I booked my hotel in the wrong area for a work conference and also, this is a REALLY sketchy part of town. I begged for my money back and to cancel the reservation 24 hrs in advance. There was a ton of back and forth between Hotel.com and the hotel manager but at the end of the day. No refund was made and I booked somewhere else. Future reference, dont book any hotel on 7200 south.

Clean, great place to get a good nights sleep. Good prices and complimentary breakfast!

The pool and indoor hot tub are not available during the winter/spring season despite both being clearly marketed w/photos on the site. Terribly disappointing to skiers who choose this particular location for proximity to the ski bus stop. This should be clearly indicated within their listing.
Their lobby and front desk staff are both welcoming. Housekeeping kept me stocked with clean towels & the room was tidy upon checkin. The the microwave & minifridge were spotless. Guest laundry was relatively clean & reasonably priced. Outdoor area could use some tending to.
Breakfast highlights were make your own waffles & hardboiled eggs. Depending on the day, yogurt and/or apples are offered. Two cereals, oatmeal, toast, mini muffins, and apple & orange juices were always available. Coffee was breakfast grade with the following add-ins: half&half, milk, hot chocolate mix, sugar, or sweet&lo.
This is a pet friendly hotel. The dogs were well behaved, but I can’t say the same for a few of the other guests. I had to call the front desk due to a screaming neighbor. The family of elephants the floor above me had a dance party until 3:30am for several nights in a row. Bring your ear plugs if you are at all noise sensitive.
Manage expectations on price&convenience compared to some of the other drawbacks. This is probably the best value by Ft Union Station. Unless you’re staying a week or more, then InTown Suites across the street would be another consideration-no bfast or hot tub/pool.

Great customer service

Construction next door, trax trains going by all day long, and the low prioritization given to guests at the counter vs the phone make this place a less than great experience.

My wife and I were totally grossed out by long black hairs inside and out of the pillow cases. Made us wonder what else dirty.

Cheap, clean and comfy beds, dont need much else when passing through. Close to the highway for easy on and off, fuel close by.

The property is situated in a more rough part of town. At night there was a car parked in the lot, in which, someone was smoking marijuana. Across the street, at the Phillips gas station, at approximately 10:55 AM, I was in the parking lot when a male started to get physical with a female, another male got involved and drew their firearm. No one was seriously hurt during this altercation. The hotel room was clean, but doors shutting in the hallway were really loud. The sheets had blood stains at the portion of the bed where the mattress meets the boxspring or frame.

Bathtub didn’t drain, loud at night because walls are thin

hot tub is broken. there was a police presence like a drug bust in the parking lot. they indicated it was for a nearby hotel. police advised us it’s a high crime area. lock everything up and don’t leave it visible it the vehicle will likely be broken into. the fridge compressor made horrible noise. was told nothing to be done, no maintenance, no manager over the weekend. I unplugged it. not brilliant as stays go

The front desk is absolutely horrible. They’re rude and not welcoming at all. I would recommend everyone to just stay away from this place unless what you want is a bad experience.

This hotel was adequate. It was generally clean, though there were noticeable stains on the curtains. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the water took about 10 minutes to warm up for a shower. The included breakfast was sparse (just toast, cereal, and waffles). The lobby was nicely decorated. We felt satisfied with the quality of our stay for the price of the accommodations.

Bed sheet had holes and burnt marks on them. Bathroom tub had hair left from before. Wasn’t cleaned properly.

Its a nice property overall, i stayed here a few months ago. The pro lem i see is lack of maintenance.the 2nd floor ice machine still didnt work. The plug in my tube needed repairs. (Same thing as last timebut different room) their continental breakfast consists of waffles, hard boiledeggs, mini muffins and cold cerea. Very lacking in the breakfast items. Coffee was good although.

Went out of my way to find a place with a hot tub unfortunately their hot tub and pool are both closed due to Broken “ that’s all the dude at the front desk would tell me the room was about 61° when I walked in Will not ever stay here again Especially with a $200 room deposit per night hope I see that again

The hotel looks remodeled on the pictures, but only lobby is remodeled. The rooms need work.

We chose to stay here not knowing the area at all as a last minute choice on our road trip. The reviews made the hotel look good enough for us to stay one night. While the front desk was very kind, the halls were awfully smelly, there were shady individuals lingering outside near our car. We did not feel safe or clean while staying there. The free breakfast looked nice.

I didn’t feel safe in our room the sliding door to the terrace didn’t close and the room wasn’t as clean. In the end I stayed at my sisters house.

We use this hotel for weekend work trips, good price and close to the freeway.

I loved everything about the property especially how awesome your staff was here. Total pros all the way and no comparison if your looking for top customer service especially compared to some or most of the places around here in a 3 to 5 mile radius. The other places are not so nice, or can I say a bit scarry and very unprofessional.

The sheets are very smelly. Their rooms are very dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was great, very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was not much selection

My stay here was great. I would definitely do it again. Everyone was nice and the facility was very clean.

Doors were locked upon late arrival, and had to wait for someone to answer the door and let us in.
No plug in the drain in the bathtub, so kids could bath.
Walls were thin and could hear ice machine, doors closing, and people moving around in neighboring rooms.
Mattress covers had stains on them.
Soap felt like clay when used.
When I asked about additional charges of $6.44 and $3.22, I was told that I would have to contact who I booked the room with. Then I asked for a receipt and they told me they didn’t provide receipts that I needed to contact who I booked my room with.
Will never stay here again, and I travel annually to an event in the area!!!

I was put in a room that was right next to an exterior door and the light rail. It was noisy all night.

Area surrounding hotel was unclean as well as inside the halls to the hotel only thing that was nice was the lobby and parking was terrible. Once we arrived to our room the entire hall way and room smelled very bad and almost like it was trying to be covered up by something that didn’t work…our fridge did not work and wouldn’t close and we had a cooler full of perishables that went bad. The bath tub drain plug was not functional as it would’ve been nice to take a bath after a long weekend of driving. Breakfast was out of a lot of essentials both days. Hotel staff kept knocking on the door before check out around 10am or earlier when check out was at 12 but they didn’t speak the same language or have anyone come down that did so they kept coming back and leaving. Nothing was resolved. Terrible stay.

Average hotel. We slept for 1 night and it's perfect for that. The most important thing is that the room was clean. The price is adequate to the quality. On a scale of 10 we give it 6/10. It can be recommended for a night while traveling. Breakfast average.

Old and run down. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was cloudy and gross. The breakfast in the morning was terrible. Would never stay again
