One of the best pool areas of any hotel! A great hotel. The only negative might be the mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

Check-in clerk was very friendly and very helpful!! Even though we had some trouble with locating the shuttle pick-up site, the driver was so courteous! And that service was indispensable for a concert at AT&T! I also saw the desk staff handing out towels to some of the returnees as we were caught in a downpour coming out of the stadium.

This hotel was very close and convenient to AT&T stadium and all of the Arlington entertainment district attractions. The room was very clean as well as the common areas. Overall service was good. The lobby bar staffing was overwhelmed with the after concert rush. An order of cheesy fries took 30 minutes and the bar area had numerous un-bussed tables.
Overall would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay all around and will be staying here on our next visit. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, i loved the waffle stations and the other breakfast options. The 24 hr. coffee and tea was station was nice as well. We enjoyed our free shuttle ride with the wonderful drivers on staff.

We stayed at this hotel for the total eclipse. The staff is wonderful. Location is great! Free shuttle to and from airport and to 6 flags! Close to stadiums! We loved our stay!

Stay was excellent. We had room 523 and it had the best view of Six Flags. You'll be able to watch all the rides really come alive at night. It's really at cool site for the kids. Room was very very clean!! Quick Tip: If it's more than two in your party, be sure to ask for additional soaps before you go up to your room.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to and from the Rangers ballpark was great. Enjoyed the Texas waffle.

Good location off the main highway, no noise, we had a view of Six Flags from top floor. Professional reception staff, nice room which was very quiet. There's a bar (closed early) decent sized outside pool, laundry, and recycling bins on every floor. Breakfast was the usual boring fare, and unfortunately only single use plastic plates, cups and cutlery to add to the daily landfill.

I came in from out of town and for just a night to rest to get to my appointment early the next day was great. It had a small in house bar and the staff was friendly.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The inly downside was the hotel is isolated from restaurants and shopping and there was a lot of toad construction in immediate vicinty. Breakfast was very fresh and generous.

We booked here for the jacuzzi and pool. I called 2 days before stay they said it qorked. When we got there, they told me it didn't. We left and to Best Western, we never stayes at the La Quinta and the guy still checked us in after he told me he issued a refund.. He never did. I have to call many times, their phone lines aren't working properly. I had to go back to the location and talk to a young lady about the refund that was never issued. I was charged while I was sleep over night for a room we never stayed in. She finally issued a refund and told me what the guy did.

Transfer driver and staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me find a cell phone charger. The bartender knew everyone there making it feel like a meetup with friends who included me. It was super sweet. Bar and grill was very affordable and good. Only complaint is I asked twice what time the transfer van starts as I had a 7am flight from DFW. I was told 7am so I got an Uber for $50! As he arrived, the transfer van pulled up and said they operate on demand prior to 7am so I was out the money.. /:

Check in was simple and efficient. Room was clean as well as bathroom. Thermostat was a little wonky but eventually started working. Continental breakfast had multiple good options and the area was well stocked and tended to.

Everything was really good. However, there was a fire alarm that went off about 11:30 pm. Thankfully, it was a false alarm!! Had a good breakfast. Overall, we had a good time.

Problems started at check in. I reserved a room with a king bed and a full size bed. I was told that they didn’t have any more of those rooms at checkin. They had sold my room out from underneath me. Was given a two full bed room as it was late and we had no other choice we took it. No offer of refund of the difference. The door to the room didn’t seal correctly and you could hear all kinds of noise coming from the hallway while you were trying to sleep. We packed up and left after our event and just drove home instead of staying our second night. Person at the front desk was powerless to do anything to make it right with us. So beware they honor what room you book. They will just put you anywhere to fill the room.

It looks much nicer online. Someone had their dog barking in a room at night. I was disappointed that the grill closed down at 7:00. Seemed early for the area, that usually is for people who travel.

We enjoyed our stay. We thought the room was very comfortable and the bed was easy on my back. We will stay there again. The price was very reasonable. Close to many different sport and entertainment venues.
