Check in was a nightmare. They had lost our reservation which took 30 minutes to find.. then acted annoyed we had dog with which was put in the reservations. They charge an extra $100 deposit which I have yet to get back.. overall just not worth it. Even leaving an employee wouldn’t move out of the door way while smoking a cigarette so we could comfortably get our stuff through the door.. property is less then a minute jog from the state penitentiary too..

Looking for a bargain in Lincoln Nebraska I was skeptical as to whether I was going to get a good value after reading the reviews for this particular hotel I find it plenty of people liked it and there didn't seem to be any padding of the reviews so I went for it it was pleasantly surprised it's a great value for money place.

I made the reservation because some other reviews noted it was in an "industrial" area, but the hotel was very nice. It was what you'd expect from a $60/night room. I'd bet the room was renovated 5-6 years ago, but the rest of it hasn't been touched since the 70s. The worst part is that it's one block from a prison (it looks like a maximum security prison).

Didn't start out great, the mini-fridge in our room wasn't working, but that was quickly recified and we had a pleasant stay the rest of the time.

No my favorite- just felt a little seedy, in an area that is pretty industrial. As a solo woman I would have preferred to stay somewhere I felt safer. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the breakfast.

Room was not ready, and our room was in terrible need of repair and updating. Read patio door would not lock leaving our room insecure with access to anyone who knew. Room was also very very small around 250 sq/ft.

The night clerk was unoleasant on checkin. The property was next to the penitentiary. The roomqas adequate but I don't feel the door was secure. The chain lock was loose and there was light around the door indicating a poor fit. I would not book here again.

My room was hot! The air conditioner did not work appropriately and I when I asked they said it would be better ina few hours. Not acceptable and I ended up leaving to go to another my hotel.

Pet friendly for dogs, had to negotiate for our cat, had to pay extra for her, and a hundred dollars for deposit in case she damaged anything, other wise the motel was clean and we had no issues

We were very comfortable, the room wasn’t fancy but it was clean. The sheets were soft and the room was quiet. We were impressed by the good housekeeping. The staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn’t great but there was plenty of good coffee.

The hotel on appearance was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and very appreciated. The only real downside to our stay was the very big spider in the bathroom and we had nowhere to hang towels cause our towel rack was broken. Minor inconveniences, other than that very nice stay.

The carpet in my room felt dirty. There was no hair dryer which I didn’t notice until 4:00 AM, when I was getting ready to leave. No elevator. They are supposed to be pet friendly but you are requested not to leave your pet unattended in the room. They should publish the pet fee with their other fees.

Definitely worth a stay. The property was having issues with their computer system (not their fault) that brought checkin to a near stand-still. The staff were great and still managed to take care of us, and other customers. They did absolutely everything they could. The room was clean, and while ot was a little dated, I would definitely stay here again.
