Very nice loved the pool and hot tub!! Neighbors could be a little loud but other than that the staff and hotel were amazing! Will stay here again! And close to everything!

The hotels was great but business hours for other places are not the best for early risers. Loved the Murals on Mark Twain and Tom Sawyer. Loved that.

Absolutely the most appalling, belligerent and rude night clerk I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. My decade long run at this property just concluded.
There are now great options in Hannibal. Take them.

We stopped in Hannibal for just one night. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and maintained. It is an older hotel but we found it met our expectations for one night. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. This was the cleanest best western we have ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly and helpful also. I was so pleased with this hotel. That I will be going back. The pool was good and warm and the hot tub was perfect temp also.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s always been fine. But I don’t think I’ll ever stay again. The last few times, the internet has been incredibly bad. Makes it impossible to work, or stream anything.

We had to switch rooms twice due to the condition of the hotel. First room did not have a clean pull out bed. Housekeeping was gone so I was offered to change my own sheets. Unacceptable. Then I requested a new room. The worker agreed and have us a new room. This room did not have working air conditioner, window, or fan. We were sent to a different room, with stains on the blanket and no refrigerator as stated. The pool was full roudy with kids throwing balls and toys. The hot tub had things floating all over in it and had toddlers and young kids jumping in and out. The breakfast was practically empty when we went to eat, at 8:30am. It did not close until 9:30 a.m. this hotel is rated 8.9 out of 10 when I booked it, and I have no idea how. One man voluntarily asked me if our shower was working because him and his wife had no running water in their room.

I paid $180 for my room that I booked in advance. The day of my reservation I price dropped $40. I understand they want to fill. Rooms but I feel I should have gotten that price since It was pointed out and reserved in advance. Last minute people shouldn’t get the better price.
I will look for an air bnb before returning to this hotel.

The staff at this location is excellent! Overall, it felt like an exceptional value for the price, especially considering how close it was to the downtown attractions. There are also more amenities than I recall at other Best Westerns where I've stayed in the past, such as public massage chairs and a warm pool in the swimming area. These extra features made our stay very comfortable, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience what Hannibal has to offer!

Nice place to stay in Hannibal. Walking distance to the town. Excelllent indoor pool. Staff very Nice! Esp. Tony who was great. A little out dated but ok, who cares the hotel is clean and nice and rooms were good and clean. Nice beds

Great. Pillows a bit fat. Almost didn’t do review due to eco rating. The water was hot, the room warm, and the towels were clean so for a eco rating it failed.

This is an older facility with character. Staff do a great job making it a nice place to stay. Adjoining room was a bit noisy but the fan kept TV sound at bay.

OK. Rooms surround indoor pool, so it may be loud. Friendly staff. Ceilings in our room were stained. Dead bug in light fixture over sink in bathroom.

The place was the perfect place for our Mark Twain trip. Almost every place is in walking distance. All staffs were kind and it was friendly place.
