Comfortable, quiet, perfect after a long drive.

The hotel felt new and we were surprised that it was a recent renovation. Our room was well appointed for any traveler with a desk on wheels and a comfortable office chair, a refrigerator plus a chair and ottoman. I love having options to sit on (not always on the bed) in a hotel room.
We would have appreciated a microwave and a safe in the room. The safe especially. But neither were in the room. We had a miscommunication issue with the hours for the bar. The front desk told us it was open until 11 pm on Friday night. The bartender closed at 9:00 pm with quite a few customers still there. We just wanted one drink to take to our room. He was the only rude person we encountered during the trip.
We will stay at this hotel again. And we would like to compliment Nick at the front desk. He was efficient, friendly, professional, and an excellent representative for your hotel. We enjoyed speaking with him tremendously.
The renovation was very well done and your hotel was very comfortable for our stay. Please just work out the hours for the bar.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. I love that the bathroom was stocked with Dove products. Parking was easy and convenient. Location is very easy to get to off of the turnpike.

Our rooms toilet fell apart. First it ran all the time and we tried to fix it. Then the toilet stopper completely feel apart. We had to turn the water off. Called the front desk and they immediately moved us rooms. All was good after we changed rooms.

Clean and convenient to jump on the turnpike to get to the airport.

We have stayed here previously. It’s a good location. This time Nelly checked us in and he was extremely personable and helpful. Only downside for us is we like softer beds, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying again.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Finding it was a bit of a challenge, my GPS took me 8 miles out of the way, nice man at the gas station pointed me in the right direction, after letting me know it happens all the time. You might want to check into that, frustrating for someone who doesn’t know the area.

Newly updated. Love the simple decor, as I have dust allergies. Very clean. We were so comfortable. Nice attentive service at the breakfast buffet, and real scrambled eggs.

It was a perfect location for the family gathering. Short drive to several places for me. The staff at the front desk was very difficult for me to understand and was not warm person. I did not feeling welcoming.

There is a Royal Farms convenience store less than 50 yards from the front entrance of the hotel. Very handy for a quick snack or morning coffee. The entire hotel is very clean, and even though I-476 is adjacent to the property, we nvere heard the traffic while in our room

The property is nice in a nice area but nothing out of the ordinary the price little high i don't think is worthed the price they charge .

The place is nice inside as far as clean and decorative. The problem that I had was that the first room I was given was right on an exit on the toll road and that made it very noisy 24/7. I asked for a different room away from all the noise and got another room with a window facing the same traffic. I will not stay there again.

I liked that the staff changed my room after a complaint. I didn’t like their lack of friendliness

Overall it was good, clean . Bathroom was roomy which is a definite plus.the walls seemed super thin as I could hear people next to me talking in a regular voice. Some youth sports teams were there for a tournament and it was extremely noisy. Bathroom ceiling was leaking when unit above was taking a shower.

The hotel room was very clean and I personally saw a very well-staffed cleaning team working the rooms. Everyone I encountered was very friendly.

The hotel was great, and the night staff (the only ones we actually saw) were great. What wasn’t great was that house keeping missed cleaning our room 3 times. We had to call the front desk for new towels a couple times. One time they left their cleaning rags in the room.
The restaurant never seemed to be open
Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Me and members of my family stayed here for 2 nights on the weekend for a wedding, place is quiet and very clean, they always have a hot coffe/tea station available all day long and for me that was a huge plus!. We all were very happy with the stay.

A great location right off the turnpike, as well as to local facilities. The rooms are so roomy, spacious, clean, and beautifully manicured.
