The bed and pillows were fine. The shower was abysmal. It barely spit on me. I had a hard time getting the shampoo out of my hair

This is a very old hotel and it shows. The bathroom was nicely updated but the carpets are dirty and worn out.

After checking in we got our keys to a room and they did not work. Went back to the desk and they fixed the key card but once entering our room someone else was there. We went down and received another room. Later we called about another pillow was told we would get a call back and nobody got back to us. It is a horrible run hotel.

It was a good stay, room was very comfortable. Clean. Quiet area. Towels were thin and rough. Overall I recommend it

I just love this place! Makes my business trips to easy and comfortable! Staff and the Fat Cactus are just the cherry on top!

The staff did their best to accommodate me. However, I was given a 1 bedroom suite in which the dark curtains did not close to block the daylight. They were designed to only expand 1/3 on each side (decorative only - no privacy). I sleep days, because I work overnights. Therefore, not being able to shut the curtains was an inconvenience. I informed the staff I sleep days, so if there was any alternative, no one informed me of one.

This was a good, safe place to stay overnight on my trip. I've stayed here before and likely will again. It is a good place for the price. It's close to dining places and there is a restaurant inside too. It's also close to shopping and grocery stores.

Keisha at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and thats the only positive that I have to say. The carpeting and old sofa smelled of mildew and the mismatched tableware had old food stuck to the plates. Absolutely disgusting.

Good hotel to stay at! I made the mistake of going through a 3rd party instead of going through the hotel to get a better offer.
The inly bad thing is the heater. It’s noisy and the heat is too dry and hard to control so we left it off.

my room was next to a main hwy heard trucks almost all night the bed sheets were never changed they had piss stains in the bed.

Great staff! Very friendly! Clean rooms, everything was great EXCEPT I had a room on the pool side and on our last night there, there was a wedding party of around 40 people, Id say. They were all out next to the pool area until 430 or so in the morning drinking,laughing, yelling talking very loudly. We were all VERY tired! I called the front desk and the lady said she could tell them to lower their voices but CMON, they did not! Not right at all that I paid almost 200 per night and got MAYBE 2 hours of sleep on our last night there! Management shouldnt allow people to be outside like that all night!!!! If u get a room, dont get ot kn the pool side for sure!!!!

This hotel is an older remodeled one. Housekeeping not too diligent. Coffee pods replaced but forgot new hot and cold drinking cups several times.

Paid breakfast inadequate. Nice pool but closed after Labor Day even though the weather was in the 90's.

Our stay was 2 nights and it was great, I introduced my family to IHG , and they had a stress free, and enjoyable time, and Mr Collins Bent was such an amazing help since day one, and our second night he gave us 2 complimentary quench your thirst tickets. God bless his soul, his customer service was excellent, the staff was awesome , the restaurant food and drinks, everything was on point. Thank you Mr Collins Bent, we need more people like you. Today the receptionist is not welcoming. Not friendly. Like a little serious asking me if I coming for one night. I usually come here very often on weekends for the pool. Staying on Saturdays.
