I was rejected at the lobby for living in the same city. Apparently this is their policy but it's not listed anywhere in the app and allowed me to book a room and prepay for it. They said I'd get my refund. It never happened. Hotels.com tried to speak to the manager about it and he denied giving me back any of my money. I stayed in a different hotel that same night and paid for that with my hotels.com account, but no one will give me credit back!!

This was one of the few hotels in St. Cloud that we could find on short notice. The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. The hotel itself has definitely seen better days. The rooms were clean enough but quite run down.

Mila, the girl on duty worked for an hour to figure out what was wrong with our TV. She was very kind and helpful but was there alone. Our Ac/ heater only blew hot air and kept increasing the temp no matter the temp we set it at. We had to alternate AC and heat settings to cool it down even in a Minnesota winter 🤔 Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept very clean. 😊

Beds were terrible should have slept in car breakfast had just a couple options tasted like it was the cheapest very noisey ill sleep in car before id stay there again

The room was clean and spacious. Climate control was poor and it would be nice to get fresh towels and garbage pickup. No recycling bins on site and our toilet did not flush well.

The people were great and I appreciate that you don’t need to clean the room every day. The air conditioning was annoying - blowing a lot really cold and then cycling off. I could hear the adjoining room TV very loudly - I don’t think they were blasting it - just bad sound insulation between rooms

The property and room were relatively clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The price would indicate a higher quality of renovation but the AC and bathroom are very old and need updating. It took a long time to check us in at night. There’s no elevator so the disabled person in our party had to walk up the steps and it was hard to get luggage up and down because they didn’t have an available ground level room. Not sure it’s legal to not have a working elevator.

The tub felt like you were going to fall through it. The bathroom door was screwed together which resulted in it not shutting all the way. We don't believe that our sheets were cleaned after the previous use. We asked for new sheets and were told to change them ourselves. The pool/hot tub could use a good cleaning had stuff floating in it.

This hotel got it right. For the many places we stay, the room was comfortable and clean. TV was correct height and desk chair matched the desk. If we recall, we even had a an armchair, but we might be wrong. Rooms should always include at least an armchair. What was nice was an attached restaurant which mde fantastic Pizza, the best we ever had. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Great start to our day.WiFi was great.

Vanessa at the front desk was really friendly. She is an asset to your establishment! The room was clean despite that I'm not a fan of carpeted rooms. The hotel is dated but clean, and breakfast had good items to choose from. The bed comfort was okay (seems like thin plastic mattress cover material for the top blanket?). We noticed that all of the rooms down the hall had prybar marks as if they had been broken into. It appears that our deadbolt was added after the break-in took place. I wonder if someone broke into the rooms, or if for some reason the locks did not work at some point and they had to be jimmied. That was slightly concerning. But the neighbourhood seems safe.
