All the hotel staff were incredible! Front desk super nice and helpful. Megan and her supervisor helped us out because Hotels.com was giving us the run around!
The restaurant staff were wonderful as well.
We had two wonderful housekeepers, Rahinatu & Fauzia! Lovely ladies with the biggest smiles!!!
* If you are making reservations with The Doubletree, call them directly! DO NOT call Hotels.com They charged me American dollars instead of Canadian. I was very disappointed in them. First time I ever used them and it will be the last time! * This has absolutely nothing to do with The Doubletree. They were fantastic!

Nothing negative.Room nice,clean had a great sleep on a very comfy bed.Too big a room for what I needed, coz all I really needed was a single room for good nights sleep, which I had.Hesitant of their parking though, as you need to sign a form as they say issues do happen, so parking is not so secure. Otherwise all good! Was a treat for me.

Everything at the hotel was great. Our sink didn’t have hot water, but that wasn’t the end of the world.
I called for early check in and spoke to someone named Kacie or Kacen- absolutely zero help and made it seem like my call was an inconvenience. I was just curious if there was a fee for early check in - and was told depends when I arrive. I said I’d be 30 minutes and asked again and she said “are you not understanding me?”
As someone who works in customer service I was taken aback by that comment.
Upon check in, I dealt with another lady who was very helpful, happy, and friendly.
Very glad my first interaction didn’t set the precedent for our night away.
Not sure if we will be back or not based on that - time will tell.

Booked this hotel as a family of 5, rooms can definitely accommodate us but as soon as we arrived (9pm from our of town) we had to call to have maintenance come up because the toilet wasn't working. Then we noticed after that the bathroom door doesn't lock. I don't usually pay attention to if the hotel offers some type of continental breakfast because we have stayed in many many hotels and have always had a continental breakfast, very disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer anything, you have to dine at the restaurant. Only thing that was nice about this hotel was the nice heated pool, but then after swimming for maybe 20 minutes it started to fill up with people because there was a "swim class" being held, so we felt as though we had to leave. Definitely won't be staying at Doubletree again.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. First night, TV remote didn’t work. Too tired to deal with front desk. Luckily I could change the channel and volume directly on the TV. In the morning, in the shower, realized the shampoo and conditioner were empty.
That evening, was looking forward to ordering food and beer to our room to find out the hotel restaurant was not serving food on Saturday evening. Annoyed that I had to try several places the front desk offered before just using UberEats. Got great sleep and a delicious cookie but not much else.

Excellent facility and great front desk service. Swimming pool is great. Only thing that the Hotel have to fix and check is that there are private swimming classes on the swimming pool with lot of kids and parents (grand parents). Kids, instructors and parents are all nice, but hotel guests cannot swim freely because private swimming classes for kids for hours. The Hotel should not allow this. The others are all wonderful.

Wewere there due to a hockey tournament. Vehicle stolen out of the parking lot. Night before another teams vehicle stolen out of parking lot. There is NO patroling security of any kind! Very heartbreaking to come out and have your vehicle and any belongings in it gone!

Remote didn’t work well to be able to try and find something to watch and the wall outlet was so loose you couldn’t charge anything because the plug just fell out of the wall. The table lamp that was on the same outlet couldn’t stay on either, the plug just fell out of the wall.
This was also happening with the bedside lamp, if you touched the table it would flicker and you’d have to jiggle the table to stay on.
I didn’t like going outside to wait for an Uber and have numerous people smoking that I couldn’t avoid it.
I’d definitely wouldn’t stay their again.

It was a beautiful stay as a family. The front desk was exceptional specially Megan and Tarun and the manger (forgot her name). Megan did some neeful changes to accommodate my family with her manager and Tarun gave us the cushion to late checkout. The pool and the fitness rooms were good. It was quiet and right off the highway.
Only small issue was that wen i requested for room service where i was told i have to inform them a day ahead which was never communicated. They still sent me all supplies but i didnt have anyone clean our rooms. Thats only downfall. Apart from that everything else was good and awesome. I love the friendly atmosphere with the staff. Keep up the good work. Will visit in the future.

Very unpleasant reception team, including supervisor. Breakfast is typical North America drama and disaster. In hotel with such price per night you could expect proper quality breakfast. Very noisy AC in the room. Windows do not black noise from outside. Only benefit good location - close to Airport and few nice restaurants.

The hotel is too expensive for the quality. The iron was so old that it leaked water everywhere. And the breakfast is quite terrible.

Poor staff service.
We were 5 guest and only 4 blankets, Staff was called/informed twice over phone midnight but I had to walk downstairs to inform 3rd time.
Shampoo and conditioner bottle were completely empty. Had to call 3 times to get it refilled.
Only 2 coffee cups among 5 guest. Bad experience won’t stay at doubletree again.

Was not able to book airport shuttle prior to check in so didn’t get early shuttle as we arrived late for hotel checkin and all spots were booked, had to pay for a taxi

It was great - easy to get around. Great location. Nice room. Fantastic pool. It is shallow (3-4 feet) which makes for an amazing experience for my children and I. Thank you!

Property was great, lots of free parking at your own risk of course. My vehicle was there from the total of 16 days with no issues. They state a shuttle service which seems to be non existance, used on the way to airport after some inquiring and told them it was stated on their website, jammed my elderly mom and injured husband in back seat of van with all working stewards, captions etc, on the way back to hotel just took taxi which costed about $30 as no information offered on their shuttle service.
