Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floor was dirty

Staff was friendly. The water in the commode ran all night. Otherwise the stay was good.

Air conditioning did not work at all. They gave us a different room. Room was just fine. But the front door and front of building all dirty looking. The outside is terrible looking. Other wise it was fine for a one nighter!

Excellent stay. The front desk staff were friendly. The front area was decorated beautifully. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Theres a fridge in the room and a nice samsung tv with lots of options. The bathroomnwas clean and had plenty of hot water. Theres dove soap and shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. The heat and ac worked great. Breakfast had a waffle maker and bisquits and fresh fruit. There was juice and coffee and a variety of cereals. Id definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

Absolutely disgusting. I dont think the room has been swept and mopped in a long time. Our room had a dirty brown towel left on the counter and used soap in the shower. We were scared to sleep in the beds.

Hotel was a regular motel and not up to Ramada standards. View was of the parking lot and cars. Looked like a lot of work had recently been done, But by a handyman and rooms were well worn.not by a profession.

Room was recently updated. Very clean. Room was an outdoor end unit. Very noisy with foot traffic. Limited breakfast.

THE ROOM HAD A BROKEN FIRE DETECTOR AND A BROKEN LOCK. BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE.

Checked in on Monday afternoon. Beginning on Wednesday asked for the room to be serviced as the trash cans were full. I had no clean towels, and the soap and shampoo had ran out. Also, the toilet seat was very loose with the room was not serviced at any time before I check out Friday morning starting on Wednesday night. The deadbolt for the door would not engage. This was also reported to the front desk, but nothing was ever done.

Hotel cancelled my reservations and this problem I came to know on the travel date when I called them to inform about my late check in and we already started to that hotel location.. Then I had to stop my car for an hour to address and rectify this issue. When reached reception person was saying a different rate while check in which was double the amount of my booking and had to show the booking reference from the app and luckily he changed the rates to the actual booking price.. room and bed was clean but do feel there was smoking smell in the room but we booked non smoking room..I hope this review is taken seriously to address these issues at the earliest.

I really enjoyed the quietness of travel lodge. It was a wonderful break. The shower is leaking and I have some trash, but I will be out in the morning. Thanks.

Check in was ok. I talked with the desk clerk about an email I received before arriving telling me the hotel needed 50 bucks to be held to cover any damages I might cause. That was irritating. I'm well beyond the rock star age of trashing hotel rooms...and I never was a rock star! The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad was a heater (30 degree nights) that sounded like someone inside was pounding it with a hammer every time it kicked on! There was a good inch gap under the door that I ended up placing a rolled up towel against to lower the draft. The breakfast area was clean, the clerks were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't be afraid to stay there again...in the summertime.

One night stay from Philadelphia to Florida. Check in was easy. Room was clean. beds were comfortable. Hotel was a little older but updated. close to i95 but not noisy. I would stay here again.

Very unsafe! Put in back of property and people were parked in back hanging in their cars (not hotel guests). After they left, a white Mercedes with tinted windows kept driving in back, parking and then would leave only to come back 10-15 minutes later. We brought our entire car full of stuff into the room just in case. When the TV stopped working we knew it was a sign to get out. Only in the room for 3 hours and drove to SC and checked into a beautiful Tru by Hilton hotel that was well lit and filled with customers. I will be requesting a refund.

Its okay but the room that i got stinks. Strong Cigarette malodorous room otherwise the decor was nicely remodeled. I paid the king size bed but when we were there they say that the room is unavailable.

This was a very affordable overnight stop while traveling. It looks like it was being renovated, just missing a little trim work. But the bed and bath facilities were very nice.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were very welcoming. I think breakfast accomendations should have more options. My only concern is the connecting door with another room did not have a lock. Easily accessible for someone to walk into our room. Which was a bit of a concern. Due this was not explained during check in or explained that no other guest would be booked beside us for safety measures. Overall experience was good. Would consider booking again.

The unit needed to have the floors updated. The floor in the bathroom was a 1/2" taller than the rest of the room and there as no transition. I tripped more than once going into the bathroom. The window covering gave privacy but no thermal or light diffusion. Cold air poured in and the ambient light made the room like daylight all night long

A bit surprised when we checked in, turned out to quite nice: Looks newly renovated. Quite clean, and very good value for $. The fixtures and bathroom were pretty nice, fully acessorized. Breakfast adequate, though a few of the things had run out or were empty. Recommend. Thank you guys
