Staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean (the entire place is always clean), they offer an amazing breakfast for no extra cost.

The rooms are dirty, not like vacuuming or sticky floors, but spilt stuff on the walls that likely hadnt been cleaned for a while. There was an odor that was old and musky. Someone was smoking near my room, as I could smell it heavily through the hall wall and even into my room. People working the desk seemed low energy, didn't really show any type emotion. like robots. It is inexpensive for the area and the guests there show it. I would avoid this place if you can.

Hotel is old. Walls are very thin. Noisy people in the hallway at 3:00 in the morning. Food was bland. Someone smoking pot in the elevator when we got in it. Would not recommend. One thing was great - the bed. Very comfortable.

It was fine. Nothing fancy. Just decent pricing and a clean room . Quiet.
Breakfast was Ok. Eggs not very good, think its a powder mix, but they have decent variety of cereals and breads for toast.
But for the price, clean rooms and location it's a good place to stay.

Awful is the way to sum up our stay, we came into town for a last min trip due to a death in thr family and the tiolet was running the bathroom tiles were wet. The tv remote was missing, the bed spreads and comforter were all dirty. The fridge didnt work. We asked for a new room. We finally felt comfortable then the sheets were dirty again my husband went downstairs to ask for a new one and the person behind the desk gave him brand new ones and those were worse than the ones in the room, at this poiny i think they should throw everything away and start fresh. Would never recommend this place.especially if you have little ones. I feel its unsanitary for them.

Rooms in 4 fl are new and lobely. Rooms on 2nd. Floor are old and dirty. I will not use those if there is a next time.

There was hair in the bathroom and in between the sheets and towels. Something brown in the corners of the room and fitted sheet kept coming off.

Last night there we were up all night with people in the hallway screaming and yelling profanities and fighting. Our truck was broken into window smashed and so we’re other vehicles in the parking lot , no one seemed surprised , local police stated that it is an ongoing issue in the area and at this hotel .

The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was dust/residue on surfaces. The bathroom sink stayed clogged and took hours to fully drain. The employee on duty at the front desk Friday night and Saturday night was not personable or friendly at all. The other employees at the front desk during the day were very pleasant and courteous.

Place smelled terrible, rooms were basic, bathrooms were gross. No place to get or even buy water in the entire hotel. The gym is an eliptical and a treadmill. Wildy overpriced, staff looked at me like i was a moron for asking if there was a place i could get water. Super disappointing

The wall had a hole in it, the carpet needed to be vacuum, there was gum on the bed frame, no mat in the bathroom so if you take a shower the floor is gonna be wet and the outside of the building is way better than the inside

The entire establishment smells like cigarette smoke/marijuana. The exit doors and room doors are in poor condition with scratches, dents, and chipped paint. Inside my room, it initially had an unpleasant smell, like someone else stench in it. I did not take me long to realise that whoever shared a vent with me smoked and they might as well have been inside my room smoking it was so strong. The bathroom shower and floor was in poor condition and dirty.

The top of the refrigerator was filthy with dead bugs. I'm 6' tall, so I can see it, and I understand that the cleaning staff may be too short to see it, but that means it should be on a scheduled cleaning. You can't get a channel guide on the TVs to search for a station. When I arrived on the 4th floor, the stench in the hallway was terrible. It smelled like wet moldy carpets. The smell could have been coming from one of the rooms. Lastly, there should have been some grits packages along with the oatmeal packages.
