Had to switch rooms because the ac sounded like a helicopter then our second room was decent but the shower would never regulate. Either to hot or cold. Then around midnight our ac kept everyone up due to the sound of water gushing and a high pitch sound. The staff was excellent but would not stay again.

The stay here was pleasant and rooms were clean. I rented 2 rooms and all was well. The only problem was construction internally and ice machines not working on floor 4 and 5. Staff very nice and accomadating. A plus is no fee for parking. Room a bit pricey but would stay again.

Having enjoyed our stays at other Hampton Inn Hotels, we were disappointed with this stay. In particular, the floors in our room were not cleaned before our stay (sticky spill in the main room, urine around the toilet). The adjacent on-ramp and freeway are pretty loud, too. This property was undergoing renovations that affected our stay, and the price was not adjusted for that. When booking, I was choosing between the Westin and this hotel (same price) and ultimately chose this one because it had free breakfast. I will stay in the Westin next time.

Hidden fees parking, dirty room and hallways plus the elevator, bad reception services uncomfortable pillows , in the restrooms no fan .

There were no soap in any of the dispensers, the cable was weird, the parking was a bit uneasy the property was under construction but the man working front desk was a sweetheartđââď¸

Many inconveniences due to ongoing renovations which was not communicated in any way before or after booking. Place should not be open during renovations.
Very little parking due to renovations, construction debris around parking lot, initial room we were given had terrible cell service and was out of wifi range, the room we were transferred to was within wifi range but the bathroom sink and tub did not drain water properly, walls coming apart, visible damage and the place did not look or feel very clean. Stains on rug and bath towels.
The staff were friendly and helpful though.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is in shambles. There are accurate photos posted by other reviewers. Plastic and Dust everywhere. No amenities at all. No reception. Parking is tight and not secured at all. Bathroom was gross. I get that they are going through a remodel, but when we booked this through Hotels.com it was listed as a Hotel Wingate by Wyndham. Much to my surprise the hotel had been sold. Surprised so much that I thought we were lost and had to call the front desk to confirm that it was indeed the hotel that we were supposed to stay at. And the fact that Hotels.com didn't notify us that the hotel was sold and under remodel prior to our arrival is unacceptable. We booked in July and not a single word? We could have gotten a refund and booked somewhere acceptable. And to top it off, we used our One Key rewards for this terrible experience. Thanks for the "REWARDS" Hotels.com.

This hotel is being completely remodeled inside AND out. No itâs advertised as such AND of course the pictures are not accurate. We were told to âbe safe in elevator it jerks a lotâ that obviously set us at easy. The walls in the room are literally pealing off.

This was horrible. It is under construction and in awful conditions. From the yellow caution tape to the deplorable conditions inside. No front desk but a folding table. Not a safe environment in the least. This hotel should not be available to anyone.

We LOVE this place! We took a chance despite of the bad reviews, and they have to be people who are competing or something , because weâve always gotten the best service, theyâre quick to handle any issue, theyâre all super friendly, quiet hotel, the parking isnât all that great but it depends on the day and time, thatâs really the only thing negative I have to ever say about this place!

There is a major renovation taking place at the hotel. The dust is everywhere. There is no vending machines so I was not able to buy water or soda. The bed was nice and comfortable but I would not stay there until the work is finished.

Place was very dirty. Under construction and all unfinished work was exposed. Shower did not work all running water was hot only. Additional fees were trying to be charged, I.e. pet fee $75, parking fee &15 per night. Staff was kind enough to allow me to cancel part of my reservation.

I thought I booked with the Wyndham Hotel with continental breakfast. Upon check in my information was not found and the Hotel changed their name. The hotel is under new ownership the 1st floor completely under construction no wi fi no breakfast staff not well receiving my room was already booked 2.5 weeks in advance never received an email for changes very disappointed. Other hotels were booked if not I wouldve left. After 30 minutes they hinored my confirmation.

The property is under renovations. Floor and walls are taped down in the lobby, hallway and elevator. There were exposed wires in the room. We were not advised about the renovations in advance and we were shocked and disappointed when we arrived. We had an event to attend late afternoon so there was no time to make other arrangements. The manager apologized after I expressed our disappointment but made no effort to mitigate the terrible experience.

Horrible. Under major renovations. Should be closed and canât believe they were still letting people stay there. Room stunk of cigarettes, tv was broken, room was dusty, no breakfast as promised. Never again.

This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. It was so gross, we couldnât stay in our room longer than 20 minutes. Smelt like cigarette smoke (even though we paid for nonsmoking), the surfaces werenât wiped down. And the carpet was disgusting. Everything looks dirty. I am no exaggerating.

The showers were dirty and rusty, someone was in the room I had previously booked and I had to sleep in the lobby bc my whole room had roaches

This property was nothing like the pictures presented online. Totally lied and misrepresented services and quality. No breakfast, no shuttle service and super poor WiFi. Stained carpet and roaches. Claimed they were under new management and nothing could be done. Several other visitors commented the same. Donât stay here!!!

I did not stay. My room looked nothing like the photo on the Hotels.com website. I did not feel safe, and I would never let my family set foot in the building. The carpets were dirty and stained throughout. There was a ceiling tile missing and the wires were exposed. There was writing on the walls and doors. There wasn't even air conditioning in the lobby, and there were homeless people all over the parking lot.

One check-in person said room
wasnât ready but guaranteed to be ready at 4:00. At 4:00 another check-in person said no guarantee & room was clean but had to be inspected so wait another 30 minutes. Not thrilled but the room was clean.

This property was in terrible condition with torn up carpets and damaged walls. There were CO2 containers everywhere, and the elevators and hallways wreaked of marijuana. When we entered our room, we saw a cockroach immediately. There were drug dealers and homeless people in the parking lot. We felt unsafe so checked out within the first hour of being there even though we weren't refunded.

Unfortunately the hotel looks very old and not well maintained. Beds linens and bathroom towels were clean but everything else was in a bad condition. It was not a good value for money.
The airport shuttle was not operating during our stay.

Many cockroaches, about 5 choices for breakfast, and the dirtiest carpet Iâve ever seen. Iâve never been to a hotel where I had to be vigilant about making sure all our luggage and backpacks were raised off the floor. It was a good deal for the area yet still cost too much for the conditions.
