The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning had some nice options. Plenty of restaurants, Publix, target and gas stations close by. My only complaint was the room did not smell very good. If you have ever smelt a wet carpet, That was the odor in the room. We arrived late and left early so we did not make much of a fuss about it, but it definitely made it hard to be completely comfortable in the room as though that was the issue likely stay at the Hampton Inn again That was a one time thing.

The gentleman that worked behind the desk had a wonderful personality and greeted every guest with the upmost respect. Best Hampton Inn we ever came across. We travel frequently and always stay in Hampton Inns.

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Should have gone to Motel 6!
People were rude & stupid. Had a 2 night stay booked, got back to the room second day, we were locked out and housekeeping had been in the room with the “DO NOT DISTURB “ sign on the door. Will definitely be calling corporate. We complained and got kicked out.

Staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Especially liked the gift of water we were given at check in and the assortment of cookies. Very welcoming.

Bathroom trash bag was left by sink - inadvertently, I’m sure. Nevertheless it was a careless mistake.

The gal at the desk needs LOTS of training in Customer Service. She did not want to be there at all.
I own a business and know good customer service and this was NOT it!!! She acted bored, apathetic and completely uninterested in her job. Time to move on to Fast Food missy!!

Experience was as good as Hampton Inn always is that’s why I’m a member. Here to be close to hospital for my sister. Everything went smoothly.

This is the second time I've stayed at this specific Hampton Inn, and I need to put a block on myself staying here again.
The location is great off the Interstate, and the front desk very friendly.
The room was worn with a big stain on the floor. Pillows were quiet thin, but sheets and mattress comfortable. The lotion pump in the room was empty. A small inconvenience, but still a negative.
I did bring along my two cats to this pet-friendly hotel, and possibly (and I can't complain) they gave me a slightly shabby room due to the potential of a pet accident.
I wasn't overwelmed with the place, and will make note not to stay here again. I'll try another hotel in the area.

The stay was typical, just ok until i took my morning shower. There was no soap or shampoo in the containers. You wound think that would be on the checklist of the cleaning crew.

We found this hotel to be very clean and well-equipped. The front desk person was Cathy and she was super friendly. On our last night there I came down to the lobby and found the wonderful smell of homemade chocolate chip cookies that she had just baked! These were delicious. Both mornings we enjoyed the breakfast which far exceeded our expectations. Our usual hotel breakfast experience finds us waiting until we leave and go to a fast-food restaurant. This was not the case here. The breakfast was delicious with multiple items to choose from. On our last morning there we met the chef. Her name was Debbie. She is a fantastic chef. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, family friendly hotel with staff that go above and beyond and a breakfast unlike any other.

I want to single out Kathy for her cooperation, friendliness and professional during our staff. She seemed to be always working, whether on the breakfast shift, at the front desk or everything in between.

I asked for clean towels at 7 AM and did not get them until 9 PM after asking several timesz and heard every excuse from Covid to shortage of towels. The person who brought them up weas super nice and very apolgetic but Erikca at hte forn desk was rude and not friendly at all and should not be in customer service.

The only issue I had was the homeless person who was twice sitting outside my door (I had one of the few outside door entrance rooms) smoking and talking very loudly on the phone. After a few requests, he did move on.
