The whole place smelt horrible. The bends are very springing and uncomfortable seems to be a very dated establishment and very noisy.

It was good for what we needed

Nice hotel and close to transportation to the Draft in Detroit !!!

Very run down area. We had a drunk homeless person sleeping in the sidewalk outside our room.

First the pros. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel fare (waffles, toast, eggs, cereal, yogurt).
Two big cons. First, the heater/AC didn't have any fan option, so it got stuffy in the room. I got up every few hours to change the temp setting by one degree just to get it to turn on. Second, the walls are paper thin. Nobody around me was exceptionally loud, no parties or yelling, but I could hear every conversation in the hallway and surrounding rooms. I could hear the drunk person throwing up at 2:30 in a nearby room. Because the heater fan didn't work, I had no white noise to cover up any of these sounds. I was woken up every hour or two all night long.

Great stay at the Quality Inn. Near the Windsor Detroit tunnel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Location and cleanliness was all I needed during my short stay in Windsor. Great job

Bathroom without exhaust fan, surrounding area not so good & most important the lady who severed breakfast is rude she literally stands in the breakfast area and stared us while our family were having breakfast for a good five minutes as we were first in the breakfast area and no other person were there. You charged for breakfast and staring your guest why they are taking time while eating.

Enjoyed staying here, bathrooms could do with an update. If you get a room on the first floor expect it to be a bit noisy in the morning due to the breakfast being open. The location is just off oulette which has many places to eat if you are looking for somewhere to go out to.

We recently stayed for a night to attend a concert at the Coliseum. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and welcoming. Free on-site parking is a great feature, as well as the offering of free breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed for one night, while seeing a show at the casino. The staff were friendly and our check in experience was smooth. We were happily surprised that our room was a suite (I assumed it would be a standard king room), and everything was clean and well kept. The room didn't feel super modern or updated, but there was nothing wrong with it.
As others have mentioned, the hotel feels like it's in a bit of a sketchy area. We walked to dinner, the casino, then back to the hotel. I didn't feel particularly unsafe, but it is very much in a run down part of the city. I don't like to leave a negative review based on just that, but for us the worst part was the noise.
Our room faced the street, and we were kept up from loud cars/trucks/emergency vehicles for much of the night. We live in a downtown area and are used to the background noise of traffic, but there are traffic lights at the corner where the hotel is- every vehicle passing by was not only loud, but was accelerating from a stop right beside us when the lights changed.
We also woke up at around 3am to the cleaning service going into the next room. I'm not sure if there was an unexpected cleanup needed or what the situation was, but either way it added to our noisy stay unfortunately.
The price was slightly lower than some other options, but based on our disrupted sleep we will likely go with a different location next time

Of the 4 staff i saw, only 1 looked happy to be there. It was depressing

The room I had was a double size room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
The surrounding outdoor area seemed a little sketchy. Old blotchy pavement and the odd person walking with a shopping cart. The main annoyance was the constant fire trucks. There must have been 4-5 (or 1 approximately per hour), fire trucks all together that passed by with full sirens on in evening I stayed.
All in all, the hotel itself was cozy and the customer service was good.

I recently spent a couple of nights at Quality Inn for a midweek business trip, and the experience left much to be desired. Here's a brief overview of my stay:
The room at Quality Inn provided basic comfort for a work trip, but it lacked modern amenities and style. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was disruptive, making it challenging to focus on work or get a good night's sleep.
Cleanliness was one of Quality Inn's strong points, with the housekeeping staff doing a commendable job in maintaining a tidy environment.
The customer service at Quality Inn was adequate but didn't go beyond the basics. It would have been nice to see more attentiveness and a warmer approach from the staff.
The location was convenient for work-related activities, with easy access to the city's business district. This was a redeeming quality of the stay.
However, the value for money at Quality Inn was questionable, given the overall experience. The cost of the stay felt somewhat high for what was provided.
In summary, if you're visiting for a midweek business trip and need a place to rest your head, Quality Inn is functional but doesn't offer the comforts or services that can enhance a business stay. Consider exploring other options in the area for a more satisfying experience, especially if your work travel requires a more pleasant and productive environment.

The location is next to a drug dispenser place and "druggies" and homeless people hanging around entrance, parking lot, corners of property. We felt very unsafe and I would not go out alone without my husband. Not a safe place for children to roam!
We paid for a "suite" and got a basic small hotel room. What a rip off! Very over priced!
Breakfast was good assortment!

The hotel’s location worked for us. We had a couple of Detroit Tigers games to see, so the tunnel was literally within walking distance.
The staff were awesome making our stay nice.
We’d book there again.

The beds were not comfy at all! The pillows were really small and the mattresses were so soft that we were literally sinking in the bed. Besides that, we loved how it was so easy to get parking and the breakfast was delicious. If you’re planning to go shopping in the USA, the border was literally 10 mins away from this place. It was so easy for us to go back and forth.

Overall good experience! Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we booked (king bed) and stayed in a two double bed room but the location was super convenient and there is a McDonald’s right beside that’s open 24 hours. Would stay here again.

Family vacation, last stop over before heading home. Location of hotel appears old & run down. Didn't walk around because we have children, but drove to Detroit for dinner and saw there was some nightlife a couple blocks away. Hotel was clean. Beds comfy, however one side did droop. Breakfast hot and attendant was very accommodating. If you need a night stay, I think it was great.

It was a standard hotel.
