Nice property with buildings with Suites, flowers and bushes. Well lit pathways, safe surroundings. Room is Cozy, practical with a frig, stove, microwave, sink, coffee pot 5 cups, kitchen counter, bar stools, living room, big TV, fireplace, separate bedroom, big comfy bed, large window, bathroom sink and large counter top, double closet. Impressive Suite.

What an amazing surprise this room turned out to be, it is probably the best family unit we have rented! The room was huge, it included 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, including full size fridge, clean comfy beds, 3 TVs, and a nice big living room. The property has a small swimming pool but gets extra points for being heated. Breakfast was included as well as 2 adult beverages for evening. The location is very close to many reputable restaurants which includes a Starbucks just down the street as well as the iconic Brea Mall. This place is perfect for families, we highly recommend it amd we're definitely coming back!

Hotel staff has prvovide great service from all employees we have delt with. Grounds and room is in exceptional condition. We needed to extend our stay and were very happy to add an additional week to our stay.

The staff is kind and helpful. Wide variety of food choices for breakfast and constant refilling of hot items. Comfortable beds and living area in the suites. Only issue is the faucets should be updated as they all leak to some degree. Still, it was a nice stay and close to many grocery stores, restaurants and things to do. We would choose to stay here again in the future.

We stayed there from Thursday night to Sunday Morning since we were in town for a Cheer Competition in Anaheim. We are a Family of 6 + 1, so there was 7 of us in total. Chase Hotel was the best stay for our large party, because they had a clean room, everything we needed to store our food, drinks, and be able to cook. The best part was 2 rooms with their own bathrooms! Breakfast every morning was delicious! The staff was nice and helpful! The only thing we seen wrong was a crack at one of the doors leading into the bedroom, but that was nothing big we just were worried they would blame us for it so we took pictures in case. Other than that we plan on staying there again if we go back to Anaheim!

We got no sleep. The people in the room next to us were partying all night. I mentioned something to the front desk the next day, but it happened again the next night.

The only bad thing was the light on the light switch in the bedroom was on while I was trying to sleep. I had the pile a bunch of stuff up to block the light.

This was a perfect stay, quiet, clean, we felt safe & at home. Very clean, & well maintained. Also free parking & breakast was a plus! The breakfast was delicious! Will definitely be staying again!

One of the nicest place i have stayed, separate bedroom, couch, full kitchen with barand everything you would need for preparation of food. Heck there was even a dish washer. Full breakfast each morning was fresh and yummy,real nice hosts. My only issuse and only reason i didnt give it 5 stars not even a hotel issue.......but i do believe there was a herd of elephants in the room above us LOL!

The hotel was really nicely maintained and updated. It had decent insulation so I didn't have to hear my neighbors. The free breakfast was really good. The front desk clerks were friendly. My only disappointments were that they didn't pick up the garbage that they told me to leave outside the front door (because they don't clean every day), parking is tight, and street traffic is loud if you get a room near the street. I also wished they had more rooms with 2 double beds instead of kings.

Lot of smoking smell in the bathroom from neighboring room in our noon smoking room. House cleaning was only for six plus days . Dishwasher would not turn on and heater was not reaching well in the living room. Waffle makers are taken away when even they see little kid wanting to eat. Starts filled with guests who have dog poop . Double beds were not at all comfortable and were very small. Kitchen sink tap was not fixed well. We paid the whole price upfront on hotel .com but a fireplace room was not offered as it was told it was not available.

Paid $350 for the two-bedroom suite. Definitely spacious, but the coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee maker, so had to all the way to the lobby for coffee. Microwave wasn’t working, and our room was next to a noisy street. Breakfast was good enough, and about what you’d expect. It’s a decent place, just not worth the money.

While we enjoyed the included continental breakfast (our stay didn’t have social hour) and the front desk employee was very helpful, the positives end there. Our door required slamming to close. The main room light did not work. All the light switches for the lights that did work had a bright blue lights that could not be turned off providing a piercing cerulean glow throughout the unit. Our bed was stiff and the pillows lumpy, covered in sheets that felt well used (clean yes, but threadbare and tough). We went to a local hotel for our trip to visit family at Christmas hoping to avoid insane cleaning fees of Airbnb, which we did but we also were not able to get any housekeeping services (besides a delivery of fresh towels) because we stayed five nights not six. We paid for a hotel and felt like we got a discount motel with continental breakfast.

Really like this property was a little skeptical at first because the property is kind of old. Nice and clean rooms that come with full kitchen. Staff is really nice and helpful. They provide free breafast and social hour which is petty dope. Will make this a permanent stay when i come to southern California.

We enjoyed both the “HappyHour” and breakfasts. A good number of choices for both and a convivial crowd.. Our suite was more than spacious, clean and felt welcoming. A few issues with WiFi and tv streaming, but nothing we couldn’t handle…
