Very nice front end staff, answered questions and offered help graciously! Helped us figure out shuttle and airport time. Beds were super comfortable and loved the pillows. No big deal but we only had two towels for four people but we made it work.

Front desk staff especially the check out lady were very nice and personable. Hair dryer in room was broken and there was not a replacement.

The staff and people at this hotel were amazing. Friendly, kind, accommodating. We had to stay here last minute because the other hotel had their elevator go out. This was a great change and we appreciate this place!

The entire hotel smelled like smoke, despite the warnings not to smoke inside. The room was even worse smelling! Had to ask for different towels cause the ones we had were stained and smelled terrible. Now all our clothes smell like this dingy place. There are plenty of other hotels around BWI, do yourself a favor and pick another one!

I like the clean room and very courteous shuttle operators service from Amtrak to hotel,from hotel to the airport. I didn’t like the dirty vehicles, they could use a good interior cleaning.

Disappointment for a Wyndham hotel. Furniture in the room was pretty worn. Window was clouded over, dead flys at the bottom. Pictures of the room were much better than the reality. Elevator was sketchy, press the button it would go out had to push again. Really wasn’t what we expected with the Wyndham name.

Great customer service and helpful staff. Rooms, remotes, walls needed a good scrub and vacuum. Linens seemed clean. No bugs/pests observed (stayed in January). Breakfast sausage didn’t smell or taste great, otherwise a good variety of breakfast options.

The shower smelt like piss because of the mildew. The shower head leaks so bad you can visually see the mold growing along every corner.

Strong pot smell throughout the hotel, bathroom floor dirty, torn shower curtain, and the ceiling leaked after the rain. This hotel desperately needs updating! There’s several hotels located near BWI where you can stay. Don’t choose this one!!

Have stayed at numerous places around BWI Airport. This hotel is far more superior than the others. The rooms are first rate and recently renovated! Bathrooms are the best with new walk-in showers with bench!. No more climbing into a slippery tub that nobody uses to take a bath. I love this place!

We had roaches as soon as we entered the room. Spent an hour looking for another hotel and they refused to refund us.

Me and my fiance originally booked 3 nights we left after 2 the air quality was extremely poor and made my breathing bad. My fiance could smell mildew all night making him feel ill. We found dead bugs all over the ac unit and the bathroom. And the hallways reeked of weed. Needless to say after i became more ill, we opted to leave a day early instead of suffering through another night. Would not recommend and never staying there again.

The only down side was that we had returned our rental car and there aren't any really walkable restaurants for people with limited mobility. On the plus side, everywhere delivers. The transport driver to the airport was very nice and helpful.

I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Baltimore by the BWI Airport. When I walked inside to check-in, I was greeted by a nice staff member who also completed my check-in. The rooms were nice and clean. The housekeepers that I came in contact with during my stay were very pleasant. The breakfast bar contained many different options.

The bed and bathrooms were updated and comfortable. The fitness center, though a bit of a far walk from the center of the hotel, was nice: roomy and had everything I needed. But overall, the Wingate by BWI seemed run down and in need of a loving and decorating hand.
