Front Desk team member provided excellent service. We were having trouble finding a place to park our Truck & Camper and he tried to chase us down and show us where to go. He couldn't catch us but when we walked in he recognized us and personally showed us where to park. He provided us a room overlooking where we were parked and personally checked out the room with us.

I had some problems this stay. The front desk guy was nice but incompetent and slow as molasses. I waited 15 minutes for him to slowly wait on folks ahead of me, then 15 more to check me in. He mistakenly booked another couple my room, so they barged into my room at 2am. Luckily i had the chain on. The reno of the room was ok, but the bathroom was awful. Would not stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times. This was probably the best room here I’ve stayed in so far. Very spacious, nice large screen TV with great channels, the towels were thick and soft and was nice to have toiletries. The beds are super comfortable. My check in clerk was an awesome guy. Very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. I do hope some attention to the bathrooms gets accomplished while renovations are taking place.

I walked into my room and it smelled like marijuana. Room was in worn out condition.

There were people yelling outside at 1am 2am 3am. The bathroom wall had a hole in it. The floor in bathroom wasn't clean. They painted the door frame and never cleaned up the globs of white paint on the floor. The staff was very friendly. The carelessness upon updating the room makes you wonder about the rest.

Connecting rooms had doors that did not lock. Moved rooms and toilet was dirty in new room. Took shower a good 10 minutes to get hot. Outside area had trash and beer bottle caps. No pride in appearance and unsafe to be in connecting rooms when doorlocks did not work.

Staff was extremely friendly, great service checking in. The room was clean. While property was in a quiet area, we could hear people walking by our room and people walking above us. Could also hear plumbing noises from nearby rooms.

Nonsmoking room may be nonsmoking now, but can definitely still smell years of smoking in the room. Bathroom floor had a puddle with hair in it, slipped and almost fell when entering the bathroom. Definitely an old and not well cared for bathroom.

I was disappointed in the property and the room for what we paid. It was more like Motel 6. Breakfast was subpar. Staff was nice though

Staff was friendly and room was clean, although there was some minor damage in the room. Room didn't smell bad, but outside reaked terribly of weed and there were several people outside late at night.

Forrest at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Would recommend anybody stay here if they’re in the area and are looking for a great deal on a room.

The motel and clientele looked sketchy and we were slightly nervous to stay. The stay ended up being fine but I wouldn't stay there again.

The room smelled damp. When I got there it was 79 degrees in the room and very humid. I was able to turn the A/C down but it took over an hour to cool it down. It smelled mildewy/damp the entire time I stayed there. I had a hard time locating the hotel. Hotel staff wasn't super efficient and only vaguely friendly. It was ok. It was not expensive for the area, so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs, pancakes were made by a pancake maker you just push a button on. Biscuits and sausage gravy. It was free and filling. The bed was pretty comfy, but did make a weird noise sometimes when I shifted in the bed. I would probably stay here again if I had budget restraints, but if I could afford a better hotel I would go elsewhere. It was clean, even though it smelled like mildew. Probably just wasn't used often.

The staff was very nice upon check-in but the room was exceedingly dirty TV did not work and the other guests and people just in the parking lot were extremely unsafe they were not on the good side of life

Extremely older hotel, not anything like the picture or description on the website, very rundown and needing some major repairs. Air-conditioner had a fowl, musty smell, tiny bathroom, floor needed swept. Not true to advertisement.

Very nice hotel. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. The room was great! The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar hit the spot. Super easy access to the highway and plenty of parking. Very nice stay.

The first thing i noticed was cracks in the floor and ceiling. Then I lifted the bed and about 10 roaches went running, of which i was able to get photos. I did not stay. To the manager's credit, he was very apologetic and immediately approved the refund.

The hotel was clean. The problem was that the electricity kept going off and the management was not very helpful considering that I am handicap I have a service dog my left hand does not work and there were labor male laborers on the downstairs floor and he put me and my service dog upstairs, and it made it very difficult and very difficult day for us. I would not stay there again.

It’s was an ok stay. They don’t bother you. However parking is scarce and the rooms are old. They have microwave and fridge which is a plus! A lot of amenities near by . Greet place for a quick stay or passing through.

Friendly staff. Need a new entrance door. Needed hand and towel bar in the bathroom and the sink area. I liked the laminates floor that makes it easy to see if you drop something on the floor. What I don’t like was they put an air freshener in the vent of the air conditioner unit. The smell was so strong that irritated my throat and we finally got it out and throw it away. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Overall it was OK. There was no bath or hand soap and the desk clerk said they didn't have any. The bathtub was dirty and needed scrubbed, so we didn't bath for the 2 days we were there.

Smelled incredibly of smoke, had bugs in the bed (saw one crawling in my hair and immediately wanted to leave). I’ll never book at this place again

Hotel had a high rating and was one of the most rundown, dilapidated hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The door stuck so bad I had to hit it with my shoulder to get it open.. there was a panhandler staying there who hit me up to lend him my phone (fat chance fella). Did not have hot chocolate and I didn’t even stay to see what their “free breakfast” was like. Couldn’t get out of there soon enough.

Likes: clean sheets, towels and mattress is comfy. Hot water is HOT, which made for a nice bath, a/c works great.
Dislikes: property is run down, dead bolt doesn’t work, people next to me are obviously doing a long-term room rent and are loud.

The hotel was run down. The room we checked into smelled and had soft spots in the floor. The door was not secure. No bathroom door. Very sketchy people roaming around. When we checked in I’m assuming there were friends if the desk clerk in there talking about a party they were going to later and the stuff that would be there. We checked out and went elsewhere within 15 minutes of check in and going to our room.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to restaurants and stores were the plus side.
Down side it was sketchy vibe with some of the people who were staying. Bathroom was way too small and breakfast was so, so.

When we pulled in, you could see sketchy people on the second floor balconies, walking in the parking lot, and a couple arguing, and a police car hovering around and people trying to avoid contact. That and the dirty parking lot was enough for us just to move on and eat the non-refundable fee. The cost was just not worth staying in this environment.

Staff was professional and the morning breakfast was good. I experienced no troubles in my one night stay.
