We needed to get a few hours of sleep since our flight didn’t get in til the wee hours. We booked a room, were greeted by a very nice man n went to our room. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. Just what we needed.

Got to the hotel and my booking wasn’t in the system. I don’t know if that was a Hotels.com error or hotel staff error. I almost didn’t get a room! The overall cleanliness of the hotel was okay, bed was not comfortable it felt almost like laying on a box spring. The shower water took a while to heat up. And the night before i left a friend of mine got his window busted out in the parking lot due to the area. But all in all my stay wasn’t terrible it was just a little inconvenient at times and just wasn’t very comfortable and a little sketchy at times like i said due to the area of the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly. The place is extremely close to the airport. However, The entire hotel reeked of "weed" including the lobby and hallways. The nonsmoking rooms smelled terrible, like filth and cigarette smoke. The furniture was shabby and damaged. The A/C didn't work properly. The beds were hard, and the pillows were awful. I've stayed in some bad hotels. That was one of the worst. There were guests wandering the halls all night being loud. It honestly felt as if it should have been condemned. The safety warnings about locking the room doors immediately were telling and felt as if they were a very important part of the stay, and they literally charged me $7 to park my car over night. If there was a reliable way to ask for a refund that place deserved it.

Couldn’t use our balcony at all it’s illegal to open for some reason, then my towels were dirty af and only two soft pillows for a king size bed for a couple.. there were so many things going on I don’t know where to start

As simple as a no-frills motel like this one is, I was vert pleased with the customer service!

AC didnt work and they didn’t send anyone to fix it. Room was dirty and old, carpet was filthy. Smelled like marihuana as soon as you enter the front desk area. Horrible customer service

I had a rough start at first with the shuttle being a hour in half late picking me up at the airport. I had a confortation at the front desk.Things did improved a great deal was treated better by the front desk personnel and got a extended check out time granted by the manager and the shuttle bus was a better experience going to the airport. Overall my stay was good just needs some improvements

Manager VERY rude. I stayed a day previous. I booked & payed through Expedia. I was charged an additional $5 @ check in on the 1st. The woman who identified herself as the general manager charged me $12.50. She said it was for parking. Ok so when I told her I only paid $5 a couple days ago, she said she would discipline him. she asked me if the person wore glasses, which I didn’t remember, she says “so u don’t wanna get him in trouble”. Aside from calling me a liar, any customer that is charged inconsistently is not satisfied by a threat to another employee. I rent rooms across the nation & have NEVER been charged additionally for parking. This manager got irate with me for asking questions & continued to rant about all the other hotels in the area also charging for parking. She also said that Expedia explains these extra charges when I book with them. Which is false. I was totally dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this manager & will make sure not to book a stay @ this motel 6 ever again.
