The non-smoking room, smelled like smoke. The bed sheets were stained with some sort of brown spots. It was not a please y experience.

Woke up to a dead body outside room..

I booked this hotel reluctantly as a last minute option. Some of the reviewed were very bad but I was as surprised to see just the opposite. Super clean rooms at such a low price and walking distance to restaurants and local markets.

Upgrade. Only 2 assesible outlets in room and 1 was at sink. Many people these days have multible cell chargers, laptops, etc.

It was filthy, floors were not swept or vacuumed. Burn holes all over bedding, weird substances on the dresser and all over the tv remote. When we asked for more towels we were given towels with hair embedded into them. Yes it's cheap, but it was actually disgusting just spend a little more money on a different hotel.

I called prior to booking askibg about the shuttle service. I told the gentleman at the front desk I had to be at tbe Airport by 4am. He assured me, not a problem. When we arrived to check in , I asked the person at the front desk to be sure about the shuttle. They said the service wont start until 4, probably get there 4:30. So we ended up having to stay at the airport. Now trying to figure out how to get my money back

The staff is helpful in picking us up from the airport at midnight. But the sheets are dirty (there are visible stain marks and hair on the bed) The bed sheets feels itchy when we stayed overnight.

This hotel promlsed a free shuttle from airport to the hotel but did not provide it. It was awful

Staff very rude and dismissive. Shuttle service was not explained at all. Hotel is very out dated

Even no coffee machine in the room (203). The heat radiator is so noisy when operating, a big sound like someone hitting on the metal every second, so disrupting to sleep. The shuttle ride is okay (it picks up passengers from multiple hotels in different directions of the airport, so it may take longer time than necessary (I was told it's 15 minutes) . The instructions for riding shuttle were a bit confusion. In the day time, one needs to tell the help desk 2 hours ahead of time, otherwise there might not be one. I was not told about such things when checking in.

Easy and bright parking lot looked and felt safe the worst part were the pillows very flat and only 3 the TV was a little fuzzy but would definitely stay again

It’s a budget friendly option so you get what you pay for. Only grief is with the shuttle service. On every sign we saw notice was asked for 2hrs advanced notice to set it up, when we got to the counter they asked for 24hrs advanced notice. We had to get an Uber because of that. The place is far from new but clean with a/c and hot water.

The room was not very clean. Walls was dirty and old food was found by the heater/ac unit. Not enough wash clothes or towels for three people.

The ck in was a little difficult as the female clerk who was pleasant was too hard to understand the English. the tv did not work in first room as did another guest. we both had to remove our belongings and get another room.. upon departure the male manager was on the unpleasant side.. the shuttle and the shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful...

Was this place cheap? Yes. Did my door not lock? Also yes. There were odd stains on the bed skirt and the mirror hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week. The TV did not work. Also, the pictures make it look better than it is. This is a glorified Motel 6.
That being said, it IS cheap and if you’re just looking for a night or two and want to save money, I guess book it? I don’t think it was in an unsafe area and my stuff didn’t get stolen so do what you will with this information.

The lobby was dirty and smelled of mold. The bedroom was a damp. The carpeting was damp. The bedding was dirty. There were insects flying around all over the bedroom. When we complained to the front desk we were told we had to stay there, because we were not receiving a refund, and were moved to another room that was bloodstained, and had fecal matter on the toilet seat. We did not stay at the motel at all.

Yes I shouldn’t expect much from a cheap motel however…The hand towels were stained. There were bugs crawling around. While checking for more bugs, I found items from a previous guest behind the bedside table. The room smelled musty and like some sort of food. The air was not on so it was hot and stuffy when I arrived at 00:30. The wall unit was really loud which wasn’t too much of an issue, but I realized it was leaking into the room and the carpet was soaked. The fact that the sheets smelled very heavily of bleach was somewhat comforting. It was only a one night stay so I dealt with it, but I would not have stayed for more than that.

There were no tissues or blow dryer in the room. Noise all night long. I had to stand in the dark at 4:45am in a questionable neighborhood by myself waiting for the shuttle because the lobby was locked. I scheduled the airport shuttle for 5 am and at 5:15 am I had to get an Uber because the shuttle didn’t show up. As the Uber driver arrived, the shuttle pulled in behind. He apologized saying I’m just running late this morning. Because of the shuttle snafu, I arrived at my gate with just minutes to spare because of the lousy shuttle service.
