The breakfast each morning was delicious. The front desk was always ready to answer our questions we may have about area or personal items!

Hotel was immaculate and staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint… Room was clean and shower had good water pressure. My one complaint and it was a big one is how uncomfortable the beds were…..
I felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. After two night stay I am absolutely exhausted.

The room smelled of mildew. I did not request a handicapped room but was assigned to a handicapped room and was not happy. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room was in need of a thorough cleaning and vacuuming. I have pictures and will share on another website. The staff really tried to assist to no avail. The property was sold out so they were not able to relocate me to another room. I am extremely unhappy.

Just a one day stay to break up drive during peak vacation travel. The hotel is undergoing renovation but there were no problems. Our room was clean and quiet.

The staff were great when checking in and if I had any questions. The hotel itself is nestled between others but parking is ample and easy. I felt safe also in the area as a solo traveler. The room was clean as well. It does say some construction is going on as they renovate some areas but you could not tell honestly. I only knew because of signage at the elevators. Breakfast options were nice with ranges from egg white omelletes to mini wafdles you could make right then. Some dining options in walking distance as well as short driving distance (5 minutes tops). Would stay again as its worth the price for overall experience and stay.

Property is extremely noisy. Hotel sits directly inline with the airport runway. As plans take off all day and night they go right over the hotel very low and loud. Just check out google maps to see what I am talking about. They are also under construction and my room was right above the construction dumpster and equipment in parking lot. They basically put me in the worst and loudest room in the hotel. No sleep on this trip.

Check-in was quick. The bed was very comfortable and slept great. The breakfast was a good variety with hot foods and cold, if you preferred.

Hotels.com had not forwarded reservation to the Hampton Inn though the reservation had been made more than 24hours previously. Hampton Inn clerk called Hotels.com and got it straightened out. Thankfully they had an available room.
The Hampton Inn was undergoing some needed repairs/updates. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud making for somewhat difficult sleep. However the breakfast was very good as was the desk clerk when we checked in.

We had an AC problem in our room. Once we notified staff, they apologized profusely, moved us into another room quickly and everyone was extremely nice and apologetic. They are a good team and seem to care about everyone’s happiness. Also: the gym equipment actually worked, not just there for “show” on line, which is a pet peeve of mine… we’d go back…
