The place was so dirty plus no breakfast in the AM at 9 am when they told us it was until 10 am ...not even a cup of coffee..I will never stay at another Quality inn again ..we stayed at two one Friday and a different one on Saturday and both were so bad .The quality inn on Saturday we could not see thru any of the windows not even the lobby windows ...so dirty 😑 Quality inn never used to be like these were

I’ve seen worse hotels so it was TERRIBLE but it also wasn’t great. Beds were clean but walls and floors were pretty gross the swimming area was actually pretty decent

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT RENT ROOMS TO LOCALS. Since you won't read this policy anywhere in the hotel information you might as well read it here. Good luck getting a refund.

We got in at 10:30 and just needed a place to sleep. Overall the hotel was quiet at night. The double queen room was spacious. However, it was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned…the tub had dark gray spots in it, the sink had toothpaste gunk in it and the floor was full of hair and dirt streaks. There was no way I would have showered or walked on the floor without shoes. The sheets either had stains or had been used and not changed…we think the latter as the spots looked like they would wash out. We were exhausted so just slept there. The fan for the AC had an irritating uneven sound so we set a fan sound on my phone to help cover it up. The breakfast was pretty good as hotel breakfasts go: the staff were wonderful and easy to work with. We actually slept pretty well so are glad we stopped. Overall it was OK but not sure I would stay again because of the bathroom being so dirty, and the sheets…

Made an accidental mistake and booked a room for the wrong date and so hurt that I couldn’t be refunded because money is already tight. Ended up renting another room for that same day (which was supposed to be the day I booked for) but accidentally dated the reservation wrong. Loved the hotel and wish to go back but a little hurt I lost out on over $100 😔

Only breakfast they serve is biscuits and gravy and green chilies and eggs every day no bacon and no sausage no nothing but a waffle not anything I like to eat especially the green chilies who eats them in the morning

Was loud from the traffic going bk a forth all night long and the walls are to thin u couldn’t sleep. The people next room over talked the whole night and the other room they partied. Was horrible stay didn’t get rest and the tub didn’t drain too much hair in the drain..

The stay was fine. The property is very old and tired! Only one ice machine functioning. Kind of inconvenient to walk all the way to the other side to get some ice.

Just passing through and needed a place to sleep. Dog poop in the hall ways, room reeked of pot and cigarettes, and the morning staff was incredibly rude at check out.
Beds were comfortable enough but worn out. For over $100 I expect more, this way motel quality for hotel prices

across the board, the level of cleanliness threw this one totally off for us. We found hair strands in our bed, on towels, and in the bathroom floor.
The duvet covers that are supposed to be white had some really discolored stains. The front desk guy was great to help get me a new one, but overall the quality is rough.

Staff was slow and messed up multiple times on giving me my room and keys and to top it off on my last day while we were getting breakfast we were rudely told only one person can eat and mind you there were 4 of us .... I will never go back to this hotel.

Reserved room with queen beds and got full size beds instead. The pool and spa were the main reason for staying in this hotel, the pool opened at 10:00 am and check out was at 11.00. The hotel can use upgrades in all departments.

I called before booking to verify the pool was heated, working & open, I was told it was, so I booked the pool WAS NOT heated the guy at front desk was nice he did call Maintenace who showed up about 9 pm to turn up heat temp stated it would warm in 30-45 mins, it did not my babies were really upset about not being able to swim spoke to another person staying there the hot tub was way heated she stated she had alerted the front desk since about 5/6 I checked in about 7:30 so the first person didn't bother to let the next one know I guess the room itself was decent size but was dirty the carpet full of stains as well as our comforter I had my husband remove them off both bed bathroom wall had stains & built up dust on counter top, not too bad of a room just needs a bit of a deep cleaning then maintain it, some comforters if staff sees is full of stains shouldn't be used anymore
would probably give the hotel one more try we didn't get up for breakfast so can't speak any on that matter

The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful but the facility was gross. Our tub didn’t drain, the toilet would run like crazy, it smelled like smoke and musty.

Mostly a typical stay. We checked in at 4:30 but the room we were checked into hadn't been clean yet. so we had to wait with all our stuff out in the hallway for the lady to finish. She was polite but I feel like she was irritated at us as though we were rushing her. Other people were waiting to get checked in so we didn't request a different room. The pool was borderline cold but the hot tub was warm.

This was pretty run down. The heat was not working until we fixed it. Furniture was missing from the room. Several of the outlets looked pretty scary. We asked about a different room but the manager just didn't show up at the front desk.

I must express my deep disappointment with the conditions encountered during my stay. The presence of mold in the bathroom was not only unsightly but also raises health concerns. The state of the carpet and toilet was frankly unacceptable, falling far below basic hygiene standards. The breakfast offerings were inadequate, notably missing basic items like toast bread. Most disturbingly, the bed was unclean, compromising comfort and sanitation.

Not on par with other properties in this price range. Furnishings and carpet were run down. Smell of bleach was overbearing- like it was used to cover up foul odors. Cleanliness was mediocre.
