The room was nice but was too noisy due to facing the highway. Was hard sleeping at night with all the cars noises.

Quick overnight to catch our flight home! Great Friendly staff at the front desk. Asked for a baby crib, it was to our room within 15min!

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast options are below average compared with other Hyatt Place hotels.
Beware that check-out time is 11am. For a hotel near a major international airport check-in and ckeck-out times should be way more flexible in my opinion.

Very good room for the price. Parking is a little iffy. There seems to be some redevelopment behind the hotel where you need to park, but overall was a very good option.

There was an old piece of soap in the shower when I arrived, the AC was not cold//functioning properly and the hot water was scarce.

The hotel advertised that there was air conditioning, but that didn’t end up being the case. The hotel manager did end up turning it on for me, which was nice.

The rooms did not even have bottles of water for drinking. We had to go all the way down to the main lobby to “purchase” bottles of water at marked up prices.
Also our request to get the room cleaned by the maid was not attended and we had to come back to our room which was not made.
The breakfast was extremely average for a hotel using the Hyatt name. I would suggest people go elsewhere for their breakfast.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was good and I had absolutely no problems. The parking is a little tight, but it was tolerable.

It was Very Clean...
Walked to AllState Arena...
Just one thing was wrong
The room had a loud noise all night coming from vent as if water was running all night. If leaking faucet or sink left on.
But otherwise nice place.

You get a great view of planes approaching. Room was comfortable but needed a thorough vacumn, cleaning and bathroom update.

Hotel is outdated, water pressure in shower was all over the place and temperature was as well. Mini fridge in room barely stayed above room temperature the entire time I stayed there. We had to pay $16 for parking which I found to be very strange. The complimentary breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. Only took a few bites and threw the rest away. Powdered eggs were disgusting, french toast was bland and horrible, they had no bacon, sausage was bad and coffee tastes reheated and burnt. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I réserved the wrong month stay. I réalises that when i got an email from hôtel asking How was my stay. I automatcly sent a message to rectifie this but nobody ever replied to my 2 messages.I asked to switch the month and was denied. Mistakes are Common in life. We are humans And deserve a second chance in life.
I still dont beleive How changing a month for my réservation with thé same date will ruin Hyatt. It Is completly heartless. A Very wrong way to trest customers. I will Never book with this hotel.

This is our go-to hotel when flying out of ORD. This time there weren’t any full-length towels in the bathroom, but I’m sure it was an oversight, and if I hadn’t been exhausted, I would have called the front desk and it would have been taken care of.

Everything clean and neat, excellent staff, very fine hot breakfast, ample parking for a fee. Bad news is there is a lot of road noise from I-90. Also the ventilation system was very noisy. Would not move us to new room because front desk said noise would quit. It didn't quit, I ran the fan enough to help cover the noise, but did not sleep much.

Easy check in. Super friendly staff - shout out to Lauren who helped us when we arrived.
Easily located near airport.
Nice selection of snacks available 24/7.
Breakfast was nice although they started to pack it away earlier than was advertised.
Would stay again if needed to be close to airport.

Hotel Charges ADA $100 more for a room, I was forced to leave because I could not use the toilet in the standard room. The hotel manager was only available by phone and told staff no and they said he was a stickler for the rules. So i had to leave the hotel and checkin at the Staybridge suites that were more than willing to accomadate my ADA need for a high toilet!
