Reception staff not accommodating. Room smelly like old carpet though there is no carpet in the room. Window sill has mouldy corners and very dusty. The wall skirting has accumulated dust. Noticed wash room ceiling is full of molds. I reported it to the desk reception seems like I was talking to the manager. The manager just replied so sorry for your stay. ( I am reporting MOLDS). My sister kept on coughing in the morning and having asthma. So we opted to check out early.

We had room 315 at the end of a lot with a view of piles of garbage, in which a number of rats were running at night. The rats were also running underneath the unit. There were bugs in the bath, and the wooden edging on the edging of the bathroom was dirty with the hair of former guests. There were also “black bits” on the sheet. There were no bins for recycling, and the regular garbage bins were too small to manage the amount of garbage of 3 adults, 2 children and one infant. We were very disappointed as this was a stay for a friend’s wedding. In the past we have been pleased with our stays at Ramada facilities. It is unlikely that we will book with a Ramada
property when we need to book a hotel in future.

Got there late at night, was not welcomed nicely, rather told I’m “lucky I didn’t reservation wasn’t canceled”. Beds super hard and uncomfortable.

It was a quick trip to Vancouver. It was handy having the restaurant right there on site to be able to pick up food. Rooms were basic but clean they need to upgrade their coffee though didn't particularly care for the coffee pods and more than two pods would be appreciated. Other than that the beds were comfortable and clean and so was the room

The smell of the lower rooms is something I've never experienced before. It was awful. Do not recommend.

Check in was easy, this hotel has several buildings, a main building and a few in the back. In the main building the rooms are accessed via the hallway, like in a hotel, but in the other buildings they are accessed via the parking lot like a motel. I stayed in the back building accessable via a sketchy parking lot. The room was decently clean. The bed felt like i was sleeping on a piece of wood. The pool is heated so thats nice, its an indoor pool, so it got pretty loud when i tried relaxing in the hot tub.

The hotel house keeping clean my room at 9 am, I didn’t even check out. Then the front desk don’t car at all, told me it’s very Normal, I can report to hotel.com, he don’t mind at all

When I arrived the security guard told me not to worry about my bags because I told him the one suitcase was my grandson’s and was very heavy for me. He told me not to worry about that because they had service for that. When I asked the girl working if someone could help, she told me that they didn’t offer that service, I told her what the security guard had told me and she told me she couldn’t do that, that she was the only one working. The security guard said he would do that, and she said she would allow that this time but normally they weren’t supposed to do that, and she mentioned “what a gentleman he was”. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and the security guard.
My door was ajar and when I phoned and told staff the person I was talking to was doubting me. I felt quite unsafe, but decided to stay in the room they assigned me because I got the feeling that it was too much bother to move me to another room. The girl did ask me if I wanted to move to another room, and said it was her that I was talking to, and that they could move me to another room if I wanted. If the door keeps popping open, I would suggest it to be fixed, I’m sure I’m not the only one that has complained about this.

It was good enough for 2 nights. Little bit pricey. No elevator. I was offered a room first floor but I ended up switching cause the room first floor have a second door to the garage, I didn’t feel secure but it was an easy switch. Also, they charged me $150 as damage deposit it went through my visa and I will get a refund after 7 days, I didn’t like this part. In general the experience was good.

This property is convenient to the places I need to go, a reasonable price, decent dining as well as being close to other dining options. The pool is a bonus.

We visited Vancouver from January 22nd to January 26th and had an overall enjoyable experience. However, our stay took a turn for the worse when we checked into the Ramada hotel (By Wyndham Coquitlam). Initially, we had a positive impression of the hotel when we arrived at the front desk. Unfortunately, upon entering our room, we were immediately met with the strong smell of smoke, and to our dismay, we discovered a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Perplexed, we couldn't determine the source of the water and decided to request a room change from the front desk staff.
A helpful young lady at the front desk granted our request and escorted us to another room. At first glance, the new room seemed satisfactory. However, as we prepared to rest on the bed, we lifted the blanket and were disgusted to find a significant amount of hair underneath. The floor also felt sticky, leading us to question the cleanliness of the room. It was disconcerting that the room appeared tidy but turned out to be dirty upon closer inspection.
We returned to the front desk once again, expressing our concerns and requesting fresh bed sheets. The young lady informed us that the housekeeper had already left for the day but assured us she would ask security to provide us with clean bed sheets. We took the new bed sheets back to our room and replaced the soiled ones. Regrettably, our expectations for the bathroom were also met with disappointment as we discovered a foul odor emanating from the bathtub

I booked a non-smoking room through Expedia. Upon entering the room second hand smoke was evident. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and became ill.
The desk clerk said she could not offer a refund but offered to upgrade the room instead. Upon entering the second room I was still feeling ill and contacted Expedia for help with a full refund.
I was told the only way I will get an exception for refund is if the hotel manager agrees. Given the poor state of this hotel it seems unlikely. This experience has been awful.

Absolutely horrible customer service, refusing to refund me after assuring me I would not be charged for a cancellation. Disgraceful!!! Did not set foot in this hotel and they think it’s okay to charge me a full amount despite calling a week ahead to cancel my room!

Although the hotel met our needs for convenience, it was dirty and the TV didn’t work. We asked for maintenance which no one ever came.

It is not a hotel. It is a motel with individual apartment style rooms/suites. Didn’t feel much safe.

Staff was nice, room was comfortable, a bit noisy in the morning. Bed was super comfortable. Overall a clean room. The one main downside I had, was that the tub didn’t drain properly when having a shower. So by the time you’re finished showering, you’re standing in above ankle deep water. Also, the shower head had too high of water pressure that couldn’t be adjusted. Bad shower experience from an otherwise decent room.

This property has a major rat infestation. We stayed 2 night and on both nights we lost count on how many we saw running around the parking lot. Not very appealing

Dennis, the GM was a terrible help when our bathroom flooded. Blaming us and yelling at us refusing to contact expedia and refund us. Overall awful experience.

The shower head was clogged and shot the water all over. The coffee machine is too high for easy use. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well stocked.

Second time staying here. Its a good central location and close to rapid transit. The only thing i didnt like was they take a photocopy of my drivers license and that shouldn't be necessary. Again, ill need to ask for that copy when i leave.

We discovered the last time that we stayed there a few months ago, for another concert, how close it is to the SkyTrain station just up the road! Parked at the station for free and took that to the arena downtown. And way cheaper to ride round trip than having to pay for parking downtown! And a quick exit to the Freeway in the morning. This is going to be our regular place to stay in the Lower Mainland from now on!

Very old property that needs a total update. Bed was horrible. Tap handle on sink broke off in my hands. Tub and shower needed new grout/caulk. Unfortunately there are very few choices in that area.
