The room was nice but could have been cleaner. There was leftover petals on the floor from the previous guest. When I moved the pillows from the couch, there was a huge red stain on the couch. I did not feel ok to sit on that end. Then in the bathroom, there was gum stuck on the wall between the shower and toilet. The plus side was that the sheets looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The stains were gross but it was not the worst part. That happened the next day when I went down for breakfast. I took a plate with eggs and as I was eating, I noticed there was a bug in my eggs. On the surface, the place was nice but they do not take cleanliness very seriously because there were instances that came up during my stay that could have been avoided.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and filling and the staff was very kind and informative.

No one came to service the room totally disregarded the service essentials

The room was very clean, staff friendly, decent breakfast. Bed and furniture comfortable. Kitchen cupboards, stove and room dressers need to be upgraded. Cheaply made with multiple scratches and dents. Stovetop with scorched electric burners.

Area outside the room needs cleaning. Walk up steps and hall look mildewy. Room was clean.

Used to be the old Somerfield Suites. Room was actually decent for what we needed just that every night there was loud conversation and thumping noises coming from the room above and next door to us at all times of day and night, dogs barking all day as this hotel is pet friendly.. Location was good just wasn't expecting the loudness at this location...Breakfast was decent but could of had more variety...They also don't clean rooms everyday. Every other day for the cleaning. But upon request was able to get fresh towels by going to front desk.

Our room was like a studio apartment and we loved it. Will not hesitate to stay thete again

Our one night stay was good. The room had everything we needed. Kitchen, oven, full sized refrigerator, sofa etc. This was my first time at this establishment and I definitely will be returning. There were so many eateries in the area. It was nice and quiet.

I had high hopes for this property as it is a Hyatt after all. The room we were assigned to smelled like cigarettes throughout and the spray that the staff did not help at all. It is as if we slept in a dirty club/ smoking casino. The sofa bed and chair were worn out, sinking and dirty. The type that you’re not comfortable to sit on. We requested for a blanket to cover it so we could at least sit on it. The carpets were dirty. There was only 1 small saucepan and one small frying pan available. No available cooking spoons/ ladles. Seems like there were a lot of missing kitchen items. There was a garbage bag that’s full just right outside our door. There were a lot of cats in the property which seems to be owned by a long time resident there. It was a sad stay, we didn’t feel safe as well. It seems that the property was turned into a housing or apartment for long time residents of some sort.

My family stayed for six days in a two-bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable, which was a great surprise. The room was clean and free breakfast was a bonus. The negatives were the front door had a gap which allowed air to come in. Unfortunately, we said during the new year, which had people smoking. The smoke came into the room. We also smelled the smoke from the bathroom vents, which I had to keep running, and the doors closed. To fix the front door, I jammed paper towels around the bottom and sides, which helped a lot.

This place was amazing although I am very upset and disappointed in the fact that I had requested a bottom floor because I had a second couple with us and we both have 1 year olds then we got a call from the staff stating we had a noise complaint…yet they still put us on the top floor. Unfortunately this about ruined the mood for the duration of our stay as we felt we had to step on eggshells with our kids. The staff was okay but they were very moody throughout the duration of our stay simply asking for additional towels seemed to be a hassle for them. Would I go back most definitely would I feel uncomfortable doing so most definitely apparently they keep long term residence here which is great but unfortunate for those wishing to relax have a drink and feel trouble free.

We asked for an early check-in and our rooms were ready when we came, despite the hotel being fully booked on a busy holiday weekend. We appreciated the efforts the staff made to fulfill our request.

Breakfast was decent especially their french toast. Overall experience, was great!

Our room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The couch left something to be desired, especially since someone ended up sleeping on it at one point. The toilet/shower room was tiny. The only real problem was that there are no elevators at this motel. That is something I didn't realize and we had a lot of luggage. Four trips up and down to the third floor in the pouring rain was not fun. And there are a ton of cats around there. Super weird, unless you're a big cat person.

We love it here, this is our 2nd stay and won’t be our last. The accommodations are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is first rate, the only issue I have is there is only a 2 hour window for eating, and I would like to see that extended at least an hour and at least on the weekends. Some of the bed mattresses definitely need to be replaced; my first stay the bed was excellent, my second stay not so good and our pull out bed was a no for me after 1 night of a 4 night stay. I slept on top of the couch the rest of our stay. The kitchens need to be more thoroughly stocked with proper cooking/baking pots & pans, and utensils for eating as well as for cooking. Basics such can and bottle opener were missing and Kitchenette towels, sponges, and extra trash can liners were missing on our second stay, so we made a few visits to the front desk and they opened cans & bottles for us when we needed- so a bit inconvenient. I ended up buying some items like a cookie sheet, sponges , etc The front desk told me they are actively working to restock these things eventually, so they are aware. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here and will be back. I’m picky about cleanliness and environment and it’s definitely clean and modestly furnished - it has a good feel to it.

It was fantastic and need to go back again

Unpolite staff, smelly room. Poor quality furniture, uncomfortable sofa bed. Not accurate description. Very low quality. Is like a Motel 6 just pricey.Avoid staying not a good option if you like quality.

Check in was quick. My room was more of an apartment. The full kitchen was nice. Breakfast was great. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The property was nice, staff was friendly, and we got what we needed in the kitchen. The only complaint was the noisy neighbors who made noise til past midnight.

The service was great. Especially Tanisha was extremely helpful and nice. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at your hotel. Thank you!

Always a clean and comfortable place to stay

Rooms were spacious

I had to beg for a whole day for fresh towels. We had a dog and didn’t need the room cleaned. The furnishings are very run down and one of the TV remotes didn’t work.

The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The seal around the door needs to be replaced-it let in light and cold air from outside. The rugs were stained and old looking. The mattress protector pads were stained.

Great for groups and families.

There for a sporting event. Love this hotel for families. This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we will stay again.
