Infestation no air conditioning poor color choices building is not structurally safe

The hotel is falling apart,roaches in room,toilet runs all night because chain was wrapped around the handle stem to short,third level has concrete sinking in,tv only has 3 channels,the bed frame is broken, tile in the bathroom has severe mold,AC didn't get cool even with a setting of 61 degrees, the maintenance crew has no clue what they're doing

We were afraid the sheets weren’t clean. They were rumbled. It also seemed unsafe.

Nothing is good with this place,way over priced,everything is old dirty,it shows a nice pool and the pool is empty and surty,the pillows are horrible,everything dirty,cigarette butts all over.The shower curtain is disgusting ..Honestly don't book at this place is disgusting

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. It was disgusting and dirty. A drug deal took place outside our door around 3 am.

The attendant was really pleasant, but that's as good as it gets. I wouldn't recommend you stay here unless you absolutely must. No, I didn't say anything because I figured nothing could be done about it. First, when you enter the room it looks extremely basic. There was a stain on the floor, no coffee maker or phone. Next, the floors are weak. I thought I was going to fall through (apparently it was stronger than it felt). The shower was clean but the toilet was really old.The mattress had cigarette holes and a dip in the middle. I had to get the WiFi password from housekeeping after I woke up because it wasn't given nor on the room key. Lastly, they have roaches. Yes, roaches. I saw at least 3 babies and my roommate saw some as well. The area is real shady. Someone was smoking weed, and the people in the room next to ours kept talking and yelling until 3am. There were vagrants hanging out at night. It's an unsafe place and I plan to NEVER stay here again.

This hotel should not be open for business. Walked up to the building and the outside smelled like beer and cigarettes. The outside of the building is filthy, there was dirty water in the pool. Once I entered the room I was tempted to walk out and sleep in my car but it was 1 am and I was tired from driving from Miami to Tampa for my son football game. The room was horrible, the curtains were being held up with grey duck tape. There were holes everywhere in the walls. The bathroom and tub were filthy. The beds were old and the sheets looked dingy, I slept with my personal towel over the thin pillows, I had to use a throw blanket I had to sleep on to avoid sleeping on the sheets on the bed. There were loud conversations all night until the morning from people walking up and down the hallways drinking. I was so embarrassed when I left to check out that I even slept there over night. This place needs to be condemned and closed for business!!!!!

To dirty. This hotel do not look like in the pictures at all, IS DIRTY, ALMOST EVERY IS BROKEN, DIRTY SHEETS, FLOOR AND THE POOL WAS NOT ALLOW TO USE WAS COMPLETELY GREEN AND NASTY.

There's no other way to describe it, this place is a dump. Let's start at the door - no security chain although the deadbolt did engage, however I propped a chair against the door overnight. The TV did work although about half the channels were pixelated and the video would stop every few seconds. The two light fixtures had a 40 watt bulb, barely enough light to see the floor. After pulling down the bedsheet, found a cockroach crawling around. The bathroom sink did not have a drain stopper and the water smelled like sulfer. Fortunately there was hot water, but the shower exhaust fan did not work. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower, and the towels were absolutely the cheapest I have ever seen. The walls have been patched multiple times, rust spots and caked up dirt everywhere along the baseboard. Needless to say, I will never be here again.

Very little to like. The small TV worked. The shower was hot (good). It was hard to find. Place looked like a refugee camp. Room was badly worn. Roaches on the bed, the walls, the bathroom the ceiling. People were hanging all over the place. Felt unsafe. Definitely AVOID this place unless you like roaches.

We were only given 2 towel/washcloths for 3 people. The sink was stopped up and no one ever came to fix it. The carpet stunk, had to by extra strength febreeze to get the room smelling decent. The pool was out of order.

Well I didn't get to stay that night because on my way driving over to plant city from port st lucie my vehicle got hit by another driver I had to cancel my reservation they was so helpful and polite they are the best I love staying there whenever I travel to plant city it's quiet clean I feel safe staying there once a month whenever I have to visit my DR office

It is an old and run down motel. I expected a little better for the money charged.

Filthy to the point of being of unlivable. Don’t stay there

This hotel is gross. It serves as a tenement to several families. We were greeted by a couple sitting half dressed outside smoking cigarettes while dogs were barking inside.The room smelled strongly of urine and was in disrepair. Carpets are stained. I pulled back the bedspread and found trash under the spread. We left after 30 minutes. Stay away.

Its simply what you get for what you pay. Personally didn't find any issue with it but when we checked in. We see lot of guests (i guess stays full time in Hotel, probably like Hostel) just standing outside the room and looking at people passing by. Which was a weird feeling. Feel they may have been allocated a floor to these folks as s long term stay. As i said, personally that didn't bother me much as i stayed alone but i wouldn't stay with my family or wife here. You feel insecure with those things.

This Knights Inn hotel room was filthy!! Slept with our clothes on & left during the wee hours of the morning. This place had pretty some shady clientele as well. They're in need of some serious updates; paint, flooring, furniture, bedding, disinfecting & CLEANING. I was scared to touch anything. I hope corporate reads this & sends some inspectors in for some much needed evaluations. Staff in the office were friendly & cordial.

Curtains falling down and stained, towels threadbare, stains on bathroom floor which a disinfectant wipe cleaned. Clearly a transient, drug hotel NOT a “traveler” hotel. Dirtiest, creepiest, most gross place I’ve ever stayed in my life. No hair dryer. Two bath towels for 2 people, holes in bedspreads. Looked nothing like pictures on website. Disgusting place. Do not recommend this to your travelers. I reported it to their brand Red Lion and plan to to health department. Such a gross place.

Without a doubt this was the most deplorable motel I have ever stayed in! After checking in I called around trying to find a motel to change to, but there were no vacancies. The concrete walkway on the 3rd floor was cracked and and had holes. 5 doors down there was a sign on the door from the County CONDEMNING the unit as unsafe! Floors were dirty, no hot water in shower, and the security lock on the door didn't work. I can't believe that Expedia would even consider this property for use by their clients!
