Floor was sticky, room smelled of cleaning solution, no shampoo, no conditioner, the room did look clean but all the outlets were lose. Bathroom door was falling off hinges husband fixed so it was usable.

The hotel has a great location, If you want to be near the highway for travel. The outside and lobby are great. The rooms have been partially updated. They could use more updating. The breakfast was good. The staff is nice.

When opening the door to the room it had a horrible smell. My daughter spent 15 minutes spraying Lysol and deodorizer to kill the smell. The toilet had urine at the base of it, and the the tub had to be washed out due to hair being present. The attendant was not pleasant. Not again

Traveling with our dog and found this hotel to be a great option. Room was nice, bed was great, good breakfast. Nice off leash dog run.

The staff were amazing the dog park was a very pleasant surprise for our pup! The room needed a good dusting. I had to get my dogs ball and saw under the bed and it was unacceptable as far as the dust and dust bunnies. The lamps were covered with dust as well. The bath was okay but could use an update, although the hand bars in the tub were amazing

WE ALL LOVED THIS HOTEL…THE STAFF WERE THE FRIENDLIEST MOST KIND AND JUST DOWN RIGHT MADE YOU FEEL WELCOMED !!! WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO GO BACK IN A FEW WEEKS WHEN WE ARE TRAVELING BACK TO GEORGIA!!! THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL !!! MOST PET WELCOMING OF ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. THEY EVEN HAVE A DESIGNATED PET PLAY AREA WITH POOP BAGS FOR JUST IN CASE YOU FORGOT TO GRAB A COUPLE WHEN LEAVING YOUR ROOM !!! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HOTEL A1 IN OUR BOOKS !!!

We usually find Wyndham properties very comfortable and reasonably priced how ever we did have a giant roach crawl out of somewhere and start to go up the wall. Had to handle that and our room was so hot we barely slept at all.

The staff there was so nice and friendly. I mean everyone from the front desk to the ladies during breakfast, the evening happy hour crew and the housekeeping crew. Hotel was in good shape. Popl and Hot tub available. Only downfall was the promity to the interstate and hearing the trucks all night. But looking at the area all the hotels are. Oh and it pet friendly with its own fenced in dog walking area.

The rooms had dirty tiles and the baseboard was rotting in the bathroom area. The AC is the room took very long to run between cooling cycles. Overpriced room because there are definitely better updated hotels nearby in this same.price range.

This was my first stay at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the desk was personable, but professional. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The discounts for local restaurants were a nice addition.

Super clean and the night shift girl at the desk was super sweet. The night time pb&j bar is such a fun little thing. Super accomidating to our 2 dogs and the little fenced in dog area is awesome! My dogs lived the little obstacle coarse.

Fantastic hotel! We will be staying here from now on when we come up for family. My uncle had a heart attack and we had to come up to Valdosta from Lakeland, FL. in an emergency. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rates were fair. The hotel is clean and has great amenities. The happy hour for guests and free breakfast made things so much better for us this trip.

For the money this is excellent bag for your buck. Now it isn’t expensive, but as far a value goes I don’t know that there are many values out there that are better. Free wine and beer, free sandwiches, a nice breakfast, comfortable room, and friendly staff.

Staff was fine but property is not what we expected. Something splattered on room wall. Bathroom ceiling had dark spots. Description said room was “city view” but it faced the highway and it is extremely noisy. Toilet ran constantly and would then get extremely noisy waking us up all through the night. And that was with ear plugs and white noise. Would not return.

Older property! Rusty facility! Saw a rat run from outside garage area. Rooms were as clean as they could be considering an old property. Didn’t eat breakfast but the wine time was a nice addition. Staff was friendly and courtesy. Adequate eating places in the area and right off 75S.

The room prep could use improvement. The room was clean but the TV box had to be reset, required two controls. Lamps missing shade screws, bathtub drain broken, misc maintenance required. Breakfast was ok but biscuits good and breakfast service was outstanding and prompt. for the accomdations, it was overpriced.

They have an off leash park for dogs. The suite we had was very roomy, but the property is dated, not very clean, absolutely no dishes, soap or anything for the small kitchen. The towels were fluffy and clean, as was the bathroom. It was more expensive than I thought it warranted.
