This choice was a good bang for the buck! What I’d read about the “cleanliness” was true….very clean. With some carpet updating, this aspect could be enhanced. The only downside for me was the struggle to keep warm enough. No matter what I put on, and even with the heat going, cold air seeped into the room.

Very outdated property but very clean as well. Price was perfect for what you get. Worked out well for a one night stay on the way to our final destination

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, climate controls worked. Bathroom spigot had a problem delivering hot water. Bath tub had some sort of gum stuck to tub floor. In-room phone did not work other than a dial tone, but no call could be made. Phone message light kept blinking. Disconnecting phone stopped flashing red light. In-room clock radio could not be set. This establishment was once affiliated with a different franchise. New franchise has many rules that must be adhered to by room contract. Sign in lobby read "Coffee only 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. At 6 a.m., no coffee. This place is not what it used to be. Disappointing.

The clean up staff language barrier needs too improve a lot.

had very noisy person room next to me, no coffee maker or tea. had fridge, micro wave, hair dryer. was a bit out dated but very clean. bed was very comfy, heater worked very well. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is outdated but kept clean. Clean sheets and towels. Nothing to complain about. Bit noisy from the highway but not disturbing. Heating worked well. Good bargain

Very, very basic amenities, there was a refrigerator in the room but the inside leaked and the control button was removed. The hotel is two floors with rooms on the outside. Like an old motel, there is no elevator which was very inconvenient to carry suitcases to the 2nd floor. Each room has a window to open for fresh air… however there is no lock on the window and we had to put a dowel rod in the event it was opened from the outside. There are pep, families that “live” at the hotel, this was evident from the clothes left to dry on the handicap sign and school bus that picked the children up. There was a beat up white suburban type vehicle, with no handicap plates or placard, parked in handicap (I’m handicapped) during our entire 3 day stay. Children playing in the parking lot and adults hanging in the hallways having loud conversations and congregating in the parking lot the extra safety lock on the door was broken so we had to put a chair in front of the door at night. Staff banged on our door at 3pm Monday to “check “ the smoke alarm…? Chipped paint and dirty walls and dented entrance doors on every door I saw. Over all crappy place to stay. Immediately regretted checking in but it was too late to get my money back! Do not stay here without reading this.

Had a nice peaceful stay here. The lady at the front desk was sweet and welcoming. I needed to get away just for the night and this place was what I needed. Room was nice and clean, quiet, bed was comfy. Will def. Be back.

The hotel is very old and outdated, because of that you can’t really understand whether it’s clean, the bathroom is rusty, carpet is disgustingly stinky and not properly vacuumed. Maybe that’s why the room doesn’t have proper lighting so you can’t see the dirt! The photos are not like the reality. After check in we were in doubts whether we should stay (you have 15 mns to decide to get a refund, which is also very sketchy), but then because of the price we stayed. But I couldn’t sleep, I was honestly afraid if I meet some roach if I go to the toilet. I heard the water running down the pipes during my sleep. Staff was indifferent, I didn’t feel welcomed. Maybe if you need a transit stay and you are not squeamish take a chance.

They charge extra for checking in early. No consideration at all, as far as cleanliness and for healthcare professionals. I found on one of the day there was a dead roach and lots of baby flies in the bathroom and marks of dead insects on walls. The staff also dont tell you that if you tru to cancela day early. Within 24 hrs they can reimburse a night worth. I didnt and couldnt sleep comfortably as beds were hard and sheets were also filthy as it has stains.

The hotel has a very good structure, but needs some renovations. Regarding cleanliness, the towels and bed linen were very clean and the furniture, despite being old, was clean. The problem is cleaning of the carpet. In addition to being old, the carpet leaves the room with an unpleasant smell. The effort made by the staff to maintain cleanliness is evident, but the carpet in the rooms needs to be changed

The room was in pretty nice shape and also pretty clean! I only hated that the attendant didn’t have many answers for me about how to obtain the receipt for my stay. He informed me that he thinks I would get one at checkout but was unsure. Other than that one portion of the stay the rest was good . Perfect choice for a short stay! I would stay again if I ever needed to visit the area again.
