The morning manager needs to talk to her staff much better in a respectful way, cursing at the staff and screaming will not get any person to do a great job. Also she need to discuss with her staff in the office not outside in front of Motel 6 where everyone can hear her yelling and screaming at them like they are nobody.

I was there for a funeral of my brother, I pick that place because it was by the highway,
The room was terrible, first room, hairs on bed,TV didn't work,change room and the next room no better ,bathroom toilet wouldnt flush for several hours.,bed was so hard was uncomfortable all night.
I like to give one good remark, the front desk receptionist was excellent and really tried to make things better,did offer change of room, a lot of things beyond her control, elevator terrible, halls full of Marijuana smells,will never....go there again.

A little run down ,cheap hotel in nice location

I reserved a king size bed, upon check in the room i was given had a small, full size bed. When i returned to the front desk they acted surprised that my room didn't have a king bed and i was told they didn't have any other king beds available. The room was unsafe, the door didn't lock every time we went in or out. My room was on the first floor and the window was broken. There were strange holes in the floor. It was very loud, i could hear activity on both sides of my room and above my room as well. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel or this location for anyone.

Staff here are needs more training, they don’t communicate between shifts making behind desk mistakes your problem and interrupting your stay at their convenience.

Wake up with mysterious red bite marks on neck and back area need to deep clean rooms and replace bedding (stains)

I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews, but I am just judging from my one stay which check in was efficient and the room comfortable. I could have done without hearing the yapping dog I assume was a couple rooms away, but Motel 6 is a budget motel, I have low expectations expectations for soundproofing.

I booked a queen bed but ended up with a full, that's okay though, it was still comfortable. Our room was clean. Clean bedding, clean towels, clean bathroom etc. The hallways did smell a little funky and the elevator had an absolutely raunchy smell. Thankfully our room was fresh. Check in and check out process was very smooth, nice staff. People were a bit loud and there was some screaming that sounded like a fight. Dogs barking at some points. Overall my stay was fine. I'd stay again if in need of a decently priced hotel for a short trip.

We had to move rooms because the key swiper didn’t work on our door. Then in the next room they “left the door open for us to be nice” - only for us to find out that the key swiper also didn’t work on this room. That didn’t matter in the long run because we weren’t going to leave the room.
Things only got worse when we went into the room.
The faucet was broken and clogged. The toilet didn’t work. The bed had stains in it. The floor was broken and so was the TV. The whole place smelled like smoke. The door’s deadbolt was broken. We had to put towels under the door to give us privacy because the door was jimmy-rigged into place.
Somehow $57 was a MAJOR overpayment.
I’ve stayed in places with bullet holes in the windows that were better than this.

Front desk tried to charge me twice for our room. Hotel was DIRTY!!! Garbage and dishes in hallway! Sheets were recognizably dirty! Shower was dirty! The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it was just a replacement door.

Well I stayed for three days didn’t realize the shower had pliers on it until the next day when I got take a shower room 315 the staff was all men they tried arguing with me about the room then the manager go tell me that I was a dnr do to me arguing with the housekeeper the hotel smell like smoke outlets in room don’t work I wouldn’t refer anybody there

there was men sitting in there car the whole time we were there as we were in and out for dinner etc.but we needed a parking pass (which they did'nt have) They had cones right when you pulled in driveway by the entrace,waited for was awhile for clerk to come out of a room down the hall.someone above our room,was pulling some thing across and around the room most of the night. NOT GOOD

Good price and in nice neighborhood.
VERY loud - guests slamming doors and talking in the hall at all hours. Signs like "no firearms in building" made the place not feel so safe.

Housekeeping never cleaned out room even on request never had clean linen

Dead bolt was stripped off of the door. The bed comforter was more like the thickness of a bed sheet, and they only had 2 flat pillows in the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable, old and bouncy/ no support.
Doesn’t feel very safe there when you get policed called there.
