Check in & out was extremely fast and easy. Rooms were very clean. Really appreciated the small toiletries in the room.

The hotel was $107 for the night, with tax $120, when we arrived I had to put a $150 deposit down that of course they are still holding. Then I found out it’s $10 to park. The room needs to be updated and we will not be staying here again. There are three other hotel choices close by that don’t charge for parking and only hold $20 for a deposit. Oh and you get breakfast no breakfast at this Holiday Inn unless you pay extra.

Hallways smelled terrible (like sewage and air freshener to cover it up) room smelled stale and had to leave the windows open to alleviate the smell. There was dried food on the kitchen counters and even though it was a suite, they include NO kitchenware at all. To get kitchenware it is a “special order item” that you have to request BEFORE you arrive. Shower produced just a trickle of water because most of the water leaks out the tub spigot.
Overall the front counter was indifferent to customer requests (especially wanting kitchenware) and were not particularly friendly or welcoming.
The bed was comfortable and the room was big. The pool are looked really nice but did not have time to try it.

Dog friendly hotel and it's a shame guests don't pick up after their dogs and leave their poops on the grass. Patio was super convenient and I liked the extra bar on top for security. I called the desk for a few items and each person who brought the stuff were very nice and prompt. The front desk guy named Cameron was super funny when I found out my key cards were deactivated. He had a good sense of humor and made me laugh! Overall was a nice stay.

Easy check in. The room was very clean & comfortable. Loved the bed & pillows, so comfy. I was so surprised by the size of the room. You could have fit 2 king size beds & still had lots of room. In the room was a counter that took a full wall with a microwave, fridge, sink & Keurig that i used a lot. I would stay here again.

Horrible hotel, not clean, run down, wallpaper falling off the walls. Jacuzzi not working. Shower that needs a direction card to turn on. Rude staff.

The hotel is in sad state. Hallway was dirty. We even saw towel at the hallway and fork in front of room door. Shower is hard to operate and water pressure is low. Elevator is soooo slow. Door going to the elevator foyer is warped Front desk receptionist seems to be tired and not enthusiastic with her job.
Not going to back to this hotel unless renovated.

They definitely need to update the rooms, at check in the older lady seemed bothered that i asked for extra soap and amenities for my family of 5. I will not be staying here again, Holiday Inns are uasually nice, clean and updated this one not so much.

Pros: gym is nice weights and some cardio, location is convenient for on and off 101.
Cons: The sanitizer or carpet cleaner or whatever they useso strong it is oppresive.
Onnarrival, tv didn't work, AC/fan/heat didnt work, and the fridge was left open so it was warm and I had food to put in it. I was not offered a room change. Maintenance fixed tv(bad hdmi cable) got the ac/heat unit to work (though even when off it stayed on and was loud at night) and I had to throw away about 25$ in food due to the fridge. I was told "it will cool down", but it took until the next day and food spoiled. Since it was a work trip, and I have budget for food, it was a bummer to loose most of it.

To start, i was not aware this Hotel charges $10 each night for parking. Then when che ked into the room, found the toilet was not cleaned properly. We then found the pillows to be so flat they gave us neck aches . We then were asking for bottle water and they had none , indicating they ran out..Really..!! How does a Hotel not have bottle water and none in any of the vending machines. We needed to travel to a nearby store to puchase water. In the morning we decided to have breakfast here, and the hostess sat us on a dirty table for two and when we asked to move to a table which accommodate 4, she would not allow us to sit since we we not a party of 4 but yet the dinning area was empty with many tables available. We then ordered coffee and was served luke warm coffee which had sat for several hours. But yet she was brewing fresh coffee and could of severed of fresh hot. Poor customer service. The Best encounter here was the Bartender Jessica, she was awesome, very friendly and attentive..!! I dont think i will be coming back to this Hotel...

Charging for parking after you have already paid to stay is greedy thing to do. Nothing was mentioned when booking but charged when you got the hotel. Rooms were nice but were not cleaned daily.

The room was not bad. it went bad when I woke up to a building with no water. the staff said they couldn't give me any compensation for not being able to use the bathroom or shower.

When we first got there we had to switch to a different room due to giant stains so over the carpets. I have a service animal and didn't want to be charged from them thinking it was my dog. Then we weren't told ahead of the booking that the water would be shut off during our stay. The whole reason for the stay was for a wedding and it made so many things difficult and changed all the plans we had made. They should've sent out an email of the maintenance for those who were booked in advance.

We were 2 couples stayed here one night, arrived late in the evening and the moment we entered hotel we faced with attitudes of receptionist lady her name was Corina. 4 of us were schoked by how rude she was. Overall we remember our stay at Holiday Inn was ok however customer service in a hotel should have been more welcoming and a better experience.

I like that it had a restaurant on premises but the hours for the restaurant need to be more convenient. Would have been nice to get a burger for lunch when I missed breakfast as breakfast was only served until 9:00 everything after that had to be taken to go. Also there seemed to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant. Most of the time there was only one person waiting tables. One more thing, I was served a breakfast that included onions when I asked for without and I was forced to pay for the mistake but given a lesser value substitute for free saying it was charged as a kid’s meal but the waiter acted like he was doing ME a favor when it was their mistake.

Everything was GREAT about my stay except the unavailability of the jacuzzi! I was really looking forward to a relaxing soak when I arrived in the evening, only to go downstairs and find a taped-off hot tub. This is something the front desk should mention upon check-in! I found this part very disappointing.

It was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel charges $10 a night for parking, even though they have a huge lot and no other business around that would take up parking. Knocked on our door to clean twice within 20 minutes even though our do not disturb sign was up. Hotel could use an update.

We booked a room with one King and one Queen bed and were placed in a room with that had a full size instead of a Queen. We measured the width to be 55 inches, the same as a standard Full size bed; a Queen should be 60 inches wide. Upon checking out, we inquired with the front desk and they said that they did give us a room with a Queen size, but we knew that the bed was not a Queen size because we measured it.

The hotel needs some upgrades done. My family that said with us in 2 different rooms has BAD plumbing issue. The rooms smelled old. This ia however for the back tower that we were placed in.

This property is overpriced for the condition it's in. Needs a major overhaul. The staff is so nice and super cool. Very helpful. The food is great on-site. But needs a major overhaul.
