If you’re wanting to stay here don’t…I booked this hotel online due to it being a halfway point to our location. We arrived here in the early morning hours (1ish). We get to our room to find stains on the sheets and black mold in the bathrooms.. asked about a room change but was told this was the only double room available. Keep in mind there’s 12 cars in the huge parking lot. The only positive was free breakfast. They have waffles.

Lights in bathroom did not work, burn holes in sheets, loud tv coming from visibly vacant room next door and no staff to be found for over a hour when I needed assistance.

Only one towel in room. Hair dryer didn’t work!! No tray in the coffee maker to put the grounds in!! Nothing for breakfast except waffles. Employees unpleasant!!

While the staff was ok, (nothing above the basic job,) the property wasn’t your average Quality Inn. People hollering all night, insane number of plates of food surrounding the parking lot I’m assuming the permanent resident in 112 who roams around yelling “Holy blood!” sets out for cats? There were tons of bugs crawling in the sink, breakfast was less than desirable, TV didn’t work, door didn’t close all the way, etc. All to be expected if you paid $20/night off the interstate but for $70/night I’d expect extermination and a working TV at least.

So we arrived on 12/12 and was stuck waiting for almost 40 minutes. Called several of times while in the lobby no ring and nobody at desk. Since we booked through Expedia i contacted Expedia immediately.. the lady who finally came out lied to the agent on the phone stating she was sweeping the lobby the entire time wich i said thats not true because we been here at least 30 mins with a dumb look on her face... any management team can review the

Very friendly staff but rooms are small, old and in a very hidden/dark area. It feels more like a Motel not a hotel. My wife and I slept well though.

We had issues with the cable box, tv okay but no cable.(dish) Called front desk and said maintenance was gone for the day, she would leave a note for when i check out they would give me a discount! Next morning at check out, no note and the desk clerk said they didn't give discount for the cable issues. Although the room was clean! But poor service

Light over sink inoperable..how did they clean without lighting!?!? Pillows smelled like BO. Area seemed not well lit and sketchy. Room way over due for remodel 4999 room not worth 8999

My stay there was not a good one. Housekeeping never came to clean the room the whole time I was there and I had to get my own toilet paper. The two ladies there the one when I checked in and the one when I checked out was great but that was all good about that stay. The place is old and need a lot of upgrades.

Place is worn down had to change rooms when checked in. Light didn’t work over bathroom sinks. Nor did phone work. Second room tv remote did not work. Shower/tub not clean. Vending area nasty. Moldy. Grounds dirty. Hangers on ground in walkway. If hadn’t been driving for 9 hours would have went elsewhere

We booked this hotel because it was on our way home from North Carolina. Online it had a some very misleading pictures that made it look like a nice hotel. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes, when he finally arrived, he apologized and claimed he was fixing a rooms tv. The grounds are dirty with dead and alive bugs all over. Rooms smelled and the bathrooms were very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on because the rug was sticky and disgusting. We felt stuck because we prepaid $90 for this stay. The pool area was a joke, the concrete was cracked or had peeled off, chairs were rusty and dirty. WE went to use the pool, but hotel front desk couldn't find any clean towels, so he brought our three hand towels we thought as a joke, but that was all he had. In the morning we went to have coffee and a hot breakfast, well apples, milk a juice machine with two waffle makers but no waffle mix to use. We asked the lady at the front desk, and she said I can make you some batter if you want a waffle. After returning from the kitchen after 5 minutes she had enough mix for one waffle and went back to the desk, we had 6 people waiting for waffles, we left his bad experience behind and will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I am disappointed Hotels.com has this even available for anyone to stay, it's an embarrassment.

Quality inns are usually of much higher quality than this property. The property was generally shabby, not well cleaned or well maintained. We were very disappointed. Thank goodness it was only one night.

The property was fine. There was nothing fanasty about yhe property. The first two staff member was very polite but the one when I checked out didnt care for her or her husband. What I didnt like was their was spiders in the room and holes in bathroom tile. This one hotel I hooefully will not be visiting anytime soon I hope.

I didn't expect The Hilton because I am well aware of where I booked and when. My trip was last minute and rushed. So I knew what to expect, but the room could have been much cleaner then what it was and much more safe. Let me be clear when I say much more cleaner I mean cleaned outside of what the room attendants do. By the way the staff was great. respectful and helpful. but the walls of the room was dirty and filthy there was a computer chair which was broken, we were supposed to have a microwave that was missing. The ice bucket was filthy with no bag for ice. Not to mention the area where you get ice was NASTY AND TRASY. The carpet needs to be cleaned not vacuumed but CLEANED! There were holes in the bathroom wall stuffed with tissue and the bathroom door was broken. got stuck in there twice. management the owner whom ever is over the condition of the property needs to fix it immediately. Like I said I know its not The Hilton but THERE IS NOTHINGQUALITY ABOUT THIS QUALITY INN..... Do Better

waited in the lobby for an hour just to check in, i traveled from florida. had to be somewhere by 530pm, parking lot full of trash, landscape around building all overgrown, walked into room and immediately was confronted with a horrible stench plus ciggarette smell, super dissapointed!!! the bed looked like a bowl it was so curved. not sure how you can charge that much for this place is insane, mind blown

There was a used rubber on the sidewalk right in front of the room door. The room smelled bad. There were no mattress covers to prevent the transfer of bed bugs or worse. There was no extra toilet paper to replace the tiny roll that was there. When I looked under the sing to see if anything might be there, there was no floor to the cabinet and a huge hole in the building wall behind the sink which also had an odor coming through. This was room 146. The hotel is way overdue for a remodel. The price was way too high for the condition of the property.

This motel is beaten down and gross. The exterior doors are beat up as is our room. We have burned out lights, a hole punched in the wall, rust all over the bathroom and the room smells musty. This place is to be avoided at all costs.

QWe stayed here before and it was great. Now, the area is not good. We had to ring a bell to be able to get into the locked reception area. The ceiling in our room had a leak and the plaster is still not fixed. Paint chipped off from all areas in the toilet area. The staff person was less than friendly. Minimal answers. No thank you.

The room looked unkept or like someone didn't finish cleaning. Dirty towel on sink, garbage not emptied. Random cups around the room. Electric by sink didn't work. The chair was broken. We complained and were told "so sorry". The garbage outside was full and over flowing. Terrible!!
