I feel the room could use an update it is looking old and worn. It was clean and presented well.

Our room was definitely dated, mattress was uncomfortable. We were given a room just off the elevator, we thought convenient but we were woken many times through the night by others getting off and/on said elevators.

It was a great stay-The room was to hot but slept ok-Breakfast was a great experience and good food-The person serving breakfast was amazing and a hard worker! His name was Marmaduke and was from West Africa.He loved his job

Mixed bag. Booked here mainly for the pool. When I called to confirm, I double checked. When we checked in, I asked and pool was closed.
Good things:
Room was very clean
They upgraded us to suite
Friendly desk staff who tried to make up for my disappointment
Bags with water and snacks given at checkin
Bad things:
Pool closed
Mattress on couch pullout is a medieval torture device
Tv remote didn’t work correctly- you could go up on the channels, not down
I called for extra linens, was told they would be delivered. Never appeared
Hotel like a ghost town. My friend went down to bar and it was empty. No people or bartender
At this point, we’re just going to get on the road asap and skip breakfast.

This was the second place booked for our crew. The first place was horrible! Very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. The other place was dirty and the staff was not friendly. (Framingham Inn was other place).

Everything was OK, but the pool was closed for several days. We picked the hotel so the kids could swim.

In need of some renovations. Looks better in the photos. Hotel was on the older side. Most likely will not stay here again.

It was being remodeled which of course caused problems but I was there for a conference and my room was right where the construction was going on. I had to step on sticky floors - deal with dust and the one day I could sleep in. The construction guys were blasting music and singing along. I don't blame them - I blame the manager for putting me in a room where I was an annoyance to their work getting done and I was annoyed and dealing with allergies and ruined footwear The wait staff was very good though

Great overnight stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet (free) in the morning.

The pool was nice as was the coffee. On the first day there we didn't make it to breakfast because when we checked in they told us the wrong time. Then for the second day, we asked two different staff people and each told us a different time but we only made it with 20 min to spare.

There was noone at the front desk when we were checking on, the first floor was filthy and the outside of the building had siding missing and boards on the windows. We left and started somewhere much better. A place that said they would never recommend this BW to anyone.

Check in was messed up on Expedia's end and took two hours to check in because of Expedia. This is now the second time Expedia has messed something up with our trips this year

Rooms are dark and great for a nice sleeping! Breakfast is great and has a good variety of everything. Also, the lady in the breakfast is very nice and always pending to give a nice service.
What we don’t like was that they are charging $40 per day for a guinea pig. Previously they didn't charge for a small animal.

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday last week and everything was decent on the inside everything seemed cool and pretty , hallways looked alittle old bedrooms as well, what was upsetting was first 2 night the pool was closed when i was told it should have been open the next day but wasn’t they didn’t open the gym and pool until Thursday which was my last night , I did receive a refund because of that situation. Breakfast was given in the morning and breakfast wasn’t that tasty more on the plain side ! But other than that everything seems cooled and it was a nice get away for me and my boyfriend
Also btw the hotel was like in a back cut area alittle creepy and scary but I was safe the hole time / pool had like green water I didn’t like that at all !

the faculity sufferes from deferred maintenance. electric bulbs blown, hole in wallpaper, tub plug did not work, toilet seat missing a plastic support ...

The place is clean and room very comfortable. Staff are amazing. I will recommend this to any one traveling to Massachusetts.

The cleaning crew needs to wait for the people to check out and not try to come in at 8:30 in the morning.

Front-end was not at desk when checking in. Ref has food from previous guess . Tv didn't work

Big open space but the walls between each room were super thin. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never been able to hear so much of what was going on in the rooms either side of me.
Made it difficult to sleep. Also, no business office or computer / printer even and it’s a huge hotel.
Lacks fillable water stations.

Love this hotel! Hotel room set at a good price point.
Should put more stuffs in their ground floor convenient store, like cup noodles, etc., there weren't more options when we were there/ was almost empty. The mini pizza that was available may be overpriced, but thats hotel prices I guess.

Outstanding staff/ customer service. Clean, slightly dated. Located in area with great food, things to do. Issues with elevators. Standard breakfast- neither tasty or nutritious.

Large,old hotel filled with refugees and children running up and down the halls,slamming doors. Uncomfortable beds and didn't provide what we requested in the "special requests".
