Arrived at 8:00pm I asked the receptionist if they had laundry room and they confirmed and gave me the location. When we got to the room it was very small and there was a desk blocking a walk way. Unpacked and got clothes to do laundry. Once I started the wash I went to the recieption desk and asked for change for a dollar. They did not have any change so I drove to two gas stations until I found one open. I then returned to the hotel and went to the laundry room to put the clothes in the dryer. At approximately 10pm when I went to check the laundry the doors were locked. There was no sign that stated the hours. I called the receptionist and they said the laundry room locks at 9pm and there is no one with a key until 8am. I informed the receptionist that I had to get my daughter to the Navy base in the morning for deployment. She again stated that only Maintenance can open it at 8am. When checking into a hotel at 8pm and asking about laundry services, someone should have disclosed hours! There should also be some hours sign on the door or inside to warn customers. Maybe even keep a few dollars of quarters when your machine only takes $3.50 in quarters. Worst part about all this was that we waited until 8am and the clothes that had been in the dryer had not even dried.

We reserved four rooms. I can't speak to the other three. The one I stayed in had multiple electrical plugs not working. It took quite a while to figure out that, if I wanted the light to turn on, I needed to unplug the clock. There was what looked like green blanket fuzz on the sheets, but the blanket was not green. The shower water was almost warm, and the coffee pot was broken. When we checked in, the room keys to the hotel weren't working. We felt so bad for the two ladies on the desk that night. One had to walk each guest to their room to let them in. That was hard. The next morning, when we stopped to check out, the morning lady at the desk told us that there are spare keys to every room, and she did not understand why the night desk wasn't using them. Inconvenient at best. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. We will not choose to stay there again.

This hotel left much to be desired. There was no blackout curtain on the front window in our room. My husband used a safety pin to bring the side curtains together to provide some privacy. Getting the luggage to our room was difficult because we had to push the cart through the pool area to get to the outside elevator. Would not stay here again.

Saturday morning "hot" breakfast was diced potatoes, sausage patties and hard boiled eggs. Not sure I understand that combo. Sunday's hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Hard boiled eggs available. Makes a little more sense if you like biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

I didn’t like that it was an outside entrance for my room. Upon reserving my room I knew this, but once I got into it I felt unsafe having people walk by all the time. I could still hear the outside noise through the door even when it was locked, like there was a seal broken. May have just been my room. As far as location wise it felt safe to me & is close to everything that I needed.

It was a nice place to stay and great location. On the down side, the coffee maker didn’t work correctly, there was no bath mat for a slippery tub and no wash cloths, only hand and bath towels.

Was greeted with an awesome welcome package, a gift bag full of snacks 😋 It came in handy when we got to our room very late at night and were a little hungry. The room was excellent with the bed being soooo comfortable, I slept like a baby. Breakfast was my favorite: waffles!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. I waited for a little while then said Hello, hello! Finally, someone came out. They told me they couldn't check me in because their shift was done for the day and they were not allowed to check people in, and that someone would be there shortly to check me in. Our room ended up being on the bottom level around back, but the room numbers are hard to see because the outdoor lighting is not above the room numbers. Unless you actually pull into a parking space and let your headlights shine on the numbers they are unreadable. Showing me where my room was on a map would have been helpful. The nighstand top drawer would not stay shut, so I had to be careful getting out of bed during the night that I didn't hit my leg on it. Had to move the nightstand in order to plug in my phone charger so I could have my phone by my bed. Not enough easily available plugs in the room. Needs updating.

Had a delightful experience at check-in! The front desk lady was incredibly friendly, and I was fortunate to be named the guest of the day, receiving three complimentary items. The check-in process was swift, and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel has ample parking. Room was decent. Had some quirks but nothing major. The outlets weren't easily accessible. The area surrounding is nice and decently quiet. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

The rooms are connected with a door on one side of the room. The people in this room had their tv up real loud and talked during the night. I was about to join their conversation. Basically, I did not sleep very well that night or the next. Also, my room did not have a remote control when I checked in. I had to wait for the next morning to get a remote control to watch tv. I had planned on watching the Rose Parade in my room that morning but could not because of not having the remote control. I will not stay here ever again.

So they put rooms on Expedia that didn’t exist. I was given a room with no bedsheets or blankets, a filthy mattress, used tampons and bloody pads, wet toilet paper and trash next to the bed. Room was falling apart and it smelled of animal feces. Definitely got catfished and couldn’t even stay there. It was disgusting I cried. Drove so far for this.

When you book a hotel for a stay with 28 individuals I would hope that when we go to eat that there is enough seats for everyone just in my party let alone other staying in hotel. There were 8 tables and 16 chairs. We had to get chairs from outside and fork The pool area to sit as a team. Also on the back side of hotel where our rooms were located there was an issue with some individual that they cops had to be involved. When you are traveling with a team and they can’t walk outside because there are cops or yelling, It doesn’t setup for a nice stay.

I have stayed at other La Quinta properties in Scottsdale AZ and La Quinta CA; they were good affordable options. This one is a bit dated; I would not recommend it.

The room was open to anyone wanting to break into your room. The door had been broken into and the hardware was glued together. The bathroom needed remodeling and sheets on the bed needed to be replaced with newer ones. There was only one trash can for the room. I guess that’s what you pay cheap for. La Quinta name has depleted and the quality of the building and security needs a lot of improvement.

It was a regrettable stay. To begin with the receptionist at the front desk a young woman (Kristal or Christal) was very incompetent. She kept us at the desk for a while claiming that my credit card was not good, even though she said it was prepaid. Finally as I kept insisting she tried again and again and it went through. She had a terrible attitude, rude and perhaps under some sort of influence. The room was cold and heating unit too noisy, did not sleep much. The curtains were sheer and and would not close with the hallway light coming in which was another irritating hassle. It was a terrible night.
