Great price- comfy bed n pillows- Econo did just fine!!!

Decent hotel. Clean beds and great location. A bit out dated and not much for breakfast options. Would stay again. The price point was pretty good.

It was comfortable and clean and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room cleaning was below average on a couple of days but I'll blame it on a holiday week..

I was woken up at 2 am by someone pounding on a door very loudly . This continued for a while . Breakfast had run out of most things and were not replenished .

The word ‘Econo’ had me a tad bit concerned at first and it’s by no means a 5 star hotel but honestly it’s clean, the staff was friendly and it checked off the boxes we needed. The vanity light above the sink in the 1st room we went to didn’t work but Amish immediately switched us to another that was very close - so very easy to move our things. Check in and out was very easy and they supplied 24 hour coffee along with a hot continental breakfast…we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I was checked in by a person on a computer. She was not there when I wanted to check out. Poor breakfast options. Terrible service. $75 USA for a deposit for one night! B

Haven't been there in 20 years, so appreciated the updates and the security.!

Friendly staff, very clean

It was close to UND. The roads close to the property need some work.

When staying overnight I didn’t like the fact that you don’t get clean towels everyday. There was no place to hang the wet ones. Only one garbage can and it was not emptied. Should at least be emptied daily

Horrible breakfast experience. The Only thing that they weren’t out of that we could eat was yogurt.

Nice, easy, access from the main highway. Near campus and extremely affordable. Updates were nice and the breakfast area was larger than expected. Overall a great value, especially if all you need is a place to sleep.

They dont even have someone at the desk. The kiosk was impossible!!

It looked to be renovated nicely. I appreciated the fact there was not carpet on the floor, but rather tile. What I did not like was the dining area and the options available (which could be because of the dining area). It definitely is not made for groups, which I was a part of the second night of the stay. Overall I would give this hotel a thumbs up for the renovations that were made. Also the young man at the desk when I checked our group in was very helpful and pleasant (I believe the lady in the morning said his name was Cole?)

Below par for room and cleanliness, funky smell in halls and room. Machine at entrance to check in and out very impersonal. Continental breakfast was the least amount of food I’ve ever had which could be why we were the only ones there.

I paid $169.00 usd for a room 112 with old beds with broken down sides, a tv that didn’t work, filthy light switches, funky smells, filthy windows on the inside, and dirty floors in need of mopping. I have photos of most of these. This was NOT worth the $$ and I feel ripped off! Guy at the front didn’t care.

The check in process after 10 pm was inconvenient and had to have several keys made before it actually worked. The whole second floor reeked of marijuana.

For the price, it's a very nice place to stay. It is away from attractions but that's not a problem when everything is less than a 10 minute drive to get to.

Staff was accommodating.

Perfectly acceptable cheap hotel: I wouldn't want to spend more than a night here though. The beds are hard, the facility is run down and the surrounding area is a bit sketchy.

This hotel was good for our overnight stay before we flew out of Grand Forks. Nothing fancy but the price reflects that. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and good environment. Parking available. Bed was as comfy as I would have liked but still ok.

The 2 things we didn’t like were—
— there wasn’t an elevator so it was difficult to get our luggage upstairs.
— there were only 3 tables to eat breakfast
Otherwise it was good

Staff weren't friendly. Sink faucet broken. Staining in the bathroom

Clean, but the room had a adjoining door which made for a noisy night from our neighbors.

It's clean. The room is a little bit out dated but it's cleanliness outweighs it.
