The free breakfast is terrible and the servers handle and touch the food with no gloves on. The furnishings are in poor used condition.

Only problem was busy weekend with a fairly full hotel and only one elevator was working. Long waits because it was usually full and no room

The place was accommodating. The hotel could use a renovation but I believe they are in the process of doing so. Nothing negative to post. Stay was comfortable and wonderful

Easy check in/ check out. Room was clean. Shower curtain did not have any plastic on it to avoid water splashing out of the shower.

Great service and a great location. The only issue I had is the mattress needs replacing- room # 706

Every things are good, except we don’t have a good night sleep due to noise of flushing toilet and shower on the adjoining room. The rooms are not sounds proof and the noise keep waking us up throughout the nights.

It was great!!! The front desk employee was great and so helpful. The bartender Kim was amazing and so friendly

Room was clean and extremely comfortable, lots amenities: pool, game room, small cafe /bar - only negative was the woman at the front desk who could not have been more inconvenienced by having to check me in. Even stopped mid sentence in telling me how to get to my room to tell the man who came in behind me to get his ID out so she could check him. Seemed that people arriving to to check in was disrupting her evening.

Clean room with comfortable beds. The hotel was not full but our room was across from another occupied room who repeatedly left between 2-4 am and we heard the door slam and talking. Also, breakfast was out of juice and syrup. Waffles and bacon were good.

Check in with easy very friendly staff the only issue I have was the breakfast options could it have been better towels are way too small in the restroom and for the pool

I like staying here. The staff is very nice. However, they did run out of coffee packets for the room. And I go to the gym at every hotel that I stay in. Here, they need to fix the treadmill.

My reception as soon as I walked in the door was very positive. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean and while taking care of it shows a little bit of age, but definitely a good value.

The room was cold no dam heat and there was NO HOT WATER for freakin showers ….my granddaughter is allergic to the world pretty much and loves to swim I had to have her take quick cold showers to get the clorine off of her from the pool then go into a cold room bc the heat wouldn’t work…. Went back to this hotel bc my grandkids had a lot of fun last year I don’t know if I’ll return next yr or even later this year….I don’t like being cold it was cold outside last weekend and in my room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Breakfast had lots of options but quality was lacking. Big nice pool. Would stay here again.

So if your a local you have to pay a 150$ deposit fee that I was unaware about hotel stunk

We traveled with a very active 10yr old so having the pool and game room kept him busy. My only recommendation would be to put in a bill changer for the game room.

Noisy hallway and the rooms around us , couldn't sleep.

The hotel is a few blocks from the railroad station and Amtrak crews stay there. Rooms are clean, maintenance generally adequate although one electrical outlet was loose when I unplugged my equipment. Breakfast was decent but unexceptional.
Due to illness I canceled my morning plans, but they told me it would be $20.00 per hour for a late checkout.
Next year I intend to stay elsewhere.
