Worst stay ever and I travel few times per week for business. First no shuttle picked us up, i called 11 times, only once the front desk picked up and said hold on and never took me back. We took a taxi that cost a lot of Money, We arrived, we had to wait an hour before having somebody taking care of us, once finally somebody took care of us, a guy behind me started to insult to to go faster. The security almost took him out.
Then security took us upstairs as they didn’t give any keys they had a problem with the system.
We went to eat at the next hotel, when we came back we asked if they had complimentary water they said no it’s $4 I said it’s $2 next door, she said connect Door.
Anyway, bad service. Night was surrended by police noises etc etc we didn’t sleep well too Noisy Everytime.

The front desk staff were very friendly and had accurate information regarding how to take a shuttle from the airport. The room was exactly what I needed for my family and I'll be staying there again in the future.

The bathroom was a bit dated and appears to be very patched up. We did have a maintenance issue and had to call several times to get fixed. Our refrigerator was not working and spoiled a bunch of food, it took a while for them to finally come, also no microwaves in the room. That’s very weird! The positive from this hotel was the easy access to the airport, and Damien! Damien the front receptionist was amazing! So friendly and welcoming! He is also a wonderful bar tender, he is truly an asset to this location.

Booked a room with two double beds, and a pull out couch for our family of five - Three teenagers and two adults. When we got there, they had a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. They told us they had been out of double rooms for quite some time and we should never have been able to book it.

This was my first horrible experience at a hotel and must I add this is the most I’ve ever paid for a hotel as well. The hotel bar is tiny, the water pressure is the shower sucks. I literally had to turn the sink faucet on in order to have hot water for my shower. 4am Sunday morning there was loud banging on a door that was a few doors down from my room. Last but not least the grits was not fully cooked. I also don’t agree with paying to park at this hotel, it’s not worth it.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get checked in & the tv didn’t work I had to wait the next day for some creepy guy to come fix it

Lobby was under construction so they didn’t have a restaurant for dinner but they did have one across the street at the neighboring hotel. The breakfast and started until 6 AM and that’s when our shuttle arrived so I had to grab food quickly and eat it while we were riding. But the scrambled eggs the sausage and ham were very good. Lots of fruit and nuts to choose from. Room was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Staff were amazing. The property is under construction which is why I gave it a 3 for condition, but it was kept very clean. Only negative: only one food option nearby and it had limited hours. The Burger Place had good food but there was nowhere to go for lunch

The property was under construction, but that was ok. It took a while to get the shuttle and it is a shared shuttle. In the mornings, it only runs at 6:00 am, not earlier. Thank goodness we didn't need to be earlier, but the 6:00 shuttle we missed because it was full. They have one shuttle shared by two hotels and the first hotel filled the shuttle. Another guest had to look for alternative transportation last minute. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The staff was friendly except for the shuttle driver in the morning. He left a bad last experience.

I have stayed here many times and had pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this trip. How my concerns were addressed or rather not addressed left me with an unpleasant experience. The room was not clean nor was it in proper working order. I'm not sure if I'd return in the future.

I booked and paid for a room with a king size bed. When I showed up, they told me they did not have anything other than two double beds. I don’t appreciate not getting what I pay for. I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Had I known I could not get a king size bed.

The hotel was dirty, elevators were dirty. We knew about the renovation only after our non refundable reservation. Orbit should be more clear on that.

The hotel is undergoing mayor renovation. It shouldn't be open. Or I should have been warned. False fire alarms blaring early in the morning. Elevator out. Work noise. Shower didn't shower properly. Etc.

The rooms were not very clean and smelled as if they had been smoked in heavily.

Loved how close it is from the airport. Staff is very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely choose again when starting in Atlanta

I really wanted to like this hotel as we appreciate the bedding options of the suites, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the stains on bedding, pillows and towels. Also the sink at the restroom area was so dirty, I thought my husband had shaved because there were tiny hairs there, turns out the sink was clogged and it was dirty from the previous guest and it was just never wiped. We just came to spend the night after a late flight so it was really disappointing we could not enjoy the rest. We have pictures of all these notes if needed.

Property is undergoing some upgrades which are needed ( paint and carpet ), but otherwise it was a nice, clean and comfortable room!

I was told there would be renovations but I was unaware drills would be going until 9pm, restaurants would be closed, laundry would be closed…. Front desk was not polite (not rude, just didn’t care if we were there) 3 am receptionist sat on a couch on his phone while checking out and didn’t even get up - just told me where to put my keys

The carpet was very dirty and needed vacuuming. The towels were stained. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall the hotel seemed very subpar. Won’t recommend.
