We were on our way to Indianapolis to view the solar eclipse. We stayed just one night. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was free. Our stay was very relaxing The room was clean, quiet and the pillow top bed was very comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator and coffeemaker. I won a few dollars on the slot machines. By the way, they have an area with only four or five slot machines and a bar and restaurant. I wouldn’t exactly call it a casino. It was a bonus to win a few dollars.

This was first time staying in Chicago this hotel is 15 mins from O'hare. I defiently felt safe, they having parking on site and its free, staff was friendly. They dont have laundry on site, and they could use a update. I enjoyed my stay.

Good as always! I have stayed here every time I go to Chicago as well as recommend it to my colleges traveling into that direction. This was my 2nd trip after Covid, so I was glad to stay here again as well as seen the same quality after all these years. Congrats!

Overall the experience was comfortable. The only negatives were the bathtub that would fill up with water when your taking a shower. It took about 15 minutes for the water to drain. It seems to me that housekeeping would be aware of this problem when they clean the tub/shower. Secondly, the light socket of the lamp on the desk was broken. Neither one was an earth shattering as an inconvenience but if your looking for ways to improve, "maintenance" will help.

I have arrived before checking in because my flight on the early Morning.I can not leave my luggage because staff tell me they don’t have luggage room . It’s easy by having tag .It s terrible for me to take luggage around Chicago downtown.Bad services.

Nice bar area and slot machines. Checked in and TV in 1st room was broken. Second room microwave was broken. Elevator buttons didn't work properly. Second shift concierge was accusing me of the broken TV.

Bathtub was definitely never cleaned, we came in to it having pubic hairs in it. The tub barely drained and I was standing in almost a foot of water during my showers. My fiancé had to wait about 30 mins after my shower for the water to drain completely.

Loved our stay. We were with other friends and family and we were very pleased to be able to get our rooms very close to one another. We will definitely be back!

This has to be the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Quite, clean room. Overall hotel was very nice. Great set up to get a little paperwork done. Also, space to sit and relax. I agree with other reviews that it needs a coffee machine in the lobby. The in-room Kuerig was nice, but not the same for a big coffee drinker like me. Hotels in Rosemont charge a nightly parking fee. Here it was free (as it should). Plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away.

The area around the hotel did not have alot to offer other than being close to the airport. The staff told me that there was no food service but failed to mention that I could order food from the bar on the first floor.
The shower wasnt great.
