Everything was great except room service breakfast was a little disappointing for the money. No supporting cast like cream or butter.

The bar staff was very helpful. The front desk was helpful and accommodating, and the shuttle driver was great.

The governors club is so fun and luxurious. Great company for a happy hour, excellent staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The jetted tub was ok, it was a little bit run down and it took 30 minutes to fill up. I would skip the hot tub room but the rest was worth it!

Service was great. Hotel is in a convenient and good location with nice restaurants nearby. They were also nice enough to give us an early check-in which we appreciated after a long journey.

Looks good on the surface, but upon closer look it’s missing details. Like covers on power outlets. Light above the sink continually flickered. Location is great, though. If it weren’t for the location, it certainly wouldn’t be worth the price. I’d probably stay here again, though.
They did have a welcome bag for our pup, which was super adorable and nice. This was the highlight of our stay.

The entire hotel seems to have been updated. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location a few blocks from the capital with underground parking (not included in the price).

This hotel is downtown Madison and has it all figured out. Absolutely thrilled we were able to check in early. The staff were all super helpful. Beds were comfy! Room had a great view. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be back! Our daughter had a blast.

There was no internet when we arrived, so they didn’t have our reservation and they couldn’t give us keys to our room. It was interesting.

Overall, a great stay. Some issues with payment but it was also multiple rooms and multiple reservations through a 3rd party, so there’s that.

I always stay here when I visit Madison. Clean and comfortable with walking distance to restaurants and a cute local coffee shop. Skip Starbucks inside the hotel and go here instead. I just wish parking was free.

Overall things were good. It was disappointing that, even though we paid for the Governor’s Club level room, we were unable to stay on the upper floors because of our pet. Because we have a dog, we had to stay on the fifth floor, though we did still have access to the Governor’s Club Lounge and Library during our stay. The upper (club level) floors all appeared to be recently updated, but the 5th floor looked like an older design and due for updated decor and carpet.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfy. We arrived much earlier than planned yet the front desk staff found an available room with a view of the capital I had requested a few days earlier and checked me in at about 12:30. Location and reviews were the reason I chose this hotel and I was not disappointed. A five star stay. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Amazing place! Did the Governors Club. Just super. A little expensive but worth It!! Next time I have to go to Madtown I will stay there again!! Great views, Great food and drinks and super hot tub for two!

Family spring break staycation to see a Broadway at the Overture Center production just down the block.
It was perfect, comfy room, very nice pool & hot tub. Central location to great food and all the great things of downtown Madison.

Very convenient. It was very nice. Only problem is the parking ramp is ridiculous! Very low ceilings. I had about 1 inch clearance in a Ford Expedition.

Hotels.com did not mention the nightly parking fee the hotel charged. The hotel said they’ve had similar complaints from other guests. Also breakfast was not included in the stay. So pricing was high. The pool and workout facility were nice and the beds very comfortable.

We loved staying at The Governors Club. Drinks, Apps, Dessert, and breakfast were so nice! The room was decent and the view was awesome. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was close to the Kohl Center where we were attending a concert. We could park our car there and use the shuttle to take us to and from that venue. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I would recommend staying at the Madison Concourse Hotel.

Super easy check in and out, friendly staff, the floor we were on was VERY quiet. The room was spotless as well. Great location within walking distance of so many restaurants and entertainment spots.

I feel everything was wonderful, I do think that if you do have a governor room that your parking should be included in that fee. $18 is steep when you are having an upgraded room…

This property wowed me. For the price I paid, you would expect something lower than the experience we got! The rooms were gorgeous and spacious and we had an excellent view of the capitol. We were surprised to see bath and body works toiletries provided. Gwendolyn, the front desk worker who checked us in was super kind and professional. We checked out the bar on sight and the food and drinks were exceptional. We also went to the pool which was elegant. We wish we could have stayed more than 1 night for the hotel alone!!

Nice hotel but you’re paying the extra for the location. The water pressure in our shower was poor and the rooms do not have a microwave. Also when we checked in the refrigerator, tv and desk light were not working. I had to move the tv to reach the outlets so I could plug the items in.

It is a very great hotel, only issue I have is that no one came and cleaned our room during our stay had to ask for towels, and they never came in to go the garbage. However, I understand this was a very busy weekend with the state wrestling tournament in town.
