For budget-conscious travelers who aren't too picky. It's not very clean, but I've slept in worse for that price.

It’s run down and dirty. The rooms smell bad, you can tell they don’t change the sheets in between customers out first room had blood on the covers and was dirty we switched rooms and there was hair all over the bed from the previous customer. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all we had to sleep on top of the covers and we had to go buy our own blanket from wal mart to cover the bed and cover ourselves. I was very disappointed with this hotel. The reviews and pictures I feel are faked in order to get ppl to stay there. Never again.

The first room we were given was propped open, the manager told us it was fine to go in, but there were bugs already in there, it smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty. We got a second room that was better l, but there were no pillows covers, there is mold in the shower, and no towels. The sheets were also still not the cleanest.

The lady working was very friendly and helpful. I did feel a little unsafe. The area has changed since i was last there. But the lady working was very friendly.

Pretty decent

Room was not clean at all bedding, dirty floors sink mirrors, microwave dirty not cleaned. No toilette paper, no towels. Dog droppings sliver grass not ckk lol waned up. Person at front counter pleasant and helpful.

The floor near the front door/AC unit leaked water. Under the cheap flooring do it was warped and bubbly. The tub had a dirt ring that could rub off with my finger (NOT CLEANED BETWEEN CLIENTS). No hair dryers. The mattress was a lumpy mess. Will never stay here again. Not worth $80 a night!!!

Paid for a king bed but was told there were none available when I arrived which I said was fine because I was on a road trip and checked in very late, 2 am. I asked for a late checkout at noon and they told me noon was the latest. Got to the room, looks nothing like the pictures. You immediately can tell that despite it being non smoking that people had smoked in here. The two beds had different bedding. One of them had a cigarette burn in the comforter and a dent in thr mattress on one side. The ceiling in the corner above the door was falling apart. The bathroom was tiny and falling apart. The shower looked too gross to want to use. The a/c didn’t get the room very cool at all and sounded like a semi was running outside in the parking lot. It was “clean” but there are things that need to be fixed for it to have been a pleasant experience. I Hope some of the other rooms are in better condition. On top of all of that housekeeping knocked on the door at 11, I got up and tried to explain that I had late checkout and was told I needed to talk to the front desk and told them i already had when I checked in at 2 am and was told again to talk to the front desk. I called instead of walking down and was on hold when a fee minutes later another staff member knocked very loudly and told me that noon was the latest and I said ok. So much for getting an extra half hour or so of sleep. Ml

I got the keys , went to find my room with my family and there were people outside the rooms smoking and drinking , partying. My daughter was scared . Got to the room and couldn’t get in because my keys didn’t work I returned the keys and left the place.

Our room had sheets with awful stains. Bathroom light didn’t work. Microwave was missing the plate. Outlets did not work. Tv didn’t have a remote. Do not recommend

This place is not as advertised. It is extremely dirty.. poorly maintained. Awful mattresses. Door knob of the bathroom came off. Water leak from the floor. Dirty microwave. …no toilet paper holder…

the picture is a lie. bathtub were stained with body filth. floors felt like the bottom of a swamp cooler. Busted dry wall. no cleaning service.

Hotel key repeatedly did not work and had to go to the front office for help twice. The mattress was stained and uncomfortable.

the stay was ok, the comfort of the room was bad. the mattress was so bad and uncomfortable that my back hurts so bad a day after and still today. when you sleep the mattress is so week and outdated that it sinks, you can also feel the springs in the mattress. While you are sleeping the weight of your body create a hole and your back will feel it the next day.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. However, the A/C didn't work, the phone didn't work, there were no towells, and while therre was an iron, there was no ironing board. The floor was extremely filthy, and I even found an ancient M&M so oldthat it wasn't possible to determin what its originaol color was.

I never got a chance to stay at the hotel. I was almost arriving at the hotel, when I received a call saying the hotel did not have any available rooms. This is 11:30 at night and now I have to email customer service to get a refund, and also find another place to stay. This was a horrible experience with this site and with the hotel. I had to settle for a very crummy hotel I found outside of hotels.com. It was a very traumatizing experience

My fridge didn't work or anything really dirty and a lot of bugs in innthe room nothing worked

We got to the room which had very bad odor and a hole on the wall. We requested refund immediately. The property definitely needs an update. On another note…The staff at the counter was nice and understood.

Wow my children and I stayed at the Red roof inn it was very quiet peaceful but the mattresses up under the covers were nasty looked as if someone peed on it there was a hole in the bathroom door the shower and tub were dirty the back of the toilet seat did not match the top water kept coming up through the tub making the tub even dirtier while the staff was very it was just convenient for me and my children at the time

Good hotel for the money great location

The hotel was disgusting. The first room things didn’t work. The second room no better. We left and got a refund. I would not recommend.

The property was run down. We walked in the room and hair and dirt was all over the sheets.

Room not ready at check in

Mattress was scarecely better than a futon. Interior of the room was visibly scuffed and the mattress had stains. No visible bedbugs. Freeway noise was extremely audible even from inside.
