Well, location is fine.
Got room 1008 and immediately noticed how moist it was. I managed to clear the air with the aircon running for a few hours, but everything just had this feel as if the sheets was left outside overnight and never dried.
Room is dull, not renovated the past 20 years I guess and it is worn.
No breakfast available. No restaurant available.
Had a very well functioning valet parking with the really nice attendants who did a fantastic job.

Received an 18% auto-grat when ordering 2 drinks at the downstairs bar. Thankfully my wife pointed it out so I didn't double - tip. ($49 for 2 drinks)
In the morning, their coffee "jug" was empty and they refused to refill it. Went on to charge guests for a black coffee. Another guest and I spoke to front desk and he reluctantly allowed us to get a cup from he breakfast side of hotel.
Just an odd experience in total. My wife and I have had good experiences in past stays at this hotel.

Unfortunately, the staff was on strike during our stay. Therefore, we didn't have any housekeeping. The protests started at 7:30 am so late sleeping was not possible. No room service as well. It was miserable because of the union strike. I don't begrudge the protesters but management needed to do more to attend to the hotel guests.

Always love staying here. Bar seems to close very early though and elevators are a nightmare.

A hip Hotel on Sunset with many dining and shopping options in walking distance. The hotel is ok but not great. The breakfast was so expensive for the quality of the food. My avocado toast was meh and not flavorful. I was disappointed when the water in the room was $5 for a small Evian. Only one elevator was working that made it difficult to get back and forth to your room especially in the morning hours. The front desk was helpful when organizing taxi service and checking in and out.

The hotel was great minus only one elevator was working. The rooms were clean and big. They cleaned our room everyday. Check in and out was smooth and the staff was extra polite and bent over backwards to get us anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious but so overpriced but you’re in Hollywood. The rooftop was closed which was a bummer but it was winter. So many things to do and many restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Place smells bad and looks run down. Not worth the price, pics are not what it really looks like.

The hotel doesn’t provide complimentary tea or coffee in your room . Charge a big fee for parking .

You have to pay $65 a night to park. What kind of hotel charges its guest’s to park. Ridiculous. I understand charging at the garage because people park to go eat or walk around the area but hotel guests should NOT have to pay. Payed $260 dollars of parking fees not including tips to valet.

First time stay and location and decor and cleanliness and friendliness were top notch! They had my room ready at 8am and allowed a 30 min cushion for check out!

Hotel is well situated and in nearly all respects excellent. Bar opening times are odd, rooftop bar closed during our visit (???) and main bar closed early in the evening…used to be called the Riot Hyatt…more like Quiet Hyatt these days;-)

Elegant, yet fun and funky, the Andaz was our favorite place to stay (of three) in LA. 4pm wine in the lobby, special artist exhibit (Stevie Wonder), and all around comfort make this a special hotel. Car service was day and efficient for a cool $65/day. A little pricey, but seems to be the going rate in WeHo. Minor complaints: funky light fixture

Avoid at all costs. Rooms have a musty smell, air conditioner was so loud it was like a freight train and did not cool the room despite the unrelenting noise. Poor water pressure, rooms stuck in the 90's.

Did not like the rap music at the pool on Friday afternoon. Lobby bar closes too early. Bad coffee at breakfast.
Appreciated the wine tasting on Saturday afternoon, easy parking, daily maid service, pleasant staff from front desk to bar to restaurant to pool bar to housekeeping.

The rooms and bathrooms are nice and large which I loved. And even though my room overlooked Sunset, it was quiet. The lobby, however, was not. It was loud and seemed to be hosting some sort of party or event on several nights that I was there. The rooms were clean-ish. There was a good amount of dust around the outlet plates on the wall by the headboard of the bed (room 312 if management cares to check). The hallways and carpets could stand a bit of deep cleaning. Points for good linens. The front desk staff was great and super helpful. The valet guys were amazing, really fast and very nice and I appreciated their thoughtfulness. I tried to get food from the restaurant one night 20 minutes before they were due to close but they had shut down early because they were slow so they lost points for that. Overall a good stay, management just needs to tighten things up a bit.

This hotel is a club, not a hotel. They were having a "party" in the public space located over the lobby. Hotel guests were not allowed to attend, and the music was over-the-top LOUD. You could hear it pounding in the guest rooms. I asked if I could move rooms to a higher floor, and was told no. Then the party moved into the bar area and the music was even louder. If you want to sleep and relax before 2:00am, go to a different hotel. Housekeeping never cleaned my room for my 2-night stay. And there was also a very loud protest out in front of the hotel that was disturbing - so there were limited people working - many were protesting... I spoke to the manager during check out. I'm still waiting for a call back.

The roof top pool was quite chilly and the on site parking is extremely expensive (in and out privileges).
Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and wine sampling in lobby.
Excellent staff and location

It has become more of an entertainment center for millennials. It’s not about entering an experience anymore. Appears to be more of a “wanna be scene.” The restaurant can poach an egg perfect and a steak & frites, but lacking flavor with some standard food choices.

I once stayed at Andaz Maui, and that was one of the best hotels in the world. Boy, was I wrong expecting a similar experience here.
This hotel is old, the ceilings are so low that a tall person (like basketball player) would struggle to move around. The carpets are from another century. Room cleaning is done once every few days.
If you book through Expedia, then Hyatt doesn't respect your loyalty program, you do not get any points, nor nights.
Valley is very expensive, but half the time they do not bring your car until you remind them again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of everything. Valet is convenient. Staff resolved my one issue with a fee quickly. It was extremely humid in our room but maybe that’s to be expected in August.

Great boutique hotel right on Sunset Blvd. We actually ended up walking around WeHo b/c everything was so close. Staff was super friendly and the place was clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Anytime we go back to LA/Hollywood we will stay her. Our trip was quick and for the limited time we were there the service was great. Our room incredibly comfortable. ( I do rec the Hills view and not city - nothing bad just preference). Location is solid. Walking distance to a lot of places. Driving the area easy.
