We had a one night trip to attend the graduation at Duke University. The hotel was clean the breakfast was decent and the clerks at the front desk were professional. It was an okay stay for one night

Everything was great except the bed. It was broken and me and my wife ended up sleeping on the same 8 inches of bed in middle as it funneled us down every time we adjusted

Hotel is in need of updating. Several wall outlets were lacking power. No USB ports to charge phones and tablets . Needed devices to charge phones. Breakfast was minimal except for waffle maker. Hallways and elevators were messy and walls needed cleaning. Would not stay here again. On a positive side check in was quick and orderly. Clerk was friendly.

This hotel was fine for a one-night stay. It could use some updating, and the breakfast was basic but fine. It's also in an odd location.

Very nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast was easy to access and had a nice assortment of foods. Friendly staff.

We stayed in two different rooms across the hall from each other and they each had black mold in them.
I won't stay here again nor would I recommend it.

My only real complaint was I would rate the mattress in the top 5 worst I have slept on, or tried to sleep on.
83 years old so have a lot to compare it to.

My only complaint is that the sign for the hotel is not visible or lit. I drove by it three times because it was after dark and In traffic one can’t slow down easily to identify.

Like other reviewers, I was completely surprised by the interior of the hotel. While the outside looks like a rundown roadside motel, the inside is of top-notch quality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the overall environment is very peaceful, and my stay was highly enjoyable. It also cost only $4 to wash and dry a load of clothes, about half the cost of using a laundromat. Looking forward to returning soon.

The bathroom did not work properly and the conditions of the hotel are clean and staff nice but need refreshing of linen and towels besides checking toilets.

Staff was accommodating for my early arrival request and I had a bunch of stuff to unload out of my car so requested a first floor.
For the price its great, in a quiet area, clean w/a decent morning breakfast.

Good enough for a one-night stay. Did not much care for the bed. The hotel was surprisingly without road noise for being at the intersection of a major highway and a primary city road. Desk staff was very good and polite. Did not try the minimal free breakfast.

Had a great stay; Clean room, good water pressure and very comfortable bed! Will definitely look for more of this hotel chain when traveling. Stayed at Hampton Inn the night after and it was horrible compared to Quality inn. Hightly recommended!

Nice quiet place to stay not far from Raleigh. It's quite dated and oddly enough is attached to a church. But our room was very nice and clean, beds were comfy and staff was very nice.

The hotel and room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast variety was great, and coffee was available all day.

Great location and value. Manager Andy went above and beyond to resolve an issue with Expedia. We will definitely stay here again next trip, but will not be using Expedia in the future.

The only problem was finding the entrance to hotel. Can be tricky using GPS. Wish the sign to the hotel was bigger

Very average hotel. Decor is outdated. Breakfast was continental and cold. Okay but nothing special.

Had sufficient parking space. The price was reasonable. They provided breakfast for the guests which was a plus for me.

Well when we first checked in the front desk didn’t warn me that our tv wasn’t working at that time. Also she didn’t ask if I was a Choice member which I was .

This was a perfect, quiet spot for my young daughter and myself to sleep for the night. When you need a clean bed and simple necessities at an affordable rate, this will do just fine. Staff was very pleasant and kind.
