everything was good accept all the rats we saw running across the parking lot everytime i pulled up to the hotel, i almost hit a few of them

Second weekend in a row we stayed. Customer service is beyond amazing.Breakfast is delicious and great portions. Rooms are very clean. Look forward to the next stay.

We really like the fact the the rooms is big and bed is very comfortable, it is hard to find a room that is very spacious, and that's what they have

Terrible stay. Dated hotel, no plugs around bed for medical devices, tub is too large and dangerous to come me in and out on slippery tiles. No extension cords or plugs available for emergencies. Hard to get to and from. Let's cation is coming nvebient but Accents hotel is much better quality and less expensive

The price and proximity to our relatives was right. The bedding is the highlight. We slept so well we noted what mattress, sheets and comforter for potential personal purchase.

Facility could use a little sprucing up to make it look newer and modern. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner & lotion) really need some upgrade. A few fitness equipment are not in working or usable condition. Your mini suites with kitchenettes are certaiinly better than most hotels in the same price range. With reasonable upgrades, you should be able to increase your room rates and still be competitive with others.

Was a great place to stay the night. Was quiet, clean and close to some good amenities. Wether hopping on the train to go into downtown, or walking to a local restaurant, it is a great place to have a night out. The room was quiet and clean with a real home feel. Staff was nice and accomadating.

Please clean the jacuzzi. The only reason i got this room was because of the jacuzzi but it was so dirty that i didnt even use it.

Room was a queen room with seperate livingroom. Hotel is adequately modernized. Bed was comfy. Tons of plugs and usb plugs. Tvs are basic cable. Hotel is very close to groceries, mall and SkyTrain. Super easy to get to hwy or travel throughout lower mainland on Willingdon or Lougheed.

Overall was an enjoyable stay, room service ends early although Cactus is just right there and staff was helpful.
