Front desk was so slow, only one person and that one person left everyone in line to find another employee because it was her time to go home. I get it it was a long day but she could have came back and help clear up the line. To be was not professional.

The bathroom was very dirty. I was with my family (wife and two daughters 3yo and 7yo) and they put us in a room that had a cheaper door with access to the next room. We simply didn't sleep all night because there was a couple next door who had sex all night with a loud noise. The woman screamed all night, disgusting!

Over a 45 minute wait to check in; only one person working the front desk. Person was not friendly at all. Room was filthy. Floor was not clean. Wood floors and we had black dirt on our feet after 5 minutes in the room. Curtains were not functioning so we couldn’t close the curtain and had light shining in the room all night. Loud music playing and echoing in the corridor. Room was very dated. Needs lots of updates. Ice machine was outdoors and covered with mosquitoes.

Very old, ceiling had holes, curtain ripped, rusted fixtures in the bathroom and beds sunk in. My feet were black from walking on the floors. Very sketchy people there and someone messed with our laundry while we were there. Management should be embarrassed.

There was not enough photos I could take to tell you how disgusting the hotel room was. It is nothing as advertised. I was going in there with a open mind because it was on the cheaper end, but there was no way it was like it was showing pictures horrible Worst experience of my life will not use Hotels.com in the future. Do not know why this is on your website

There was no hot water. No fun to take a cold shower. The commode was running all night.. the AC is ridiculous loud. I killed to huge roaches

The hotel is in need of repairs. Out room was dirty, sheets dirty. The floors were a fall hazard. Anyone with unsteady gait would have definitely fallen. The lady at front desk was miserable and more concerned about complaining her coworker was leaving her to do all the work. She was not pleasant or helpful.

No hot water after 5 minutes. Toilet sounded like a train went by. Bathroom door was busted. Toilet gushed water from pipes after flushing. No continental breakfast. For the price I paid it was horrible. I have stayed at many choice hotels and I still can’t believe this was a choice hotel. Someone should be ashamed to call this a choice brand.

The front desk staff was disrespectful, she seemed to be mad for having us there, didn’t provide with a receipt of the payment, when I asked for it she got mad. The room was not clean, the toilet didn’t flush well so it got clot , they didn’t come until the following date when I was actively checking out. Horrible, will definitely never come back.

The front desk clerk didn’t know where the room was located, the renovations and empty units around the in use rooms were creepy.
Inside the room there was dirt in the sink, hair on the sheets, unpainted walls, drafty front door and a general atmosphere of uncleanliness. The hotel just looks rundown and grubby on the inside.

We paid online had to pay again at hotel. Also needed a rollwr bed paid for it when i check in i thought at 11 at night our second night someone knocked onthe door saying we needed to pay for room when we paid again when we checked. She only charged us for one night for the roller bed. Says they called are room phone never rang would never stay here again have season passes for legoland

Please reconsider this listing. I would have rather pay a little more for something that feels safe. You can hear everything over the walls and see everything through the windows ( the curtains were broken)
This hotel definitely needs an update and doesn’t feel safe. The shower was dirty or old ? Very weird.
Unfortunately, it was a last minute trip. Next time I will plan in advance.

The staff were awesome! They were very helpful and very friendly! The hotel itself was out of date on everything and wasn’t very clean. It needs to be painted and somethings needs to be replaced. My family and I stayed there many years ago and it was the happening place to be, but now its only purpose is to get you some sleep! The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores so that was a great thing! Also, you are right next to Lego-land if you have kids. Otherwise my stay was just okay.

Close to LEGOLAND, staff are very helpful, I had a problem with the key and they fix it fast. The bedroom smell like clean, but the building is old , which don’t help much when you clean the bathtub always will look dirty. But overall I had a good stay.

Great location for Legoland but the hotel is in dire need of renewing. The phone and lamp in rooms 312 and and television in 314 didn't work. There was mold, the floors were dirty and the shower handle was broken. The coffee machine was dirty jn the water tank. The air conditioners were very noisy.

I had to request another room. the first one was old. dusty. stains on the sheets and curtains. rusty door. dirty bathroom. The second room was also old, stains on curtains, roof stains, toilet didnt work. TV remote had no batteries. Beds were uncomfortable.

Not at all like the photos. Dirty and run down. Front desk staff decided to go over cash drawer discrepancies while checking me in.. literally in the middle of checking me in.

The front desk check in lady was amazing and made my stay extremely great. The lobby area was decorated so nice. The only downside was parking was confusing. But a great price for a last minute booking.

Had to get help to figure out shower. Tv would not show all Chanel’s. Maintenance guy was awesome showing us the combination to turning on the shower and then changed out our Tv

I have never stayed anywhere so dirty. The housekeepers do not clean. Management clearly doesn't care. The quality of work here is embarrassing. A hotel can be outdated but still clean. This is not it.
I literally had to buy cleaning products at Walgreens. I have receipts, photos, and videos of the room as well.

Not knowing anything about the area, I felt very nervous about this place. The property is very old and large. No security that I could see. The floor of the room I was given was not cleaned properly. On the plus side, no incidences occurred and the staff was generally pleasant.

A water pipe burst at the hotel, so we did not have water until approx. 11AM. I understand things happen and take time to get fixed, but I was not impressed that there was no update given to us regarding the status of the water getting turned back on, and there was no apology. I had to call the front desk to ask what was going on, otherwise there was never an update.

Microwave broke...didn't bring me a new one..couldnt cook my sons supper nor breakfast, he's autistic on special diet. Front desk worker rude.
