 3 nights plan) due to the mold conditions in the hotel.
The staff were super accommodating at trying to find a more suitable room. I moved once, but the same mold conditions after one night drove me out, due to congestion and severe headache.
The roof top pool deck however was fantastic... which was the main draw (besides location) to book at Le Parc.

Overall a good affordable option in west LA. Neighborhood is quiet. Stayed in a king suite. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room spacious and clean. Some odd step-ups and downs in the room. Step-up right by the bed which took getting used to in the dark. The bathtub was step-down from floor level which took a bit of care. The only gripe I have is they require 24 hour prior notice for room cleaning. Which is fine, and I scheduled it, but then I asked them to come a few hours later, and I actually got no room cleaning. I was checking out the next day so wasn’t the end of the world.

Incredible as always. Love the service at check in and the friendliness of the staff. The pool servers/bartenders were also great. Special mention to the gal who checked me in; she was incredibly accommodating

Just in town for one evening. Ordered some food from the restaurant, was kind of meh. Room was super spacious which is why I settled with this hotel. Nice room, hotel was in ok shape.

Plates shouldn't be by request. And after I requested them, they took an hour to send them. So I had to wait an hour to have dinner.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Quiet! But walkable to restaurants and Melrose. Very large rooms. The fire place was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful, well appointed suite with large bathroom, balcony, kitchen and fireplace. Great retro vibe, excellent location, able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Restaurant and bar onsite, daily social hour, friendly and helpful staff.

I was impressed by the staff. Our check-in was fast, friendly and generous. Our bartender at the restaurant was also our room service server and was just a lovely person who was helpful and thoughtful in anticipating our needs

The hotel itself is impeccably clean and spotless, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. I especially appreciated the extra mile the staff went to ensure my stay was perfect, such as helping me with the fireplace and even retrieving a forgotten item from my car. I had a very comfortable room with separate living room, balcony and kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Julian who helped me with questions about my booking. The hotel is intimate and the pool area is a rooftop oasis with cabanas that is generally not overcrowded. Kudos to the food staff who run a lovely bar/cafe and efficient room service. They all made me feel at home, especially Otto.

We had a very good stay. The initial room we were given was a bit smaller than our previous stays and the area of the hotel had a musty smell. Upon request they changed our room to a slightly nicer room in an area of the hotel that did not have the musty smell we noticed. The staff was very accommodating. We have stayed here many times before and will stay again

Great location one block from melrose. Spacious rooms which we needed bc we r family of 5. Our room was apt style. Theres a small restaurant. Not a happening hotel . If u want a grand lobby and ppl watching this is not for u. We picked this hotel bc of the large rooms and location. It’s a quiet hotel with a small lobby . Valet parking is $65 a nite which I feel is robbery . Staff was very nice .

Nice property in a good location. Rooms are large and well appointed. The fireplace was lovely to have in the winter.
Had a stopped up sink in the bathroom, they said they fixed it, but we need to complain again, and finally they were able to fix it. Some of the towels were fairly frayed, asked for decaf coffee pods, one person said they didn’t have them. Asked the second person and they came up with some. They added on a resort fee, not sure what that gave us if anything.

Wonderful location on quite residential street but walking distance to shopping and many food options. Rooms are very spacious and well decorated with colorful art. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Loved our stay!

The room was very nice and cute. I loved having a small dining area and the sleeper sofa was an added bonus! The smell of the room was weird.. but other than that the room was cozy. The neighborhood was quiet but no where to park except for the garage and the fee is not cheap.

The shower handle was leaky, and the AC can only be set as warm as 75F, and living room TV also stop working on the 2nd night. Other than these, everything is fine.

The hotel is typically a wonderful experience, although the facilities are starting to look a little worn down. he one big negative is that they increased their parking fees AND eliminated the ability to self park. $65 per night and then having to tip the valet is outrageous for a room that is so reasonably priced. Many guests were very upset about the price and the loss of self parking. Fix that, and you get a 5 star rating from me!

Room is clean, smells fresh, and very spacious. We arrived at 9am and front desk allowed us to leave our bags for safekeeping. After check-in our bags were sent to our room right away. Staff are helpful, nice and accommodating. Although I would agree to some reviews that the hallway has a smell but overall experience is great.

I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel that’s been so loud in my life. From midnight until 4/-5am there was loud shouting and drunk people coming in and out of the hotel. There was a girl having a full on fight with her husband in the hallway. No security and barely any staff to even control any of it. I went 4 sleepness nights and will never stay here again:

Thought the hotel was adorable in concept. The rooms are very large and the decor is great. My only exception is that the step down bathtub with shower is very hard to maneuver and small. I asked about that and they said to ask for an accessible room with a shower alone.

The room we stayed smelled cigar all over, had to change air, opened windows/balcony for hours to get it out. Other than that, specious and clean room. Liked the fireplace in the room.

Such a great place to stay! The suites are like your own little apt. Was surprised with how much space! The location is perfect, walking distance from soo much! The staff was so friendly! Will for sure be going back!

Beautiful hotel, staff treats you very well. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable bedding. The roof pool area is amazing. We spent a couple hours there in the evening. The tennis court looks great but was closed, I am sure it is closed so neighbors are not annoyed by late night tennis.
The parking cost was unexpectedly high, $65 valet only. So I spent more on tips.
This was not obvious on hotels.com
The bathroom had a mild odor which only became obvious in the middle of the night.
The record player which seemed fun to try out, didn’t work. We didn’t complain about either issue till checkout because we were loving the hotel.

My friend and I went for a long weekend in LA and could not have loved LeParc more. Our room was amazing and spacious -- very comfortable with a kitchen area, living area, and bed area. It was like having our own little home in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but only a short (and easy) walk from amazing shopping and restaurants. Drinks at the rooftop bar were the perfect way to kickoff our trip, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We booked a short one night stay for my sons birthday with fiends. The hotel was great for the location. Valet was great alittle pricey, pet friendly. The Lobby is like a hostel or dorm entry. But the suites are spacious and modern. The only problem for me was the pillows were kept lumped and uncomfortable, plus extra fees loaded on the nightly fee they o Wasn't aware of. Guest Room service for breakfast was not answered from 7 am to 9:30 eventually the guy answered and said he was sorry he just showed up for work and was the only one delivering guest room service.
