If I could give a negative score, I would! My stay was absolutely horrible! For the amount of money I paid for the room, it wasn't clean, the bathroom light didn't work and this hotel has the worst staff ever. The customer service here is top tier TRASH, there is no property manager and the property is dark with inadequate lighting. There was a long line of people asking for the manager because of the conditions of the room but the staff could care less! My fiancé and I were amongst the other guests that were asked to leave the property because I wanted to make a complaint to the non-existing manager. I'm still waiting on my refund from this stay.

Property is pretty run down and does not look like the photos posted (anymore). In a sketchy part of town, too. Dirty in the bathrooms and all the nooks and crannies. Past its prime, for sure.

The hotel receptionist John was the nicest guy ever!! We had great conversation and he helped us with a lot. He also found us some laundry detergent to use during our stay. The room was in great condition and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Bed was super comfortable. Very spacious. Really big closet. Plenty places to charge your devices. A lot of bang for your buck.

The hotel is old and in great need of renovations. The deluxe breakfast was very basic and did not have any suitable beverages. Good customer service but I would not stay there again.

The tub was dirty. The pull out couch had a rip in the pillow. We did not have any wash clothes.

First room had paint on the carpet, couch covers were in bad shape, and there was something sticky on the floor (I found that when I stepped on it in my bare feet). The lady at the front desk already knew about this. They moved us to another room. It was better but it was not a suite that we paid for.

Room needed some repairs done. Had peeling paint. and water stains. AC/heat in living room didn't work. Stains in carpet. Holes in sofa pillows. Bathroom was tiny.They had the shower and toilet in a tight space

Overall the hotel was clean however, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like mold was growing there. The appearance was of great concern health-wise.

Good things: all the employees were very nice and I was treated very well in all fronts. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice overall.
Bad things: I stayed LITERALLY 2:15hours to check in.
The front desk agent was very polite and nice the whole time but he passed 2 people in front of me for absolutely no reason. It never took me this long to check in in my whole life and there was only 4 people in front of me.
The breakfast was good but not a lot of options and everything ran out very fast. It was like they only had 5 units of each thing.

I LIKED THE PROPERTY. YET THE STAFF WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL. MANAGER NAME GRACE WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING OF NO AC IN ROOM 209. Then HE PROCEED TO REFER ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THE GAY ONE... WHICH NAME IS YESSIR... He was at the front desk when we came in from dinner. When we came in the room it reeked the odor of weed. when I went downstairs to tell him.. he did nothing... not even changing our room... then we go out because it was my birthday so went out in the town.. came back and the ac didn't work... as if they had it set for heat... or a certain temp... I overall did not like my stay

I would not recommend this place. It’s very modern looking but dirty at its core. The room was dirty, washroom was not clean. There were stains on the bedsheet. The toilet was not properly flushing and shower head was leaking.
There was a water dispenser but no water in the gym. I don’t like how breakfast start time is 7:30 am instead of the standard 6:30am.
The female staff there is kind of rude and rushed, I went there a little early in the morning to see how early I can check in and she advised that I can come at 2 but when I got there around 2:30 she rudely approached and said “we are not ready yet, check in starts 3” even though she told me to come at 2.
I found the systems outdated, I do not like how you can’t purchase hotel refreshments and can’t charge it to the room, they can’t do that apparently. I don’t mind paying by credit card but this process took 5 minutes just to set up.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone staying near the airport.

This property was booked due to the size of the room and the closeness to the airport. However upon arrival, the bathroom door knob was unusable, and when we opened the sofa bed, there was so much garbage that we considered sleeping in the truck.

The front desk manager was very good and was running the whole show during our late night check in. Having said that, it did take about 45 min to check in.
The room was clean, but the sofa was worn and we wouldn’t sit in it. The toilet was clean but it was in an absolute horrific condition.
The personnel at the breakfast room was present and kept things tidy, but their hit plates don’t work well, so eggs and sausages weren’t even room temperature, and the yogurt and juice in the mini fridges were room temp as it seems those were not working either.
Overall, they have good workers but it’s clear the owner doesn’t care for the joke of the property

Check in staff friendly. But he lied and told us breakfast would be up at 6:30 am. It’s 6:43 and still not set up and the “back in a moment” front desk staff are not around to ask. Like no one staffing anything anywhere. Just a sign to drop your key. NO staff anywhere.

Horrible hotel! The tub has mold in it! The floors were coming up in bathroom, there was a stain on our sheets and you CANNOT get anyone to answer phones! I tried to call for almost 3 hours to get info on the shuttle. When the shuttle got there he wouldn’t even let us put our bags in back of shuttle, we had to carry them on with us! Will not EVER stay here again!

This property is overpriced. The room was nasty. Stains on everything from carpet, furniture and walls. Patching, caulking etc in not good ways. If it hasn’t been midnight when we got in and we only needed to stay til 6am, I would have refused the room. Very dated and worn

My family and I enjoyed this stay. I've been here before, and I decided to come back to repeat the past experience, and we were not disappointed. The overall content is great: located in a quiet zone, close to many places where we roam, economic, functional, easy going, clean rooms, attendance very friendly, an available breakfast with variety, and the price is right and fair. Actually, from now on this La Quinta hotel will be my favorite stay when airport issues, say family or business, I might take.

Elevator wouldnt close, and we had to bring our things up four flights of stairs. We paid for a king size bed and though the concierge asked for confirmation, she pressed us about getting the two doubles instead. Despite insisting on the king, she gave us the two doubles anyway. The pillows were disappointingly small. The toilet and sink did not drain faster than maybe a cup every five minutes. There was a bug in the bathtub. There were items behind the bed that must have been years old, including a pacifier and what I assume was a cheeto. But the mattress was alright enough and the lobby is pretty. Overall a fairly miserable time. We are not staying at any La Quinta again.

The HVAC in our room was so loud we had to turn it off at night. The hot water took a very long time to come around

Main light in sitting area did not work which is what greeted me with a switch just inside the entry door. HVAC was loud and woke me up multiple times in the night when it cycled on.
Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Check out was impressive. Called me by my name as I handed my door card. Nice.

Cheap place.
1) the wifi is unstable
2) the heater was makinh noise could not sleep. When I told the front desk, they told me to turn it off and then on. I did and the noise persisted
3) the person fixing the place is not doing a good job. Caulking on floor, the bathroom looked terrible.
4) breakfast was terrible, they only had two bottles of juice in the fridge. No forks.
Overall, this hotel should be desigsnated as a motel. I wish I took pictures to show everyone.

The location was comfortable and conviently located near the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. I felt very safe being that I wasn’t familiar with the area as a tourist.

I didn’t receive a refund for my deposit from them.! Otherwise it was a great experience. The staff was very polite. Also the location was very secluded and private.
