Cockroaches infesting the room. Smoke detector ripped off wall.

I was a little worried when I had to call to have someone come down to get my key but it was someone there already that had called. The night manager was polite andngot me in a great room. Check out was just as good. Coffee was Waiting and the plus I got greater by the manager's dog. That dog made the stop worth it!!

Room needed vacuuming. Not clean at all. Next morning about 9:30 went to check out and curtain was drawn on side window for night check in and doors locked in front so couldn’t check out.

I was reluctant to book, but saw it was endorsed by Wyndham. I should have avoided. Charged a $50 deposit and told me up on checkout they released it, today it fully processed! Called and was told to dispute it. Front desk crew looked like they were meth heads. In the middle of a crap neighborhood, a/c in lobby was broke, a/c filters in the room was FILTHY... I cleaned them myself, black as could be. I had placed my overnight duffel on the floor next to the bed, the next morning I took a shower and found somehow there was a leak from the bathroom to the sleeping area on the floor ... My duffel bag, and clothes inside it were soaked! The pool they advertise is broken, there is no on-site restaurant as stated either. No breakfast of any kind offered. When I checked out I told the lady everything and just got "I'm so sorry, thanks for letting us know". No refund policy, horrible service, horrible accomodation, and false advertising. Wyndham really needs to re-evaluate thier sponsordhip.

Stayed here again and had another enjoyable experience. Staff is so friendly and rooms are comfortable

Hotel was under renovation and construction. AC did not keep room cool, no trash can in room, cold water did not work just hot water. Rom was clean but very uncomfortable

Hotel conditions were below standards. Hotel was under construction in which it was not stated before booking. Air conditioning was broken in the lobby. Lobby smelled of mold and mildew. Front desk agent stated they had a water problem. Had to switch rooms 3 times. First room flooded from the shower. 2nd room had no power and the tv was broken. Dirty sheets and no clean linens. Clerk had a dog onsite that she was out front grooming for fleas and ticks

We choosed the hotel because it was supposed to have pool, fitness center and free breakfast. However when gettibg there the pool and fitness center was closed and no breakfast was served, we got a cupong for a free biscuit instead... It seemed it had been like this since the beginning of covid so honestly the marketing should by now reflect what is truly offered

Expedia description had free continental breakfast, and the hotel said no. No pool! The hotel charged a fifty dollar depsoit!?$

Hotels.com really needs to do more research before putting some of these hotels as availabilities on their site. This hotel was not acceptable. I am a single woman traveling to see her daughter out of state often. Not only was this hotel run down and poorly maintained, the site was in such poor condition, half of the hotel was sectioned off. The sign behind the door stated - do not open the door for anyone you do not know and keep the door double locked at all times. Seriously? I had to I’ve furniture to plug the tv in, where when I did I saw trash and cigarette butts. There were no overs on light bulbs and no toilet paper holder. Not to mention, when I awoke, I went outside and there was a homeless woman, seemingly prostitute, stealing power, sitting behind a vending machine plugging her phone in and talking to someone, crying and going thru something making it very uncomfortable to pack up and leave. I have never stayed in such a place. If it was earlier and I was not as tired, I would have demanded a refund and packed up and left… but it was almost 1am and I had been driving 10 hours and was stuck in a horrible deadly accident delay just prior. Again… hotels.com needs to really research these places before making them available to customers or I won’t use hotels.com and that’s just a shame.

We arrived later in the evening and the lobby was closed. Note at the service window said to ring bell for service, but there was no bell. Had to call Hotels.com and have them call the manager directly so he could check us in. Hotel was ok - mostly clean but lots of palmetto bugs inside. There was also what appeared to be a homeless camp just across the parking lot which made us a bit uneasy.

We only needed it too sleep 8 hours. The manager was nice and helpful but the hotel was old, ugly and dirty. The s... was still in the toilet. Water was running from the toilet and the floor was wet because of this.

Nasty filthy bugs no air conditioning no power no back up generator for power outafor people with medical needs such as our 2 year old. Watch your account they will take the money more than once

The first room they gave me had a smell to it and ashes on the dresser. The second room the door had three holes in it you had to fight the bugs in order to get into your room. The cover had cigarette burns in it, the fridge had stains, the toilet had stains in it, there wasn't a trash can and the furniture looked real dusty. This hotel is good if you are going to be gone all day and just need a place to rest at night.

The room was suitable. There was no soap to be found and the coffee pot did not have any supplies to make coffee. We slept and left.

The room was not ready when I got there. I was then given another room where I was informed by the staff at the desk that it was "clean" because he had been in it and saw for himself. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING! The bathroom smelled and wasn't cleaned, hair on the towels, mirrors were gross, pillows had no cases, my son walked on the floor with no socks and his feet were black, it was the nastiest hotel I had ever been in! There was a pad lock on one of the hotel doors. People were clearly living in the place long term. They were all sitting outside their rooms in chairs socializing and smoking. It was sketchy and nasty!

Very dirty, bed has marks from ( not to be written in explicit way ) . I walk in and storm out in less then 2 minutes. Slept in the car at rest area (highway) with smile that I am not in that horrible place called Ramada hotel . Stay far far away .

Gentleman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Room was terrible, no pillow cases, nothing worked, no tv, fridge etc. Cannot believe Ramada has their name associated with this motel.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY. MY RESERVATION WAS NOT RIGHT. I HAD DONE ONE RESERVATION FOR 2 ROOMS WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS AND THEY HAD ME DOWN FOR 1 ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS AND THE OTHER FOR A QUEEN. AND I WAS CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR EACH ROOM. UPON GOING IN MY ROOM THE BATHROOM HAD A USED BATH CLOTH IN THE SHOWER, THE TRASH CAN HAD A CIGARETTE BUTT IN IT AND THE REFRIGERATOR HAD FOOD AND DRINKS IN IT. THEN THE NEXT MORNING THINKING I WAS GOING TO EAT BREAKFAST WELL, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST BUT THERE WAS COFFEE BUT NO SUGAR.

It was nice stay because people run it where so pleasant let enjoy are stay but The condition it is horrible trash laying around squatters try entering room late night it kinda really scary if ask me i walk down put trash in garadge and there was blood all over the curtains on the rooms . But once again people running it so kind and look like trying beat changed it around i give that it must been worser then this

Buy far the worst hotel I ever stayed at hands-down Hotels .com should take it off the list and Ramada should be ashamed off this place 😕
